Great location, close if you want to walk to Big Ben (20 mins) or take the bus in front of the hotel. The property is in a nice neighborhood many places to eat and loca pubs. The brothers that own the property are very sweet, we will miss them. No elevator or AC is you need them.

The room was small but clean and it offered the necessary amenities. There is no air conditioning but they had a ceiling fan over the bed that cooled us down while we slept. There is no lift so you have to be able to walk up stairs. The breakfast was simple but good and the service was exceptionally. It was a great location!

I’ve stayed here 3 times. The staff is always great, as is their breakfast service. Convenient location for all sorts of transportation, and walkable to a lot of sites. Plenty of restaurants near by. Their warning about stairs (no elevators) and no air conditioning is very true, but they tell you up front so you can’t complain. That being said, London seems to be getting hotter, we were even hot (in the room) in October with the window open and overhead fan running. I think I will have to book a place with AC next time, unless we are there again in the winter.

This hotel is in an old building that added to the charm. The owners were delightful. The breakfast was yummy. It was just 1/2 mile from Victoria station and close to other highlights. The only downfall was no lift to get bags to our room. I would stay here again.

centrally located, 15 min walk form Buckingham palace. Very nice, kept by very funny, helpful and dedicated twin brothers. Nice breakfast all went well no hickups ... be careful there are 5 floors with no elevator !

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. Good breakfast included with a very friendly staff. Rooms were always clean. The only issue is they have no AC which makes it’s very hot in the summer months. Our stay was in the end of July and beginning of August and it was very hot in the room. They provided a portable AC which unfortunately made it very humid and it was noisy.

No air conditioning but did have ceiling fan and we turned the thermostat down on the radiator in the room Pleasant conversation as always over breakfast with the owners and staff ( Owners are twin brothers who tease each others constantly) Only downside is. O elevator if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues Other than that would highly recommend

Luna Simone was a wonderful experience. The hotel is run by two brothers and family staff. Luna Simone was clean, quiet, and with all the basic needs you need but also with a warm touch by the staff whom always were happy to help you and please you. The hotel is locally convenient to get to Victoria station and Victoria coach(bus) station. The 24 bus across from the hotel will bring you to many of the wonderful sites of London for few pounds. In all I will recommend the hotel to any traveler.

Lovely stay very close to Pimlico tube. Beautiful, safe area. Hotel is immaculately clean and staff cannot do enough to help you. They accommodated our early check in without us asking when we were expecting to drop bags off early. Hearty breakfast with table service. Three lovely staff serving us breakfast - so you didn’t have to wait - great service. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the staff and the room except for the bed and pillows. The bed was so hard and the pillows were really cheap and had no fluff. Our hostel at a different city had better pillows. Overall great people, location was decent with walk ability! For one night the bed was fine but more than that would’ve been sore. We did really appreciate the luggage storage and the bathroom / shower products in room were lovely!

This is a nice hotels in pimlico, i’ve stayed here many times and they offer a complimentary break. Good wifi and tea and coffee in the room. Rooms are small but this is expected from this type of property. The shower was modern but the water pressure could be better.

Beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were well stickies with tea, coffee, shower gel etc. The shower was decent. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Love the location. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is great. Room was clean. It was a little small but fine. Not the fault of the hotel but it was hot when we were there and tough to sleep. They had fans in the room but they could only help so much. I highly recommend the hotel but know that if the weather is hot, the room may he too.

Lovely staff. My husband was supposed to be with me but had to change his plans, so the staff moved me from the fourth floor to the first floor so I wouldn’t have to lug my suitcase upstairs. Super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. Close to Victoria station.

Staff was very helpful and understanding of our American quirks. Check-in was easy. Daily maid service if wanted. Breakfast is a great value included in the rate. Bernard and Paul were top notch and funny. Enjoyed talking with them.

We had a great stay! The property is simple but really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is great as very walkable and close to the underground and a bus stop is just outside the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and just what we needed to start the day. It was also very reasonably priced. The room worked perfectly for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived early and was able to store my bags. I had room 7, a twin room looking out onto the street with a little balcony. Street outside is quiet so you don't get the constant traffic and siren noise that you often get in London. Breakfast was downstairs, not a buffet but plenty of choice of hot and cold options to choose from. Location is great, 5 mins walk from Pimlico tube 8-10 mins was from Victoria Station and tube. Super friendly staff on reception and doing breakfast service. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy walk from the Victoria Station. Quiet area away from the crowded tourist areas. Two outstanding Italian restaurants 1/2 block away. Family run with nice breakfast and courteous staff. Will definitely go back.

Perfect stay at the Luna Simone, I was a solo traveller and stayed in the single room on the top floor, it was ideal and very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast included, it was tasty and a great way to start the day.It was in good walking distance of all the main attractions, Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey and big Ben, alternatively there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Handy little shops to get snacks and places to eat also in the area of the hotel. I'll be sure to stay at the Luna Simone again if I get the opportunity to visit London again. Thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful!

The hotel was very clean. The location was walkable to the theatre district. The owners prepared a delicious full breakfast every morning, included in the room rate. The only drawback was, there is no elevator. I had to walk up and down 70 stairs to get to room 12.

A nice little hotel: very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was very small, but clean. Beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were well stickies with tea, coffee, shower gel etc. The shower was decent. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Choice was a touch limited, but what we had was nice. Good value for the excellent location

Hotel and room were very clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was shower was extremely hot in room 1 and we couldn’t adjust it to make it cooler. Would definitely stay again.

The luna Simone is a lovely hotel. We recieved a lovely warm welcome from the young man on reception. The hotel is clean and tidy. The area is lovely and we felt safe. Although this was our first time at the hotel, it felt like we were staying with family. Everyone connected to the hotel always smiled and made it feel home from home. Its in excellent postion close to Victoria and Pimlico stations. We walked back to the hotel late at night and felt safe. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in London. I cannot find any fault. Thank you fror everything
