Lovely location and staff. Comfortable room and I felt fortunate getting one with a Thames view. Gym was good (though another weights bench would be helpful). Breakfast great. Would definitely stay again. Love being able to walk along the river too.

Overall a good hotel, but a couple issues did come up while we were there. First, when they arrived they encouraged me to use the the digital key through the app, but it didn't work for me to get on the lifts. We arrived pretty late, had tired kids with us. But then had to go back to the front desk where only one person was working, had to wait in line again to get a physical card. Not a huge deal, but frustrating in the moment when you're dealing with tired kiddos to have to wait twice because there was only one person working the front desk (and there were others there, just not helping guests) The other issue was related to the pool. Two things here: 1) when we called to ask the front desk where the pool was they said "1st floor, you can't miss it"... But when we went to find it, it's really quite hidden with no signage that says pool, have to take a journey through a labyrinth to find it - simple signage would be super helpful. Definitely don't tell guests "you can't miss it," because you definitely can. And 2) for some reason the lifts don't stop on floor 1, so you have to go to the lobby in your swimming costumes, take an escalator up to the next floor - feels unnecessary and not very private. All very strange. All this to say, also had some very helpful staff, especially when it came to helping with our luggage. Nice hotel overall, but some quirks for sure.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a great location close to the tube and walkable to Big Ben, the London Eye, and other attractions. We even had a great view od Big Ben and the river from our room. The restaurant there is good for both breakfast and dinner. They had a fun kid's check in for my daughter and a kids room which was nice to hop in even though there wasn't a ton to do in there. It was nice to have a pool on property as well with sauna and stream room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The property was not well maintained. The “heated” pool was freezing and not well maintained. The front of house staff were not very warm and welcoming. The breakfast that is £25 per person was atrocious. The coffee machines did not work and most of the food was gone by the time we went. And when I was brought up to the front desk, it was dismissed quickly with no compensation. We had to go next door to a better breakfast to have any kind of substance. The location is nice because it’s close to the Underground/piers/bus stops and Westminster. Although pricey, the room service was very nice. Our room was not cleaned well with clothing stickers on the ceiling and dust all over. The furniture looked like it has been there for 20 years and has a lot of wear and tear. Overall, poor experience. Nice location.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Riverbank. Our room was incredible, with the best view in London (so named by our kids). The beds and pillows were so comfy and the toiletries were ESPA, which are gorgeous. The breakfast was plentiful.and tasty. And it was easy to book the pool, which was controlled and not too busy at any one time.

I really hate to leave this kind of review because the staff here were genuinely kind and accommodating when I brought up my concerns. The hotel is in a beautiful, walkable area and the building itself looks lovely from the outside. The front desk team and doorman were welcoming, and I appreciated how quickly the manager acted to help when I raised an issue. That said, cleanliness is a non-negotiable for me—and unfortunately, my experience missed the mark. On my second night, I noticed the main showerhead was covered in black mold, and the additional shower fixtures had significant limescale and buildup. I was mortified realizing I had already showered with it the night before. Room service initially offered to clean it on the spot, but I declined and asked to speak with management. The manager kindly upgraded me to a different room, which I truly appreciated. However, the new room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and while it had windows, they didn’t open—so there was no way to air it out. It also felt dusty and not properly vacuumed, especially under the bed. I didn’t feel comfortable using the in-room appliances like the water kettle, which had visible buildup inside. Although I was told it was just limescale, the lack of attention to detail made me uneasy. The hotel has potential, and I want to stress how lovely the staff were—but until the cleanliness and air quality issues are addressed, I personally wouldn’t return.

