The location was great, so much to explore in Covent Garden. Seven Dials Market is just steps away. I had 2 rooms booked, room with 2 single beds didn’t have a refrigerator, so that was a bit disappointing. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

The staff is terrific. The business center’s only computer was not present. The phone button for laundry service did not work.The shades were worn, and one was taken off and repaired, and installed. The safe battery was used up, and a new one had to be installed. The shower hot water was cold consistently at 8:00 AM. However, we like rhe staff and they made the stay acceptable. One would not expect the problems encountered in a premium suite.

We have used this hotel before as its location is so convenient for soho etc. we went to the theatre and it was a 5 minute walk. Tube 5 minute walk and lots of shops and restaurants also very close. Downside was noise - happened to be a fight outside which woke us up - we called security. Obviously not the hotels fault but take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. I used the gym - really small but did the job!

It was fine but the lifts had steps down and you had to step up into room and then as soon as you get in 2 steps down which we where not told about and room dark when we first went in and we could have fallen

Two-star hotel masquerading as a four-star. They couldn’t provide the simplest things, such as hand towels or washcloths, in the room. I asked for five days. Staff wakes you up while the do-not-disturb sign is on the door to check the vending items in the fridge. The heated towel rack didn't work, and the list goes on… Staff requires proper training. For this $$$ rate, stay at the Covent Garden Hotel. It offers 5-star service from a well-trained staff.

Location of hotel is great. Staff are very friendly but standard room was below standard . Not enough room to hang clothes, bed was not comfortable at all . Blinds poor and very poor view. No toilet on ground floor. I would come again for locations but facilities need improvement . No mini bar

We enjoyed our stay in general but the bedroom AC was either too cold or too hot. It was so humid in the room at all time, they have no fan in the bathroom so the humidity cause everywhere. The elevator stopped working on our last day and wouldn’t come up to the 5th floor. It’s centrally located.

Amazing location right in the heart of the West end. Easy access to covent garden, soho, china town, oxford street and regent street. Great hotel, service and bar / restaurant. Great quality breakfast.

The front desk staff was great, but we weren't crazy about the one concierge - he recommended three pubs saying we didn't need a reservation; the first one had no openings and the second one had terrible food. He should have offered to make us a reservation. The room could have been cleaner, especially for the price; there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom didn't feel as clean as it could be. It was really hot in the room with just the heavy duvet - we tried turning the temperature down but it didn't really help. The location was great - walkable to the train and lots of restaurants and sites. It was loud outside when we first went to bed, however.

The hotel was really clean and smelled amazing as soon as I got in the front desk. Staff was really helpful and kind. Location was spot on - walkable to many many restaurants and shops. It was right at 7 dials as well! Our bed was made up as soon as we got in. Wish they offered a smart tv. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

The sheets were very soft and clean. The air conditioning was just right. The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. First time to London and had this hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there. Location was amazing… so many cute shops, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions via the local buses and tube stations. Hotel room was comfortable and clean and the staff was lovely. Pratik and George in particular were so friendly and helpful. The premium room was worth it for the extra space, especially for a week long stay. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but it was quiet at a reasonable hour but if you’re early to bed or sensitive to outside noise, maybe request a higher floor. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent experience!

Pleasant check in, but in my room the sink flooded due to lack of plug drainage and became full of men's beard hair. Then I noticed beard hair on the mirror and on the floor. In the morning I took a shower that was almost cold and could not be turned up. Upon check out I made them aware and they apologised and told me I will receive my invoice.

Never ever stay in their standard room. They stated the size of the room but in reality, the room was just too tiny. No space to walk and put the luggage. Please, never pick the standard room, believe me and thanks me later.

Wonderful location in center of action, close to great shopping, theater, tube station and super walkable. Good room size and super comfy bed. Relatively modern and updated. Room lacks mini fridge and bathroom fan. Super thankful that the window opens for fresh air and air circulation. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Get the breakfast included with your room - it was a great selection and a wonderful way to start your day. Thing to note: showers are quite short. At 5’10” I JUST fit. Maybe had to bend slightly to get in the water. Crazy how low the ceiling was in the bathroom.

Hotel room was very small. A very small double bed. I kept banging my knees on the toilet as there was very cramped conditions. Front of house team were very good. The hotel was in a central location to what we visited London for.

Outstanding central location, beautiful hotel, and an incredible breakfast buffet. The staff was so friendly and willing to accommodate in anyway possible. The Concierge, Ed was absolutely incredible 👏. It was our first time in England and Ed helped us out daily, locating tours, stores, subway stops, taxis, etc....He was so informative and accommodating, outstanding example of a concierge. What a great vacation we had staying there.

Ed on reception was utterly amazing. It was my mums birthday and we had a terrible journey to London. He was kind and friendly and sorted out some lovely little extra bits to really make my mums day. Will be visiting again!

Great location! This hotel has everything you need within walking distance. The underground station is a 2 minute walk. You have a variety of restaurants within walking distance and a great bar across the street “The Crown”. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Great customer service. Highly recommended

We have stayed at this Radisson several times and never think about changing our accommodations. The location is perfect for seeing London…walking distance to most museums, theaters, and historic sites. Plus there are wonderful restaurants right outside the door.

Very nice hotel in London's West End. Within walking distance to most theaters. This hotel was very clean and efficient. Nice restaurant. Food was good. Breakfast was a little pricey. Twin room was small, but typical for English hotel rooms. All staff, with the exception of one in reception, were exceptionally kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Check in was efficient and friendly. No longer offered a glass of prosecco on arrival.The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Stayed here two years ago and the Full English was cooked to order. Now it is buffet style and hot items were cold.

Great Hotel. Location is perfect at Seven Dials with the buzzing and vibrant area. Great staff and extra thanks to Ed for great bookings at restaurants etc. Breakfast at Monmouth is fantastic. I prefer the small hotels with personal commitment - and this is the perfect hotel.

The kindest people work there, and I intend on staying there again. Excellent West End location, walkable to everything. Very nice, quiet room to come back to every evening for our four day stay. Purchase the breakfast at or before checkin as the price increases substantially afterwards.
