Stylotel

Great concept and very nice staff but I found it weird that the cleanliness of the rooms was mediocre. Some misses here and there that left an impression that whilst most things are working well they should really invest in ensuring that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Very small bathroom. Staff were excellent and breakfast very good.

We stayed at Stylotel London for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just a couple of minutes’ walk from Paddington Station, which made getting around London so easy. On arrival, we were kindly offered a choice of two rooms and were advised that the basement room had a larger bathroom and a newer coffee machine. We chose that option and were really pleased. The room was spotless, smelled lovely, and was the perfect size for two people. The bathroom was beautiful, and the modern lighting and Nespresso machine were great touches. The staff truly made our stay—they were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond with helpful advice. We were even given vouchers for two free drinks at the pub opposite, which was a lovely gesture. A standout detail was that our bed was made and fresh towels were provided after the first night. That level of service isn’t as common these days, and it was such a nice surprise to return to after a busy day exploring. Breakfast is included and was excellent. The dining area is really nice, the food was hot and fresh, and the staff worked hard to keep everything topped up—nothing ever ran out. I stayed with my 12-year-old son, and he absolutely loved it too. We would happily stay here again on every trip to London and would definitely recommend it.

Every time I come to London I stay here. This is a great hotel. Clone to local travel hubs and close to everything you need. The staff are amazing and always helpful. Been coming that many times they know my son by name! As always we will be back