The staff were generally friendly and welcoming especially front of desk which was very much appreciated. The room was generally clean, however, I was absolutely horrified to find what happened the following day in terms of housekeeping. I used a face towel in the evening on the first night and it was clearly dirty as it had residue of makeup on it and I put it on the floor to indicate it needed changing as mentioned in the bathroom on the wall, hoping they would provide a new face towel to replace it. The next day in the evening when I went to wash my face, I picked up the folded face towel and once I opened it I found it was dirty with makeup residue, basically the one I used the night before and it had been picked up, folded and put back as new. I was fuming, that's absolutely disgusting especially for a hotel that is meant to be in high regards. The second thing was at breakfast, I mentioned I was coeliac and the waiter only repeated items that had gluten in it, which I was already aware of, however, they mentioned I can request for food to order such as poached eggs and that was it. There was no mention of what other items could be ordered or no menu with this information which again I was startled with as the next morning, I saw that pancakes could be ordered but I had already plated my son a cooked breakfast and he was unhappy. Not great service at all, very very disappointed. Lastly, room service was not great, food was cold and not cooked properly.

Leftover USED protection rubber (condom) in the room we stayed in. Clearly showing the rooms aren’t properly deep cleaned before allowing new guests to arrive. Not impressed. And even when mentioned to staff yes they apologised but it shows how unhygienic it is.

Pretty decent stay for my young family. The hotel was located near to many tourist attractions, transportation options and restaurants. We also felt very safe and comfortable while there. The interior was modern and nicely decorated, however, the room felt small. There was also an awful sewer smell on arrival, likely from the plumbing traps; this dissipated over time. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

It was a big mistake by choosing this hotel . It’s just the name . We found a cockroach in our comforter . We informed the reception, they asked us for a proof of cockroach ( picture) seriously . they sent house keeping to change the bedding , oh boi that was another mistake . The entire of my son’s bed was littered some kind of white powder which gave his rashes and allergy . We went to reception the next day and spoke about the same , no sympathy , no apology , no humble tone . No one even felt the seriousness of the matter . We got a call from a customer service person , he wanted to offer us points for a future stay , but again didn’t acknowledge or was sympathizing towards our situation , points seriously .. who wants them .

Booked one night for our anniversary. Booked nice premium double room. Took the offer of an upgrade online, but ended up given a twin room!? They said they’d switch the bed, but just put a sheet over the two twin mattresses! Also the hum of the fridge makes sleep pretty difficult (you can pause it for a while but can’t access the Mains switch to turn it off)

Stayed in a room next to the gym. The gym is open 24 hours. 0600 woken up by dropped free weights and all the room remotes flashing on every time the weights were dropped. Manager contacts me with a very nice email apologizing and offering rewards points. I email him back as requested to accept. No response. Resent email 3 days later. No response. Not impressed with Radisson.

After 30 years of getting hotels in London near train stations, I realized we could get a room with a balcony overlooking the Thames. Park Plaza London Riverbank was the perfect hotel for the end of our five week trip to Ireland, Scotland and England. We loved just sitting on our balcony and watching the river traffic go by. I'd never realized how tidal the Thames was around Big Ben and Westminster. Our room was large, light and airy. Everything was automated with a single button turning on/off lights and curtains. The bathroom was quite large by European standards. The staff was always helpful. Great time in a great city.

I was kindly allocated room 1020 as a complementary upgrade on my arrival last Sunday After having unpacked I noticed the Aircon wasn’t working, in addition to the lack of a comfort chair and noticing the floorlamp that seem to tilt 15/20 degree, and that didn’t work either Consulting the Concierge, deliberating my confirmed issues with the room, I was as a start informed he’d endeavor to have the Aircon issue attended to the same evening (while I was out to Dinner), subsequently resolved the following day (while I’d be at Work) We agreed 1st priority would be the Aircon, the comfort chair 2nd, and the floor lamp as the 3rd. To date reality has it that only one out of three has been resolved (comfort chair) As the Aircon hasn’t been working I’d no other option but to keep the window open (as far as it goes); this sort of kept the temp down to a tolerable level, the downslide being the constant high noise (24x7) from an exhaust pipe or the like, stemming somewhere from within the narrow back yard (that turned out to be the view from my room), but an upside to this was that having the window open, to a certain degree filtered out the irritating noise from the lift shaft (as the lifts constantly went up and down,.including an annoying ‘ ping’ that came and went) - not disregarding the noise from the Railway. .. it’s beyond me how you can offer an Executive Room ‘sharing a wall with the lift shaft’ or any room type for that matter .. must be a flaw from the Architect

