Didn’t appreciate the hidden parking costs. Nowhere to park on arrival, as not enough parking spaces, which is a very very uncomfortable position to be in especially in the middle of London. Sort it out !

We booked a room for 3 people at this hotel as we were attending an event at Wembley Stadium. The hotel has its own parking which was important to us we were travelling in by car (there is a charge for this) The room was not ready when we arrived but we were early so we sat in the bar/coffee shop whilst the room was prepared. When we finally went upstairs, the room comprised of a double bed and a bed made up from the sofa. There was a desk and chair, wardrobe with a safe inside and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash are available. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. The room was comfortable although we could not adjust the air conditioning and ended up with the window open because it became too hot. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening so I am not able to comment on the offering. We had booked breakfast which was plentiful with a choice of both continental and cooked items, cereals, juices, fruit, yoghurts, tea and coffee. The hotel was convenient for Wembley and we called an Uber which picked us up at the door and dropped us as near as possible to where we were going. On the way back we walked for about 10 mins and then called another Uber to pick us up to return us to the hotel, which saved on the long queues at the underground. We would definitely consider staying here again when we next visit Wembley.

No heating in the bedroom at all, -3 outside not much more in. Complained and at 12 o’clock sent an electric radiator up to the room. Helped take the chill off the air but slept with 2 duvets ( one from single bed) jumper and socks on! Manager said there was probably a problem in the heating unit! Rest of the hotel really nice food good and hot! They did redeem themselves a little, refunded 2 days breakfasts. Still disappointed.

I stayed here to see my daughter who was attending the university of the arts locally - so a good location. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was good with all amenities and was clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient parking. I had just departed 10 days in Brighton in a Airbnb that did not have a Aircon in an unseasonably warm September. I picked this Holiday Inn because they guaranteed air conditioning. When I checked in, the thermostat in the room said 29° and regardless of what I did, I could not get either the thermostat or the air conditioning to work. The front desk manager came up and fiddled with it, reset it, and we hoped it fixed the problem. Unfortunately, it made no difference and I ended up opening the window to try and cool off. I spoke to several other people at the hotel that had the same problem. It appeared that the air conditioning system throughout the hotel was not working properly. Although extremely hot days are not common, when they are, it is nice to have a functional air conditioning system especially when it is advertised as a feature of the hotel.

We were able to check-in a bit earlier which was very convenient after a long trip from the airport to the hotel. About two days later our AC stopped working and they were able to easily accommodate us to another room to ensure we were comfortable. The room was cleaned very well and enough space for 2 adults. It was also conveniently close to the tube!

We picked the hotel due to the proximity to Wembley stadium as we were going to a concert there. We had a family room for 3 adults and a 16 year old. The sofa bed mattress was a little thin but it was perfectly adequate for one night. All the staff were hood, check in was easy and parking was available. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with quite a lot of choice. The price we paid was extremely hood value considering the hotel prices on the Wembley campus. It was an easy drive from the hotel to Wembley

My room was not an “executive” marked room. The air conditioner was not working properly. I was unable to lower the thermostat and its control did not appear to correspond to the real room temperature. I was offered a room fan to alleviate the the uncomfortable temperature which I refused. I was told the hotel has a different air conditioning unit for the “executive” marked rooms than which I was housed. I knew the difference because I had access to an “executive” marked room which was much cooler with a properly working thermostat. Only one of the two elevators was servicing the seven floors otherwise, the hotel was clean. The food was ok but their pizza was not comparable to any in the USA. It wasn’t as good, thin crust, burnt but edible.

Really disappointed-air con would not go below 20 degrees so room was constantly hot. The flush on the toilet would randomly go every half an hr or so so another reason to not get any sleep. Nobody asked how the stay was either which I feel is essential within the industry. I’m sure most others enjoyed there stay however mine was very poor.

Difficult to find by car. Tried to use satnav to find hotel but missed sharp right turn as a tiny signpost at knee level obscured by people standing on kerb. Ended up losing a hour from our evening as had to go around the block into a traffic and roadworks nightmare. Fuming as no time to eat as having to leave for a concert. Room was let down by scruffy furniture, scuffed marked wooden floor and yellow substance on toilet seat.

The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London.

We made a last minute change to our visit to London and I am genuinely so happy we chose this hotel. We had a twin room and it was huge! So much space we needed so super happy! Great products for the bathroom available, we got back at 1am after our concert and we could easily get back in and even managed to grab a drink before the bar closed. Easy check out process too. Really quiet despite the busy road opposite. Would definitely stay again!

