I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to mention Adies. She is an Asian hotel staff member who was incredibly kind, warm, and professional throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Adies always greeted guests with a genuine smile and was very attentive to our needs. She went out of her way to assist with any questions and provided helpful recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Her polite attitude and positive energy truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and thoughtful in hospitality. Thanks to Adies, my experience at the hotel was even more memorable. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and excellent service, and I hope to see her again on my next visit.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely delightful. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from warm pastries and perfectly cooked eggs to seasonal fruits and high-quality coffee. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and ensured that all items were promptly refilled. It was the perfect way to start the day, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.