To date reality has it that only one out of three has been resolved (comfort chair) As the Aircon hasn’t been working I’d no other option but to keep the window open (as far as it goes); this sort of kept the temp down to a tolerable level, the downslide being the constant high noise (24x7) from an exhaust pipe or the like, stemming somewhere from within the narrow back yard (that turned out to be the view from my room), but an upside to this was that having the window open, to a certain degree filtered out the irritating noise from the lift shaft (as the lifts constantly went up and down,.including an annoying ‘ ping’ that came and went) - not disregarding the noise from the Railway. .. it’s beyond me how you can offer an Executive Room ‘sharing a wall with the lift shaft’ or any room type for that matter .. must be a flaw from the Architect

The check in was an hour late and generally poor. We were lucky to have had a friend with a room already so we waited there, when we suggested that someone bring our keys up to the room when our room was ready, the front desk looked at me like I'd just invented the wheel. Housecleaning just routinely leaves stuff all over the halls. Like, a vacuum cleaner occupying the entire middle of the hallway on a daily basis. There was a large bottle of water that just sat outside of our front door for a good 36 hours. It's a nice hotel, and I don't blame the staff. Clearly their management have a "if you build it, they will come" vibe because they don't train anyone in that building. They just threw uniforms on a bunch of people and told them to play hotel. The "server" at breakfast ignored us, and when I flagged him down asking for the eggs the host/door manager told us about, he looked at me like I was an auditor. The roaming coffee machine that relocates from place to place is weird. I was standing in line for a coffee, and a flummoxed server came over to the same machine to make coffees for a table. I was happy to let the server move ahead of me in line because he was clearly in the weeds, but I was also surprised that he allowed me to, or that he was standing in the same line as me. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, food well prepared, great location, reasonable price, lots of great aspects. But their training is apocryphal.

What was there not to like about this place.... from the moment you got out of the taxi and got geeted by Sir Denis to the check in which was so easy. They didnt have a room fir us right away because we arrived at 7:30am. But they took our luggage and we went exploring for a couple hours. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distances and or the hop on hop off bus. I had many problems with my phone and the staff, omg the staff they wrre the BEST in helping me not once or twice but several times and there was not one time I was not greeted without a smile and a friendly giggle and ket me have your phone. Then one night after a 14 hour tour we got room service. It was 9:45pm and i was like this is going to be bad. Just because i thought with 15 minutes left on the dinner menu... when it came to the room, not only did our girl bring it in and set it up, i thought i was at the finest Italian restaurant in the city. It was fabulous. I wish i could put pictures on here. If ever i return to London this is where i will stay. Very elegant, from top to bottom. The people made the place even more special

Room with river view was worth the upgrade. Liked restaurant, although room service slow. Walk to many restaurants, grocery store, lovely scenery along river. Only negative was that we requested a roll-away bed which never showed. Overall excellent.

Concerige very helpful, really appreciated providing information about the rail service Staff were very friendly in general. Breakfast was chaotic the morning we choose to add to the booking. All self service. People couldn’t find plates and the layout wasn’t clear. Lifts were also slow at times. Other than that very enjoyable stay.

When we checked in we had the pleasure of the Reception Manager, handling our room assignment, we requested a higher floor and better view than our original room and without hesitation we were moved to the 15 th floor with a million dollar view which was perfect as we were staying 10 days in London. The staff was completely helpful in every way , as I asked for some shipping supplies specifically some boxes and bubble wrap, which was taken care of with a smile . The nicest stay in Europe I have ever had !

