Staff were friendly. Hotel is well placed for public transport. Lots of dining out and takeaway options in the area. Parking on site is good. Room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable.

I’ve stayed in a lots of chain hotels and I’ve got to say this was easily one of the best. The staff were all super friendly but not fake, right from my first phone call where I asked about parking. Rancey was on the desk to welcome us and was very friendly and gave us a great welcome. The rooms were compact but comfortable with a really powerful hot shower…always a must for me! Parking is limited but we arrived around 2:30 so there were plenty of spaces. The location is a little bit out of the way but I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was included and the standard of the rooms was very clean and comfortable to stay in for the night. My only Concern was the £15 parking I had to pay regardless of paying £160 for the night , it should’ve been included in the price as I already paid a big amount of money for my one night stay in the hotel.

Uncomfortable hard bed noisy. Had to pay extra for parking £15 not explained when booking and was one of the reasons I booked. Breakfast was chaotic and not all relaxing. Waiting 10 mins to have eggs with my breakfast.

It was a great stay, amazing staff and clean facilities. The location is great and close to the underground station. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved the facility and had a great value for the money

Good hotel located right beside North Acton Underground Station (Central Line - Red) - just 2 mini walk from hotel lobby. Breakfast is included and it’s pretty good for an ‘express’ style hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - very comfortable and clean room - only 25 minutes on train to central London

When we arrived, we were happy because we were going to a concert. Upon entering, I noticed the receptionist was nervous (she was a slim blonde with hair in a braid). When I approached to check in, the employee tried to be friendly, but I could hear her voice as she were talking, as if she were angry.I thought,ok, maybe she was stressed and tired.I had to write down who would be in the room with me. She spoke quickly, and I wasn't sure if I should write only the names of the people in the room with me or me either, so I asked. In a high angry tone, she said that I'd already written my name on the piece of paper, so why write it again? She was nervous. As I said, I asked just to be sure. I was honestly afraid to ask her anything. I wanted to leave as quickly as possible and go to my room. I felt sad then. I wanted to call the manager and ask for a refund for my booking and go somewhere else. But I'm not the type of person who wants to cause problems. The other staff were really very nice. The room wasn't modernly furnished. Overall, the room looked clean. But my partner slept on the sofa bed and said his bedding was very dusty. The carpet and the edge of the bed were stained.I thought the standard will be better for the price of almost £200 per night.One of the pluses was breakfast downstairs(FREE)so we didn't have to go out to find a place to eat.As I mentioned, the worst part was the reception. She shouldn't have treated guests this way.The rest wasn't that bad.

Hotel lacked cleanliness as my hotel walls had fingerprints and dirt marks. Carpet was extremely worn. No face towels during my stay. Hotel door knob broke simply from opening the door so I had to wait a couple of hours for it to get fixed before I could go out and explore London. Reception that checked me in was exceptional and the manager that checked me out was great as well.

Horribly uncomfortable bed, WiFi that barely works or doesn’t work at all, and a shower tray that feels like it could collapse under your feet at any moment.

Location is excellent. However, there was no safe in the room and the room was too compact The staff is really good nd did everything to make you comfortable They did give us their own safe to keep our passports

3 days - no air - no solution - no compensation. Even a free water would have been appreciated. We understand the weather was an anomaly- however, acting symptomatic has some merit as well. Our $$ spent included air. We could have stayed in a thousand other places without air. Great little hotel - clean, convenient to Underground.

The location is great for the price, right next to central line station. The area was a bit sketchy, if you arrive late at night, it is a college/student area though. The rooms are quite small, but overs all happy with our stay as we were out and about every day.

No Wifi at all during the stay which is no good work working, Most of the TV channels didn’t work, Luke warm shower, bath waste also leaking

This was a great hotel to stay at for a concert we were going to at Wembley. Just a short Uber ride to the stadium. Hotel also has a bus stop right in front of the main door and an underground train station right next door, so lots of options. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning and room fans did not work. We were out of the room for most of the two days so I didn’t get a chance to ask the staff about this or it may have been rectified.

Good overall but building is older. Conveniently located next to the tube.

Staff we extremely accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Property is perhaps a little dated/tired however evrything was very clean and the room served its purpose well. No issues or concerns. I was happy with my stay.

Front desk staff are amazing like Halina and Mika. They are the best! Both are very nice to the guests and hardworking. Execellent workers! The breakfast buffet was really great. We’re planning to book this hotel next year when we go back to London also because the tube station is just at the back of the property.😍😍😍

This hotel was the perfect base for our overnight stay in London to watch Coldplay at Wembley. Do not expect 5* luxury, it does what it says on the tin. Very friendly staff, comfortable room and a really good breakfast.

Easy access to Wembley

Good location, right next to then tube station, so you can get around easy. Great value as the cost of the room includes breakfast. Nothing fancy, but great value if you after a base to explore from.

Great spot to stay. Staff are lovely, hotel is modern and clean. We stayed here for a concert at Wembley and it was very easy transport with the bus stop out side the hotel I direct link as well as the tube stop next door.
