I found the hotel to be in an excellent location i.e. walkable to many attractions. Transportation and eating options are also close by. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative worth mentioning would be the security staff. When returning to the hotel in the early evening, security staff members are inside the doors where they are unfriendly and look at you as something other than valued guests. They alone will cause me to pause before selecting this hotel on a return visit to London.

We weee there for two nights and was exactly what we needed. Staff was very helpful with all our needs. Would definitely go back. Was also in a good place to walk to the trains when needed!!
