Room was clean but pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Food….Taco bar was good, lunch time bbq was good, and pizza at buffet was good, everything else bellow average. Most of the staff were friendly, and went above and beyond except a couple. Pools were great!! Beach wasn’t so inviting to swim in, only a small blue spot and everything else was dark brown. I hated waiting 5-10 mins I. The heat to be picked up to go from 1 spot to another, and with a toddler walking was limited. Decent activities throughout the day. No A/C except in rooms, which we hated especially at the restaurants.

The resort is lovely. Plan to get some extra steps in as the resort is quite large. There are shuttles for guests which was nice. The food was good and drinks were delicious. The mall was great and we loved all the snack options there. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was lovely in the summer heat. We were also impressed by all the accessible features. Would definitely come back. Good value for what you pay.

Stayed 14 nights

We (my wife, our 18-year-old daughter, and I) spent two weeks at this resort in June–July 2026. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, our check-in experience was awful (at least initially). We were offered several room upgrades, which we politely declined, only to be told that the room type and bed configuration we had booked were not available. We suggested that, in that case, the hotel should offer us a complimentary upgrade (after all, it wasn't our fault that the room we booked wasn't available, right?). That request was denied, and instead we were offered a lower-quality room for a few days until our booked room became available. I told the receptionist that I refused this "solution" and needed to make a few phone calls regarding the situation. She also started calling someone, and in less than 10 minutes, our room magically became available and was even ready for early check-in (at 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m.). I'm still not sure what that was all about. Most likely, it was just an ugly attempt to get us to pay for an upgrade. A few days later our door lock stopped working, and it took more than two hours, three trips to and from the lobby, up and down to and from the third floor for all of us, and eight hotel employees participation to resolve the problem by replacing the batteries in the lock. Other than that, everything was decent - the beach, all the pools, the variety and quality of the food, the drinks, the wildlife, and the helpfulness of the staff.
