The hotel was lovely - great room, delicious supper and breakfast. The highlight was Scarfe's bar - spectacular cocktails, efficient service, great band!

Good but not wow, no upgrades, no welcome amenity but a cookie, spa is old and needs serious maintenance, afternoon tea is on reservation only. Food was good though.

A wonderful stay at The Rosewood. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the bar because it was closed for a private event for most of our stay.

What a fabulous stay we had! This is a new Rosewood location to us yet, it’s the same excellent service, suites and staff we have come to know & appreciate from Rosewood. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Scarfs Bar and dinner at Sketch & Luca were phenomenal (off site dining).

Hotel was wonderful. Location is very central. The courtyard entrance is gorgeous. The restaurants and staff were great. Loved daily breakfast. Holborn dining hall dinner was great. Highly recommend.

Pristine property, beautiful interior design - room was great… extremely clean and comfortable. Service is top of the line as with all Rosewood hotels I’ve visited. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel used to be my favorite, but now this hotel has become.a bit of disappointment. The room had a very small window and the staff failed to clean the room as requested. When we asked for still water, sparkling water was delivered twice. The turn down service was provided quiet late around 9 PM which made our sleep inconvinient. Overall this beautiful hotel is not what it used to be. Not sure if we will go back.for the price we paid.

So the hotel is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The common areas are incredible and the location is the best I've stayed in London, and I've been there a lot. The only downside was that the cleaning services were very inconsistent. For the first few days there were no issues, but towards the end there were several days we came back at 4PM and the room was still not cleaned and someone came and asked if they could clean. We had been out all day and were not in a place to leave the room at that point due to small children so we had to decline and just deal with it. So be very specific with your room cleaning times. Further, there were 3 occasions where I called the front desk and no one answered. The phone would ring for minutes with no response.

A very elegant property with very good service. The rooms were kept clean often. The location was great and convenient to the Tube.

Rooms were small and we were allocated a dreadful room at checkin with dead flies on towels and stains on carpets. However, after informing hotel staff we were moved along to a better room. Breakfast at the mirror room was delightful but the Holborn dining falls abit short with fruits running out at 09AM. Overall for a five star establishment we had expected for a slightly higher standard. None of the staff on site smiles and it felt like an understaffed environment.

Paid a premium rate for a luxury hotel without any of the premium or luxury associated with a $1,000/night room. When we arrived there was no one to greet/welcome or help us. We had to unload all our luggage from our taxi without any help from anyone. I can get that kind of non service for $100/night. We were early to check in so they told us they would call when our room was ready. Around check in time I called them to get an update to our room, the operator could not get a hold of anyone from the front desk to get us an update on our room so she said they would call us back when someone was available (guess what we never got that call). So after a couple hours past check in we decided to just head back to the hotel anyways. When we finally got the key to our room we literally had to step through a soaking wet hallway. I wish I could load a video to show how disgusting it was to walk to and from our room on our stay. The smell was disgusting. Every time we walked out our door or from the elevator on to our floor we got hit with the smells of a locker room. We had to cover our noses and hold our breathe. Just absolutely gross. Anytime we needed a taxi we had to find one ourselves. The front door men just stood around, not acknowledging our existence or offering any kind of help. What a absolute waste of money. Stay somewhere else unless you’re into over paying for really bad customer service and smelly, wet carpet is your thing

The Slamming doors are very loud and most annoying. Never book a room with a connecting door, you can hear every word from the people in the other room. Not soundproof windows (heavy noise in the middle of the night from delivery) Unpractical bathroom: tap at sink is so badly made that it’s impossible to wash one’s face. Head shower is too low for someone tall. Little shower gels etc are placed on a too small niche and fall down easily, and they’re sealed so you have to open the metal film every time again. Carpets in the stairs and corridors could be more often vacuumed. Beds a very good, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing. When we wanted to change the room because of the noise at night and from the connecting door, they offered us a bigger room for the same price which was much better. Still noisy at night though. Overall I think it’s overpriced for what’s offered.

It has been a week since we stayed here for 2 nights, so some time to reflect and provide a balanced review. This was in part a trip to celebrate a special occasion. Details were poor - a thoughtful surprise cake was brought to our room with no allergy advice, no cutlery and on a chipped plate, no tray just handed to my wife at the door, other small details included poorly stocked room to simply have a cup of tea (very important) and cracked crockery. The shameful part was the soiled robe in our bathroom that luckily my wife spotted before she put it on, truly disgraceful…. I don’t need to go into detail. For what should have been a special trip was deeply regrettable hotel choice given some of the other hotels we have stayed at locally with similar price points. Positives were the breakfast especially Holborn Dining Rm, incl service. We did receive an apology when checking out, the lady offered to make it up to us if we returned which we said we were had no interest. She insisted on sending an email with here details for us to contact her... we are still waiting... am I surprised. Staffing generally looked to be not on point - at one point my wife was nearly knocked to her feet as three staff members charged around a corner on our way to breakfast. I urge you to look at other options if the Rosewood is on your list. It’s a shame we can’t add images to this but will find a way to post on another platform so others do not make the same mistake! I look forward to feedback.

The room is big for my family of 4 but not accomdate as 5 stars hotel. I asked for a view and got a view of disposable area...not too happy with it.

Great Service. The heating could be improved a little as it was a little cold inside the room.

We loved literally everything about this property. The bar (Scarfs) was fabulous, as was the hotel restaurant. Our room was gorgeous, and the windows open (which we love!) and the in room amenities were all ecofriendly. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, making our short stay in London fun and memorable

Nice property, quiet. Rooms a bit dated.

The property is lovely with a beautiful lobby and rooms. The front desk staff was good and helpful although we didn’t like our original room because there was little light. The electronics in the room are somewhat confusing and the television choices are limited but the rooms are otherwise quite nice. The bell staff was the only real letdown as they were disorganized and not very helpful.

The only thing is that we couldn’t get hot water in the shower after 10 pm.

My new go to place in London. Familiar but very professional staff that helped enormously with everything from concierge to housekeeping extra services. Nothing was too much for the team. Have stayed at other Rosewoods and this one was very much on par with the brand. Special thanks to Alicia & Howie

We know 5 star globally and this was THE BEST 5 star customer service we have ever experienced. We put the concierge team to work as early as 4 months before our arrival, asking for assistance with car service to and from the airport, rental car to/from Essex for a wedding, travel to/from Machester for a soccer match, last minute private tour guide and restaurant reservations . . . They never disappointed. Sending them (all) big hugs of appreciation. It is the first time we can remember not needing to ask for towels or basic hygiene products. An ask for water or ice was quickly delivered. Room service was always timely and impeccable quality. If we had any minor concerns, it would be around the limited availability of onsite restaurants due to special events. Would definitely return to the Rosewood next time in London!

Rosewood is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in London. The property itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff.

Completely obsessed!! Fantastic location, walkable to many popular areas and sights with easy underground access. We loved the special touches they had for the kids! Staff was helpful, kind and attentive, and breakfast was outstanding. We will not hesitate to return to the Rosewood next time we come back to London!!

Te Rosewood London is a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Great location, 8 min walk to Covent Garden and all the West End theaters. Very helpful staff.
