Booked an upgrade as was working some of the time. Really surprised the room had no desk given how spacious it was. Room was cold as AC unable to heat adequately. The corridors were warmer. Despite not getting a room overlooking Oxford Street there was a lot of noise on the Friday night. Obviously this is countered by the hotel’s excellent location but should be a consideration. Frustrating the lifts had issues all weekend with staff having to help you use them.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment and the airconditioning isn't working. You are told at the time of check-in, and can request a fan. We did have a fan, and it was no use at all, so it was boiling hot all afternoon and evening. There was hair and a spot of blood on the sheet, so we had to get that changed. The best thing about the stay was the lady on reception during check in - so was lovely and very friendly.

We requested two twin beds and got a full instead. As two unmarried people, that was a problem and the hotel was unwilling to fix the issue. Also, their elevator did not work if you had to go down. So we had to walk down 7 floors each time we left the building. Getting luggage downstairs was a nightmare.

The hotel advertises that it has airconditioning in the guest rooms but on the night we stayed all rooms were without it due to renovations. Aparently the hotel has temporary airconditioning in many rooms on some days. No one told us ahead of time or at checkin. We selected this hotel because it advertised airconditioning as we know some hotels in London do not. We discussed it with the manager and were offered no compensation. Beware the bait and switch!

I travel quite a bit and this hotel was quite disappointing in relation to the price and rating. The AC was out of order and they did not offer any fans. They reduced the prince with a very small amount (2%) due to the inconvenience. We slept very bad due to the heat. The room was standard, bathroom very small. We had to constantly remind them that we wanted towels for all 3 of us. The breakfast was okey, but they had no selection of regular cheese, only toas bread and croissants. This low breakfast buffe standard Ive never seen in a 4 star before - very low. We will not visit again.

I like the hotel, especially breakfast if very good. However, AC was not working and it was extremely hot in the room. There will be maintenance running for a year or something so will book something else for the next trip.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location very convenient to transit, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast was really good. Pre-purchase though, it's expensive to purchase on-site. We were not crazy about the translucent bathroom door. When the lights in the bathroom were turned on it lit up the entire hotel room and was right in your face when laying in bed. Not appreciated when your husband goes to the bathroom at 3am. Maybe a bathroom night light could fix this? The was a female staff member at the check-in desk that was not friendly and gave the impression you were bothering her while she worked.

There is currently noisy construction work taking place in the neighboring block. The rooms themselves are very dated and clearly in need of a complete refurbishment. My room faced directly onto the construction site, which made the noise even more disruptive. Because the ventilation system was not working, they had put in a portable A/C unit with a hose out the open window—this did nothing to reduce the noise level. The couch and carpet in the room were both worn out, and the couch in particular was almost threadbare and honestly dirty. Breakfast service was inconsistent: sometimes it was superb, but at other times it was completely disorganized. For the price the only redeeming factor is location. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Wonderful hotel. Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Bond Street was seamless both ways. Quiet spacious room (for London that is). Very clean. Excellent breakfast and a nice ground level bar perfect for relaxing. Will stay here next time.

The room was number 720. Faces right onto Oxford Street. You heard every noise, every police or emergency service vehicle, every vehicle horn or those ghetto blasters on wheels that are the brightly coloured tricycles everywhere. The room was pretty pokey. Bathroom was so small it was like an obstacle course getting in and out of the shower. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all, so it was like being in a steam room. No fridge for water or drinks. Breakfast was Little Chef style average. No bacon, no glasses for orange juice, metal tongs to pull your toast out of the sf serve toaster…etc etc…

We had a premium room which was spacious with a sofa but there was no desk or anywhere with a mirror (other than the bathroom) to sit & do my hair. Also, the coffee pods in the room were non- branded so we didn’t know if there were any decaf pods. When I asked about this at reception, the staff member couldn’t confirm without seeing it herself.

If I pay over £300 for a premium room I expect the room to have bedside tables/cupboards/lights. This room had none of these and no seat that could be used to sit and watch the TV. Very disappointing!

The air conditioning unit was ineffective and noisy so I was unable to sleep. There were no bedside lights in the room. The room was too stuffy. The decor and furniture is dated and tatty. From 8am I could here drilling and banging which I assume was other rooms being renovated.

After a mix-up with our reservation at check-in, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was lovely, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was attentive.The location of the hotel was ideal.

We had booked a stay a number of weeks before to be told on our arrival no room was available and the hotel was fully booked. Due to a computer error our booking hadn’t been registered apparently. We were transferred to the Marble Arch Radisson, this had no working lifts, we were promised a room on a lower floor but were given the top floor. Overall a disappointing experience with Radisson.

