Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Westminster, steps away from St. James Park (and Tube stop) and Westminster Abbey. I stayed here for the convenient location to Parliament, and selected this property due to the nice rooms above a welcoming pub. Breakfast was included and elevator to the small but comfortable rooms. Reception and pub were all great. I highly recommend Sanctuary House.

Great 4 night stay at this property! Convenient, safe location. The pub downstairs was very good, fun and lively at night and the breakfast in the pub was included with our stay. Food was excellent too. Staff very efficient and friendly!

What a great stay !! traditional English pub is prt of the hotel. 2 blocks from Westminster, Big Ben and parliament. Shopping is a short two stops on the Tube. BIG bathtubs and super great rain shower showers. Breakfast is included and is superb!

Lovely old fashioned London pub with rooms above. Excellent breakfast but the experience was spoilt on our second day when workman were reupholstering the furniture in the same room. Easy walk to Westminster abbey and Parliament. I would recommend booking a table for evening meals as it’s gets very busy

Great little hotel above a nice pub. Rooms clean and tidy, very comfortable. Staff lovely, and the benefit of being directly above a great pub. Only found it last minute after being let down with another booking elsewhere. Will be using this one again in the future.

Myself and my wife stayed overnight at this absolutely charming establishment. Although the room was relatively small it was very clean, very eloquent and all that we could have wished for and so much more. There was a coffee machine with pods, a selection of lovely Twining teas and all the mod cons we had hoped for. The breakfast was exquisite and very tasty indeed. We both had full English breakfasts which was so tasty and filling. All the staff that we spoke to were very polite and happy people. We will definitely stay here again.

We didn't have hot water for a shower 2 of the mornings. The bed was small. The breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel has an amazing location. The staff were very helpful.

Attended a two-day conference within a few minutes walking distance. A perfect location for that, and if we would have been vacationers, also for that. A minute’s walk to a tube station. The room on the third floor was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I missed was furniture for the luggage.

We loved the location and character of this small boutique type hotel and checkin experience was wonderful. The rooms are small but spacious enough and they have their charm. The pub below and restaurants around the blocks are great, and the convenience of St James train stop is great. Only issues were the bed was extremely hard, needs a pillow top or mattress cover. Also the doors are thin and we could hear neighbors going in/out each time.

The receptionist was very friendly and happy to store our luggage after checkout! This mad life easy as we wanted to see the sights before our train. The breakfast was very fulfilling with plenty of options to choose from! And, the rooms were spotless with a very comfortable bed!

This hotel is like a warm hug and the best stay on our 3 city trip. Fabio is Fabulous. Ashley is Amazing and we will never ever forget and LOVE Karen. Karen is more than a front desk staff and helped us plan excursions to make the most of our 2 day trip. Fabio was backup the next day helping us find the best routes. Did I mention breakfast - absolutely fantastic and best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! I will 100% be staying here again and the location is fabulous. Extraordinarily well done - amazing stay! The brunette lady at the Reception was absolutely brilliant when I checked - in. I was a little early and her customer service skills were exceptional. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I would be grateful if you could please pass on my thanks. The staff at Breakfast were also great and my overall experience was positive. The location is great; the front desk lady was terrible, we were the only ones try to check in but she completely ignored us, got on the phone and let us there like we were invisible. The room and the bathroom were clean but tiny, super tiny and dark.

Booked last minute for meeting at QE II Center. Location is ideal only steps from St. James Tube & all of the larger hotels in area. Staff got me into room at noon after a transatlantic flight. Room was small but Pub is just on ground floor & a convenient place to do work & business all day. Breakfast is fun and a great perk. I will stay again if traveling alone.

Good stay in a lovely location. Really good standard of bedroom. One big let down though was the cooked breakfast. This wasn't up to standard and needs looking in to. Sausage over cooked to a brick and could only have eggs scrambled. Otherwise, a good stay. Thanks

What a find! Beautiful room, fabulous staff. Great breakfast menu with lots of vegetarian options. Only slight room For improvement we noticed was lack of fresh tea and coffee at breakfast. Hot drinks from a catering flask included or buy fresh from the bar. I’ve already recommended and will be back.
