This hotel represents Shoreditch in its essence. Hip, great vibe and all to a very high standard. I booked two nights at first and spent five. The staff has been amazing. Breakfast is served, so there is no buffet and their dishes are among the best I have encountered in hotels at that level.

Well located in Shoreditch, excellent rooftop bar, comfortable rooms with baths and blackout blinds, and reasonably priced. Sparkling and still water refills available on each landing is a nice touch. We didn't meet many staff this time due to new self check in screens, which was a bit of a shame, but it was a slick process and we would definitely stay again.

Extremely warm welcome! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever met in a London hotel. Great location and only 15 minutes on the bus from Kings Cross. Close to everywhere in Shoreditch. Rooftop bar was amazing too. Highly recommend ⭐️

The front desk team consistently went above and beyond, always welcoming us with warm, friendly smiles. Giselle, in particular, was outstanding—her recommendations were spot-on and made our visit even better. Perfect location too! We will be back!

The staff were very helpful and kind however the room was not clean properly people’s belongings, socks, pills and claw clips still left in the room. Bad smell of egg on the first floor. Area is good and common areas are lovely. Maybe not worth the amount of money spent but still lovely staff. Especially room service waiter.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in years. Check-in took 20 minutes. Self service checkin didn’t work, whilst we watched the staff all chatting amongst themselves. Eventually someone am e over to help with a laptop still took another 15 minutes. The pre approved upgrade wasn’t available. One key card to the room failed to work. Room was very tired and not great. Hairs in the bath and shower curtain needed replacing. When roses this with staff their laid back attitude and lack lustre approach said it all. Use to be a great place to stay, unfortunately not any longer.

My check in was very smooth and helped by Ryan on reception who was super friendly and extremely helpful. The room is spotless, very decently sized and had super fun & unique amenities. The SOS kits were a particularly nice touch! Good sized tub & huge ben with comfy bedding. Room service was speedy and delicious. Very central location, would highly recommend. (For context I am local and one hundred is by far the best offering in this locale and prize range).

Stayed on upper floor which sounded nice, but was quite noisy as it was under the rooftop bar so could hear music/people talking/chairs moving across floor until late each night so it was quite noisy. A lower floor may be a better choice here.

Lovely, comfortable room with great view of the high street. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. Staff were so friendly and really made us feel very welcome. The rooftop bar was really good, not cheap, but wasn't expecting it be in central London.

The hotel overall was okay. It was clean, new features and the rooms larger than a normal hotel room. However, a few things to watch out for. Request not to be on the 6th floor as they have a rooftop bar right above and they haven't laid any noise blocking flooring. You can hear EVERYTHING and it goes pretty much all night. I was woken by scraping furniture around 4am. The location is okay if you comfortable with the trains and tube but not if you want to be in the thick of it. It's more of a hotel, than studio apartments. I was under the impression it would be studios (as per the room names) but there were any features to be able to do your own laundry or make more than a cup of tea. It's a hotel through and through, which is great, the room names were just a little misleading. I probably won't stay again because of my experience with the noise but a decent option.

Loved everything about this property… except the beds. My wife and I are used to stiff European beds, but out of our 18-day European vacation to different cities, this hotel had the worst bed. Neck and body pains each night. But we LOVED everything else and loved the area. Conveniently right in front of a great bus stop. Friendly staff and cool rooms. Unfortunately never got to experience the rooftop bar.

Nice hotel with good amenities and friendly staff however, i was in a room on the front of the hotel and the sound proofing the hotel boasts about on its website was non existent as I was kept awak by traffic noise for the majority of the night. The waterfall shower in my room was also not working. If you have a room at away from the road and the shower worked, this hotel would have been great.

Great hotel. Reasonable prices for a very central and accessible part of London. The air conditioning in my room was broken so it was a tad hot and made nights a little uncomfortable, but good hotel. It's attached to a Sushi restaurant that serves British/Japanese fusion, and the breakfast is superb. Their version of the full English (it's not Full Full, but it's close) is quite elegant.

I think the phrase 'you get what you pay for' fits exactly here. We made res at 10 pm after a very bad airbnb experience and had to leave the premises so didnt have much choice at that hour. Very "trendy" lobby took me off guard but the room was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were clean and white, clean & fresh, not dingy. The sofa was also immaculate, no odd stains which is the norm when there is fabric white sofas. Hence didnt get heebyjeebies walking into the midprice range room. Althought the price is not low, I am finding out the hard way that in London anything under $500 is mediocre and so despite my time crunch and under price range it was a pleasant one night stay since the room felt somewhat clean of the room. I do not like carpets but the carpet in the rooms also were fairly clean as clean gets when most people war shoes into the rooms. As a Korean, we dont wear shoes in the house and so its been hard wanting to walk around without shoes or slippers, which was a bit disappointing that they didnt provide slippers forcing us to wear our shoes most of the time. But I think that was their contribution to the environment. The provide water bottles for guest to get water from the community water machine in the hall.

