From arrival, service was top notch. The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spacious with comfortable bedding. A very large room. The restaurant bar made wonderful cocktails. This coupled with its location is a must stay every time I visit London.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the food is wonderful as well. I can’t say enough about the friendly hotel staff. Everyone made me feel so welcome and very helpful with my many questions. It’s impossible to find fault with one single thing. Excellent experience.

Soho was a fantastic area. We either walked where we wanted to go or took a short tube ride (the Elizabeth Line is the way to go; avoid the Central Line, especially on a hot summer day). The hotel was great; great food, the staff was perfect, and our terrace room was the ideal place to eat dinner in the morning. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in London again.

We have stayed a few other places in London, but this hotel has been my favorite. I would stay here again. I love the decor, the staff, restaurant, and the rooms. The gym was more than sufficient. The location is perfect.

We booked a deluxe Junior Suite for a special celebration and also a large table in the hotel's Refuel restaurant for a birthday dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and main hotel areas are beautifully designed and every little touch has been considered. The food is also fabulous! Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Our stay at the SoHo Hotel was beyond incredible. To begin with: the location. You’re right in the heart of London, with Leicester Square nearby. Restaurants, shopping, everything you need. The hotel itself is to die for. We were upgraded at no cost to a Penthouse suite. The room was gorgeous and we even had a little deck! They brought warm cookies and milk for my daughters in the evening. The room itself was HUGE and immaculate. My younger daughter LOVED the record player (which she had never seen before) and we listened to the Beatles, Hendrix and the Carpenters. The staff and the concierge were beyond wonderful. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. A+ 11/10.

The room lighting was dark! We had to go to the toilet to read some document. The thermostat controller is really old type, control was very poor. Toilet flush needed mighty push! I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Great hotel in a super central location. We had a Terrace room which was just fabulous, with inspiring views over the area’s skyline. A really good and fun vibe to the hotel, bar and restaurant. Shame there aren’t simple tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as this would have just put the icing on the cake. Lovely breakfast, though a slightly clever way of staying free of charge. In fact you get a £40 credit per night towards breakfast. Every individual item is charged, including tea or coffee. But overall an absolutely excellent hotel to stay at.

We had a great stay at SoHo London. From the front desk staff to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff are friendly especially to my two young boys. Also, Julien at the concierge desk was particularly helpful and assisted with booking various activities we had in mind. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Our stay at the SoHo Hotel was beyond incredible. To begin with: the location. You’re right in the heart of London, with Leicester Square nearby. Restaurants, shopping, everything you need. The hotel itself is to die for. We were upgraded at no cost to a Penthouse suite. The room was gorgeous and we even had a little deck! They brought warm cookies and milk for my daughters in the evening. The room itself was HUGE and immaculate. My younger daughter LOVED the record player (which she had never seen before) and we listened to the Beatles, Hendrix and the Carpenters. The staff and the concierge were beyond wonderful. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. A+ 11/10.

Excellent location right in the heart of Soho. Very busy surrounding area, but the hotel itself is nice and quiet. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are immaculate and good size. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely communal areas and restaurant. Travelled with 2 children (8 and 13), they loved it and were well looked after

We loved our stay at the Soho! The staff are all amazing, and so friendly. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they really made it special. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to anything you could possibly want.

Soho was a fantastic area. We either walked where we wanted to go or took a short tube ride (the Elizabeth Line is the way to go; avoid the Central Line, especially on a hot summer day). The hotel was great; great food, the staff was perfect, and our terrace room was the ideal place to eat dinner in the morning. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in London again.

We have stayed a few other places in London, but this hotel has been my favorite. I would stay here again. I love the decor, the staff, restaurant, and the rooms. The gym was more than sufficient. The location is perfect.

The SoHo hotel is amazing! We are huge fans of all the Firmdale hotels, only staying at this brand when we visit London and New York City! This is our second SoHo stay and it just feels like home! From the eucalyptus lavender pillow spray to the amazing breakfast, I can’t imagine using another hotel brand!

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. Amazing trendy building. The staff are soo helpful and friendly. Had a terrace room - wow So big well appointed and great views from terrace. Good fast WIFI. Food was very very good. The Refuel restaurant is a great addition to the hotel.

Great hotel in a super central location. We had a Terrace room which was just fabulous, with inspiring views over the area’s skyline. A really good and fun vibe to the hotel, bar and restaurant. Shame there aren’t simple tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as this would have just put the icing on the cake. Lovely breakfast, though a slightly clever way of staying free of charge. In fact you get a £40 credit per night towards breakfast. Every individual item is charged, including tea or coffee. But overall an absolutely excellent hotel to stay at.

From arrival, service was top notch. The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spacious with comfortable bedding. A very large room. The restaurant bar made wonderful cocktails. This coupled with its location is a must stay every time I visit London.

We had a wonderful stay at The Soho Hotel, everything was perfect! We booked a deluxe Junior Suite for a special celebration and also a large table in the hotel's Refuel restaurant for a birthday dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and main hotel areas are beautifully designed and every little touch has been considered. The food is also fabulous! Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Everything about this hotel is stellar from the staff to the plus bedding in the rooms. Someone was always available to assist or ask questions and make the stay more enjoyable. Having stayed at this hotel multiple times for business, the bar and restaurant also offer a wonderful venue for meetings or an after dinner drink. Whisky selection at the bar is excellent.
