Radisson Blu Hotel, London Marble Arch

Very comfortable and all amenities to a high spec. Excellent central location. Staff very helpul, polite and professional.

Air conditioning was broken for room 116. Technician was not available. Cannot be transferred to another room as they were fully booked. No one was sent up or was available to check. Reception suggested we open the windows, which we did. They are actually somewhat doors that can be partially opened to an inaccesible balcony. As we were on the 1st floor, we can definitely hear the traffic, and usual london noise - vehicles and sirens. However, late in the evening the alarm of the car parked literally outside the hotel went on and on for about half an hour. At dawn, a man was heard shouting and woke us up. Overall, a very unrestful evening. Well done to the staff at during breakfast - they were a joy to meet early in the morning when we were not in the right frame of mind. Very polite, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good as well. Reception was as expected and assisted with storing our luggage for a few hours post check-out time.

Room was fine. Breakfast okay. Bit disappointed there was no dinner menu offered
