Whilst the staff were delightful the hotel is undergoing major renovation with no warnings given. Only 1 lift which was being used for paint and staff and materials for the renovations making it slow, unreliable and dangerous. The gym and washrooms for the bar and restaurant were out of action. There were also technical problems within rooms (heating stuck at 16 degrees and tvs not working).

5min Walking distance to Euston station, even so it is in a main road the room was very quiet. Aircon in the room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Didn’t have breakfast. Gym doesn’t have weights or yoga mats or water.

My stay so far has been good. I leave today and definitely plan to come back. The service is awesome. Gym space does not have so many varieties though. Food has been absolutely amazing. I have enjoyed every moment of my stay so far

Check in was easy although struggled to understand the person checking us in , the lift didn’t work our whole stay and we were on the fourth floor if anyone was disabled they would struggle , hotel in good location close to some nice places to eat and the station , room was quiet although outlook not the best

It’s always nice when a hotel surprises you and exceeds expectations. We loved our stay at the memoire club, check in staff were very friendly and more than happy to hold our luggage for us. The room was a big surprise as I’d seen a few people complain about the room size but for central London at this price point we thought the room size was more than adequate. The room also had some great features with a huge smart TV (Apple TV), coffee machine, safe. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The hotel has clearly undergone a recent huge renovation and is now finished to a great modern standard. We would book again in a heartbeat for our next trip down to London 👍

Greay stay. Room has everything you need. Perfect location. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace with a drink, watching the world go by. Only niggle -would have preferred digital tv as opposed to Apple tv which was cumbersome.

Stay was OK bed was comfy rooms could. Do with a bit of an upgrade and shower was a bit ropey and goes hot cold whilst having a shower, entrance was inviting and posh looking, hotel is going through a refurb in restaurant and bar and outside so was a little like a building site, overall would stay again as location was great

Arrived early evening, friendly reception. First impression clouded by ongoing renovations so limited temporary restaurant facility in basement. Food good and service speedy. Very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was fine hot selection could have been warmer but maybe due to temporary facility. Across thw road from Euston Station and 10 mins from St Pancras.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and a decent size. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The bar and restaurant area is nice and modern and they offer luggage storage . I would stay here again.

BED BUGS!!! Woke up bitten all over my ankles. Disgusting, have never had any experience like this before. Filthy carpets, old rooms and bed, which was very uncomfortable. However the staff were wonderful and welcoming, and the price was (now understandably) very cheap for this area in London.

Superb stay. Very comfortable, very clean, excellent service, attentive staff. Great breakfast. Features available like hair dryer ironing board, tea and coffee all there so made stay very easy. Also very close to Kings Cross and Euston. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here last night in a club solo room and I wanted to leave a review. I found this hotel on Expedia but some of the mixed reviews recently made me sceptical about booking. I made a last minute booking for a club solo room and from the moment I checked in, the service was fantastic. The room was snug but lovely for a night and spotlessly clean too. The bed was great and the rooms were quiet. It’s clear that a huge amount has been invested in the hotel as the room felt brand new. The location is just under 10 minutes walk from St Pancras and next door to Euston station which made it perfect for catching an early Eurostar. I didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast so I can’t comment on this but I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Nice property. Clean. We had a twin room - both the room and bathroom were very small. We put on luggage on the small table and the window ledge. There is very little room to walk and the bottom of the bed sticks out - I cut my leg open bumping it. They control the A/C temp so all you can do is turn it on no or off. Our room was over the street on the 2nd floor. Noise minimal at night but it is an active area during the day. No real closet. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. The small shower had a half wall as a door so basically the floor would get very wet when someone was showering. Clean. Bed comfy. Ice coffee and tea service with a Nespresso machine and cookies. Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Eustin train/tube stations. Would recommend.

Very close to Euston train station. Close to markets any restaurants. It’s close to a hospital so you hear sirens every 1/2 hour. Even with the window closed, I could hear them at 2 AM. My room was facing the street.

Very clean and modernised. Not like the many old and falling apart hotels you often see in London. The room was very small and the double bed felt very small. They also tried to cram a bit too much into the room (there really wasn’t space for a coffee table and chair), but it was wel equipped, central and clean. Would use again.