Really nice hotel, nice rooms, and a short 5-7 min walk from Shoreditch overground train station, which takes one stop to get you to the Lizzie line underground. A little bit out of town, but would definitely recommend if you can’t stay anywhere affordable more central. Nice beds, rooms all clean, modern and decent.

A beautiful hotel with a calm relaxed vibe. My room had a beautiful comfortable bed with views of London. It is a little pricy for add ons in your room so be careful but breakfast is reasonable and beautifully curated. My only real slight negative is there are only two lifts for a big hotel this is not a problem except in busy times guests seem reluctant to use the stairs and secondly the air con in my room didn’t work. However, all things considered I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again

Everything was great until check out when I was presented with a daily “service charge” on my bill, a different amount every day ranging from 7-20 pounds. I asked the man at reception what was the reason for this, he said it was an optional service charge like the ones added on for a tip at a restaurant. That is so deceitful and I have never encountered it at a hotel. Why would the charge be different for each day? The employee seemed to feign surprise and confusion that the charge was added multiple times, trying to tell me it was only 2 extra charges when we were staring at the screen with 6 charges. He said he would take them off and did not protest so that’s fine but the fact that they try to add this mysterious charge really clouds my view of this otherwise amazing hotel. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful, had great amenities and a great location. But pay attention to the service charges. We always leave tips in the room, if you want to charge an extra fee add it to the room price and people can decided at booking if they want to pay the price you want to get.

Check in now all only on computer and surprise surprise they didn't work. Check in took around 30 minutes. I requested on booking a room on the 6th floor but was given a room on the 2th floor. Room service charges 13.5% service charge and £5 tray charge and the hotel charges an Accommodation service charge.... For what?

Hidden service charge applied to an already expensive room. I have stayed at the hotel 17 times in the last 12 months for business and occasionally they attempt to extract more money via a service charge on top of the room that they are not very good at communicating. Watch out for this if you book this hotel.

I usually stay in Mayfair or Knightsbridge, but I wanted to get a different perspective and luckily chose 100 Shoreditch. Shoreditch is a colourful part of London with some very high end dining options and lots of great pubs and bars. The hotel is perfectly situated at the centre of the action and is one of the best appointed hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are modern and the air conditioning is incredible (I was there during a heatwave and the whole hotel was one of the coolest places of refuge in all of London). It is also very easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow…jump on the Elizabeth Line to Whitechapel and then transfer to the other train line and get off at the next stop heading north. Highly recommend 100 Shoreditch and I look forward to checking out their other offerings around the globe.

The hotel is nice and clean. For some reason I thought I purchased a view bit to my surprise I didn’t there were other apartments in view which was on as I didn’t stay in my hotel only for sleeping.the hotel is close to the bus station but the metro tube is not close but doable with large suitcase (use the lift/elevator) to transport.

Chic hotel, very friendly staff. Lots going on at the hotel but the room was quiet. Very vibrant area for evening activities. Bus stop outside and about 10min walk to underground station. Would stay again!

There are lots of dinning options by walking distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is safe in this area. The nearest underground station is “Old Street” and it is about 10 - 15 minutes walk. The overall experience is good.

Great property. Stayed there years ago when it was The Ace and it may be even better as One Hundred. I didn’t realise breakfast was included in my booking which was a nice surprise — but tbh the hotel restaurant (which I guess functions as a standalone, too?) wasn’t very good. That said, the hotel bar and coffee shop were great. Overall, absolutely loved it and would come back — but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We paid £700 for two nights and unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. While it was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was often noisy, which impacted our comfort. The rooftop bar didn’t open until 5pm, and we were refused access to simply sit and enjoy the sun beforehand – a frustrating experience considering the price point. Breakfast was unnecessarily complicated. You’re restricted to one item from the menu and can only choose one drink – coffee or juice. If you want both, you have to pay extra. At this price, you’d expect a more generous and flexible offering. Overall, it feels like the hotel is trying too hard to be ‘high-end’ but lacks the service and substance to justify it.

Great room, early check in, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a fiasco. You’re only allowed one item from each section of the menu, one cup of tea or coffee, if you want a second cup it’s extra. Tea was awful as it came from a flask already made up. We chose eggs on toast with the additional side of bacon. Both dishes took 25 minutes to arrive and were stone cold. To be fair the hotel offered to replace the items but we didn’t have time and as a result they refunded breakfast.

Great place to stay in Shoreditch. Relaxed feel, great rooftop bar and breakfast is great. It's done in an adjoining restaurant through reception area. It's a Japanese cross with Nordic influence, as well as classic full English . The only thing with breakfast you only get one drink. Good facilities, and minimalist style. Walk from Liverpool is about 12-15 depending on your pace