Well located with spacious clean and comfortable room. Not very quiet due to busy roads and noise from corridors and other rooms. Having meeting rooms on the same floor as guest rooms meant often there were people congregating in the corridors/hall areas near the lifts and stsirswhich guests had to go through to their rooms.

The bed was a Queen which was anice surprise but the mattress was not comfortable, felt very thin and dipped in the middle which meant an awful nights sleep. The description was for 2 dou le beds but one was a fold out bed and definitely smaller then a double.

Hotel lobby excellent and staff polite helpful and efficient. Room was large and very clean and comfortable with a great nights sleep. Bathroom was slightly disappointing, with tiles and grout clearly aging and in need of attention. Paintwork on inside of bathroom door very tired and a crack in the bowl of the toilet. None of these spoilt the function of any of the bathroom facilities, but they were not up to the standard of the hotel itself of the bedroom part of the room.

i had booked this hotel for the Coldplay concert on the 7th Sept 25 and as concert was rescheduled to the earlier date of the 6th Sept i contacted the hotel to ask could i transfer the booking to another hotel in the city centre as we were not attending the concert but wanted to visit London anyway as previously planned. Staff were most unhelpful and no option was given to my request, I ended up booking another hotel in Leicester square. I did not expect a refund just requested a transfer of booking

We stayed here as a family at the beginning of August as we saw Coldplay at Wembley and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This is our second time at this Holiday Inn. This time was better than the last. We were on the top floor and had a very clean room. The staff were very helpful, in particular the night shift. We needed tickets printed for a show at the Wembley Arena the next day and they went above and beyond to help print them tickets. We will certainly be back when in the area. Thanks

We were checked in with minimal fuss and there was one lovely lady at the bar that mid afternoon and that's the best. Get into room and there is broken glass on the floor - quite a lot. Called the desk - they ask if we broke something??? Then send housekeeping with a camera?? Eventually we got another room. Checking out next day we get told we have to pay parking. No one explained this. They couldn't find our check in signed sheets either. Not good.

Spent a long weekend at this hotel with my partner. The hotel is situated just outside of central London and is a short ride on the central line underground train. It’s very easy to get to. It’s only a short walk from the station to the hotel. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury’s near to the hotel. Check-in was easy and staff at the hotel with very accommodating. We had a family room that was a good size and comfortable. If you’re happy being just outside of Central London then I would certainly recommend recommend this hotel

It was an overall ok stay. Room size was small for a family of 4. Breakfast has same menu for every day. Vegetarians would have very less choices for Breakfast. No water bottles and advised to use Tap water which I think was not good. So bought water bottles from nearby Tesco.

Staff were all friendly . Good choice for breakfast and evening meal. Room was clean. Would be nice to have some hooks in bathroom on door and a towel rail as there wasn’t much room to put your towels on once used especially when you were a family of three.

We picked the hotel due to the proximity to Wembley stadium as we were going to a concert there. We had a family room for 3 adults and a 16 year old. The sofa bed mattress was a little thin but it was perfectly adequate for one night. All the staff were hood, check in was easy and parking was available. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with quite a lot of choice. The price we paid was extremely hood value considering the hotel prices on the Wembley campus. It was an easy drive from the hotel to Wembley

There are only fast food restaurants near by, and the breakfast offered by the hotel was mediocre. The staff was helpful and responded to all of our requests in a timely manner. If you are spending anytime in London plan on a 30 minute Tube ride. The nearest station is about 7-10 walk.

Great hotel lovely clean and smelt amazing everywhere even in the lifts. The room was clean with a lovely styled wet room and facilities good. The only downfall was the room was too hot in the night to sleep and it was noisy from guests. The outside you couldn’t hear anything and we was over looking the car park. The noise was from guest talking, walking past (foot steps and wheels on cases) and the doors closing. Needs more sound proofing. Breakfast was beautiful including the coffee which was lovely. Toilets immaculate in the downstairs of the hotel based in the restaurant. Prices average for food and drinks, £6 up for a pint. Although a lot cheaper than in London itself where they were about £8.50 a pint. Location is perfect for London. 5/10 min walk to the tube get the Elizabeth line to Bond Street, Paddington, Tottenham court ….. to change or visit nice clean station too.

Room was good, but had issues with the room key, went out for few hours and came back but couldn’t enter the room as the key card didn’t work so had to go downstairs again to report and yes they gave me a new key to open the door, although manager said there are issues with the card, then throughout the night couldn’t sleep properly as had some sort of buzzing sound coming through from outside wasn’t expecting this alteration not in night time when people want to sleep, went as a family but will try somewhere else next time.