Really great experience every time we had contact with the staff at the hotel. Smooth and efficient check in and check out. Room facilities excellent; comfy beds, huge Apple TV, good hairdryer, coffee machine and lots of charging points. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was a lot of traffic noise overnight, and bathroom very compact for two girls staying together in twin room.

A problem was that on arrival to the hotel I was asked to pay up front a deposit for the room 50.00 GBP. This has been debited to my account despite assurance that it would only be held on my card. This was a negative for my stay that I now have to contact the hotel to sort it out. I am annoyed with this as no warning was given that I needed to pay this prior to my stay.

I paid in advance for the room and it was not stated that any further deposit needed to be paid. However a £50 deposit was demanded when I checked in. As I had booked and paid in advance I declined to pay this - they said I had agreed to it showing me the check in slip that they had given me to sign but I had not signed it yet. So they had to give me a room but it was a tiny, tiny room and the man at the desk very haughtily advised me that I would have to pay for drinks and food as I went along as I had not put down a deposit - very condescending as I was only staying one night and didn't need to get food/drink from the hotel! To add to this the fire alarm went off at 2.49am - not for long but still woke me up. So not the place to stay for a good nights rest - I certainly would not stay there again.

Well... for a start I wasnt told about the £50 security deposit til I arrived to check in. And then was told i had to wait 5-8 days for it back. The fire alarm went off early Sunday morning waking us up, i understand these things happen so we went back to bed, only to be woken yet again by one of your staff knocking at our door wanting to clean the room. Bear in mind checkout was at noon and she knocked just after 9! The hotel is in a great location but sadly the staff let it down.

This is a gem of a hotel - in a great location just across from Euston station and a short walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras but down a side street so quiet and relaxing. The room was compact but comfortable and had lots of facilities including Smart TV, coffee maker, iron and board and air con. Very clean and homely. I arrived early and asked to leave my bags until check in...amazingly even though it was hours before, they found me a room that was ready, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely relaxing nights sleep and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Tube links into central London from either Euston Or Kings Cross to pretty much anywhere. Quite a few restaurants and pubs in the area and close to British Library and British Museum

Fantastic one night’s stay with free room upgrade on arrival. Rooms on the smaller side but more than enough for what we needed. Staff couldn’t do enough for us weary travellers! Super convenient location for Euston & St Pancras stations and excellent bus links as well.

Chose this hotel as only a 10 minute walk from kings cross and 5 minutes from euston station so a perfect location if you dont want to walk far from stations. Quick easy check in, very clean and friendly staff.

First time here because my usual hotel was booked out. Double room at the front overlooking the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the sound insulation and double glazing: I was not troubled by traffic noise at all and slept soundly. Small room size compensated by modern fit and finish and thoughtful design. Restaurant environment looked attractive though I did not try the food. At £200 per night on average not cheap, but the going rate for this standard and location. Very convenient for Euston station. Duty Manager who checked me in was welcoming and offered to secure me the best possible rate if I contacted him direct in future. Would stay again.

Used hotel as location convenient to Euston railway station and going to the theatre. Travelled down from Stockport for overnight stay using their restaurant for meal before the show ( restaurant opens 5.30 pm ) & for breakfast the following morning. No complaints with our stay as it served the purpose required.

The location was really convenient near Euston station. Good public transport nearby. Hotel good location. Room was spacious, clean and had all comforts you need. Room well cleaned and good daily housekeeping. Staff in hotel reception very welcoming and supportive answered all queries and nothing too much trouble. Dining room staff very helpful. Food breakfast good choices in buffet style.

Recently refurbished to a really high standard and brilliant /convenient location for visiting London. The club rooms are very compact but fine for a few nights stay and has everything you need. We opted to have breakfast out as the price of buffet breakfast was £25 p/p, but we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner/snacks. Overall would recommend.

A fabulous property with attentive, intelligent and supportive staff in both reception and the dining rooms Excellent quality breakfast with very good quality ingredients and range of offerings. Amazing stay and location, hotel is very clean but rooms are on the small size, the only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast staff, 3 of them but didn’t offer any service at all, I asked for some sweetener of which the waitress abruptly said we don’t have any, but they have them in the rooms so clearly she just couldn’t be bothered! Up your game!
