Yes a bed to sleep in, and not a bad area. But the hotel was in our opinion lacking everything else, very basic with no atmosphere, The face of the Hotel is a gas (petrol) station. Rooms are small offering nothing. A few packages of Freeze dry coffee. Spotty room service. Our room had a creepy shower drain issues and without working AC, we didn’t bother asking about it until it got unbearable in the Heat wave. Which is when they offered a different room which was the same but clearly updated. So they specifically gave us their least appealing room. London offers so many lovely spots. I would simply never go back to this one.

Staff where super friendly in all areas of the hotel: front desk, bar, breakfast. The rooms where very clean and beds super comfortable. Great selection of food for breakfast. Location was perfect for our trip as access to bus and underground right outside.

The hotel rooms were good. Bed, pillows, bathroom, shower, etc... all good. Service at reception desk was friendly and attentive. Good price too. I had one problem with my room though. At 3am the A/C switched to HEAT and I woke up in a sweat. Then I tried to call for assistance and they picked up but couldn't hear me because the phone microphone didn't work. So I had to call on my cell. So I called on my cell and they said somebody would come take a look. But I spent 10 minutes trying to reprogram the thermostat back to Air conditioning. I was lucky and did it. But then the next day the same thing happened again. Really disappointing.
