Pretty hotel with lovely rooms. Great location. Close to things but not busy around the hotel itself

First offered room didn’t have working AC. Staff was helpful on accommodating us and finding a new room. The replacement room had a musty, foul smelling bathroom. It was tolerable after airing out the bathroom but unexpected, especially for rate paid. Won’t be looking to stay at this location again.

Highly recommended. The location is super central—right next to the British Museum and very close to Tottenham Court Road station. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable bed and the hospitality was on another level. Even the small, not-so-important issues were handled really nicely and genuinely. You can tell they truly care about your comfort and have a great team. I actually had another hotel booked in a different area, but I cancelled it and decided to extend my stay here. I wanted to keep the same room, but the Front of House Manager, Zubin, suggested I try another room and upgraded me, including two breakfasts. The room I moved to was amazing. The restaurant is nice, and breakfast was very satisfying. Kuljeet at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. After I got back from London, I even realized they had given me a complimentary wine card, which was such a nice surprise. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I’d definitely want to stay here again next time.

Very centrally located hotel to access many areas of London. Very clean and modern . Had a couple of issues When we checked in we gave our name and the lady said “‘a double room?” I said yes as I assumed that’s what I’d booked but decided I’d check . Turns out I’d booked a junior suite. Why they didn’t know this from my booking I don’t know. I wasn’t sure if they were hoping I wouldn’t check. Our room had a horrible smell . Very damp like rotting veg. When we came back at near midnight we decided to call a member of staff as we weren’t sure if we’d smell it all night . The gentleman came and agreed there was a smell and moved us immediately. We were moved to a double room with no offer of a refund for the extra we’d paid for a junior suites.
