The place was very small and not clean ! The shower door was broken, the bathroom sink was clogged and mold everywhere! We got very sick. They dont have anyone on site to speak to for any help, their only communication is through whatsapp and they do not answer their calls or messages. Just terrible i will never book with them again.

Entry is self-check in via a code sent to you in a message on the day, but there is a key card in the room for afterwards. Room was clean and comfortable, looks reasonably newly refurbished and had a mini fridge. There was tea making facilities, but only one tea bag. Unfortunately without a reception, not something you could get. Front door was left open a few times, which could be a concern. However, would stay again.

Room was as expected however the service was terrible, we asked for a fan and toilet paper on the first hour of being in the hotel, they said they'd come and drop them off while we was out, on the time of leaving (2 days later) we still didn't have ethier Because there's no staff on site there was no way to contact than over the the WhatsApp which they just ignored

We stayed in a family basic room for two nights. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable beds and overall the room was clean. The instructions and guidance for self check in was great. Location wise it was fantastic with a short walk to Paddington station. There were many options along the street for food and groceries. The downside of this hotel was the room’s interior which needs check up and better maintenance. One lamp started flickering, bathroom drain needs to be cleaned as it clogged easily while shower. As we stayed in the basement floor the WiFi connection was not stable, thus the TV was not usable either. Some outlets did not work. Wardrobe was not properly assembled and made the drawer not close/open properly. Small details but would level up the overall experience. If you are ok with these ”problems” then you are good to stay here.