Check in wasn't that good as the receptionist didn't recognise my vip status and said if it's not there own vip I couldn't have anything like the 20% of food and soft drinks and an upgrade if possible but when I showed her my booking that said otherwise she backed down she wasn't friendly

I had a bad experience from the moment I entered the hotel. The receptionist seemed unwelcoming and initially tried to deny that breakfast was included in my reservation, even though I had paid for two rooms. The receptionist, who was of Lebanese origin, took a day and a half to realize that breakfast was indeed included. However, he continued to insist that the breakfast was not halal and suggested we eat outside. Adding to the negative experience, the air conditioner in our rooms broke down for three nights and unfortunately, it was not fixed promptly, nor were we offered alternative rooms. I believe this reflects poorly on the hotel's service and is a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff.

Great location! Service was NOT great. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They don’t greet you. Simple requests like “can you look up my name” or “can I get some extra water” are met with indifference and cold attitude. Housekeeping slams doors all morning long, and barges in without announcing. Their room move process was terribly frictional. AND they don’t post it anywhere but there was no AC in our room because the hotel is under construction. Overall the stay was not restful, and it seemed like the team onsite could not care less about being helpful or treating their guests like human beings.

I arrived to check in at the hotel to discover that the air conditioning was broken, to which I was asked 'is this okay?'. I didn't have much choice at that point as I was checking in later in the evening. It was stated that 'you can open the windows', well that's all well and good, but you are then exposed to the street noise, which due to the admittedly excellent location of this hotel, was significant. So it was a choice of being comfortable or quiet. Not ideal and I think shameful of the hotel not to contact guests at the earliest opportunity, prior to check-in, to inform them of this and offer a refund should that not be suitable. Very poor customer service in this regard. Pros: -Excellent location -Comfortable Bed -Breakfast is very good -Very clean hotel and room Cons: -Customer service was sub-optimal -The room had significant wear/tear -Poor value for money This experience would certainly stop me staying at this location again, and likely the entire radisson brand. Took us ages to check in, and we were stood in a small cramped lobby while the people in front of us were taking forever. There was another person there wandering in and out, and she didn’t join her colleague behind the desk until about ten minutes, we had only one group in front of us and somehow that took ages. At check in we were told that they didn’t have aircondition in any of the rooms, as it was being changed (which is insane to do during the summer), and that they could offer us a fan. We were no told about this at the time of booking, or before check in - and the room was hot, damp and smelly. There was no point opening a window as the noise from the streets was way to high to keep it open. Completely unacceptable for the price point, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location very convenient to transit, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast was really good. Pre-purchase though, it's expensive to purchase on-site. We were not crazy about the translucent bathroom door. When the lights in the bathroom were turned on it lit up the entire hotel room and was right in your face when laying in bed. Not appreciated when your husband goes to the bathroom at 3am. Maybe a bathroom night light could fix this? The was a female staff member at the check-in desk that was not friendly and gave the impression you were bothering her while she worked.

Hotel was right next to the Elizabeth line. Convenient from Heathrow airport. Do check for train works especially on Sunday if you’re heading to the airport. Hotel is clean and next to shopping street. Very convenient.

The room was number 720. Faces right onto Oxford Street. You heard every noise, every police or emergency service vehicle, every vehicle horn or those ghetto blasters on wheels that are the brightly coloured tricycles everywhere. The room was pretty pokey. Bathroom was so small it was like an obstacle course getting in and out of the shower. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all, so it was like being in a steam room. No fridge for water or drinks. Breakfast was Little Chef style average. No bacon, no glasses for orange juice, metal tongs to pull your toast out of the sf serve toaster…etc etc…

The hotel, rooms, and staff were perfect, couldn't be happier. The area is mostly safe, easy access to many sites, however there was so much noise late at night work Street racing noisy cars out made it difficult to sleep.

We enjoyed our visit to London but there were a few niggles with the hotel. The location is great. Close to Bond St tube station & a short walk to Oxford Circus so easy to get places. Staff were pleasant but very understaffed at breakfast leading to long waits for tables, ordees etc. The room was ok but we paid for a premium room and it didnt feel like one. Very uncomfortable mattress, no dressing table or anywhere to sit and get ready, things like biscuits in room werent replaced on second day. The lifts are tiny which wasnt great for me as Im Claustrophobic. We werent offered any upgrade etc for our VIP Access or anything for being Radisson Reward members which was a little disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our London weekend and for location the hotel gets full marks but would we stay again? We shall see

I travel quite a bit and this hotel was quite disappointing in relation to the price and rating. The AC was out of order and they did not offer any fans. They reduced the prince with a very small amount (2%) due to the inconvenience. We slept very bad due to the heat. The room was standard, bathroom very small. We had to constantly remind them that we wanted towels for all 3 of us. The breakfast was okey, but they had no selection of regular cheese, only toas bread and croissants. This low breakfast buffe standard Ive never seen in a 4 star before - very low. We will not visit again.
