The Westbourne Hyde Park

Very nice air conditioned , even- suite room. Very clean and good shower. Nespresso coffee machine ( pods topped up daily). Will stay again.

Everything was excellent. Price, location, staff.

Positives first: Absolutely great location, right next to Hyde Park a block from both Underground and bus line. The staff is wonderful, courteous and helpful. Having a kitchenette is a definite plus along with the daily water bottle, tea and biscuits. Areas to improve: Typical of UK hotels, the room was hot and stuffy. American's like face clothes in the bath, not just a hand and bath towel. Negatives: The 'lighted' makeup mirror in the bathroom did not light. The bathroom was extremely small (narrow). There is no food available on site. Not tragic as there are several good restaurants within a block walk. Overall, I would probably stay here again because of the great staff and wonderful location.

Excellent experience

Good property. A little out the way compared to some others, but not too much of an issue. In between two stations which helps. But still, take a brolly if it's raining!