When I arrived to check-in at 3pm, the queue at reception was huge (at least 40 people waiting because there was a group) and only one member of staff working (the rest just stood around doing nothing). I paid £296 for one night and was put in a tiny room with a window that overlooked other hotel room windows and brickwork!! I was woken by someone playing loud dance music at 4am and the music didn’t stop until after 6am (when I tried to call reception to complain) no one answered. The queue for breakfast in the morning was more than 30 people at 10am. I had to check out and so didn’t have time to queue for breakfast. Again not enough staff. When I didn’t have time to wait in the queue I asked if I could have the costs of breakfast refunded because it was supposed to be part of the rate I paid. The staff said they couldn’t refund because I booked via Expedia. Not helpful. This is meant to be a four star hotel it’s frankly robbery that I was charged £296 for such a poor hotel stay.

This is a nice property overlooking The Thames with beautiful views of The Clock Tower and The Eye. Rooms were comfortable however we did have a few issues with Housekeeping services ... mainly items not being replenished. The coffee machine leaked all over the desk ... we cleaned it up and put it in the bathroom. We spoke to the Front Desk and it was quickly replaced however Housekeeping just left the old pieces on the floor in the bathroom. Everything and everyone else at this property was good and the staff helpful and friendly. Lovely small Pub close by and a Tube stop a 10 minute walk.

Location is excellent for catching public buses to anywhere in London. The stops are across the street. Staff checking us in was excellent, listened to our preferences and coordinated our personal reservations with those of a tour we were linking up with. Breakfast options were too many to list here. They had everything for all tastes, literally. Absolutely love the scent of the lobby and main areas.

Lovely location by the Thames. Great prices considering the quality, which was close to pristine. No parking available and I had to use the JustPark app and found a location in a residential set of apartments which was convenient and close. Many options around the area. Friendly staff and while breakfast is your standard mix of full and continental, their hot items were really hot and fresh even at the latter end of the breakfast window. Not much to complain about except the lack of parking, but I knew the deal so not a negative on my part.

Only thing was this morning - we went for breakfast at 8.15am and after only half an hour down at breakfast, we were approached by a staff member and asked if we had finished food and could we give up the table as there was a queue waiting to be seated for breakfast!! We had only just stopped eating at that point and we soon went! Seemed a little off to me - paying £616 for 2 nights. Stopped in room 1002! We really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a great location close to the tube and walkable to Big Ben, the London Eye, and other attractions. We even had a great view od Big Ben and the river from our room. The restaurant there is good for both breakfast and dinner. They had a fun kid's check in for my daughter and a kids room which was nice to hop in even though there wasn't a ton to do in there. It was nice to have a pool on property as well with sauna and stream room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The property was not well maintained. The “heated” pool was freezing and not well maintained. The front of house staff were not very warm and welcoming. The breakfast that is £25 per person was atrocious. The coffee machines did not work and most of the food was gone by the time we went. And when I was brought up to the front desk, it was dismissed quickly with no compensation. We had to go next door to a better breakfast to have any kind of substance. The location is nice because it’s close to the Underground/piers/bus stops and Westminster. Although pricey, the room service was very nice. Our room was not cleaned well with clothing stickers on the ceiling and dust all over. The furniture looked like it has been there for 20 years and has a lot of wear and tear. Overall, poor experience. Nice location.

We arrived a few minutes before 10:00 and there were no plates at any of the buffet stations and most of the food holders were empty or had little food in the them. Guests were literally scrambling for scraps that were left over. I had to carry a croissant and danish in my hand back to my table. If the buffet is open until 10:30, it should be fully stocked and functional until 10:30.

Our room was not ready on arrival and not fully set up till 7.30pm. Reception staff including those senior did not follow up our check in as they promised and no one got back to us via email or phone. Fire alarm went off 3.30am so we had to be evacuated, staff did not apologise or update us. On positive side room was clean and breakfast was really nice.

Fire alarm went off 3.30am so we had to be evacuated, staff did not apologise or update us. On positive side room was clean and breakfast was really nice.
