Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

I wish all restaurants were open especially on the weekends as you would think that is a big time for business throughout the year. Otherwise my stay was exceptional and appreciate and want to thank everyone I had a pleasure of interacting with. I will also say that I was taken by surprise of the actual shoreline for the beach as it's not described as being so close, a few online tweaks to descriptions to better describe actual suites would be suffice. But again otherwise we had a blast and GREAT time!!!

Ocean was visible but ocean was full of seaweed 100 yards out. Thick like you could walk on it.

The staff was incredible. Our room had a pool view, which was an unexpected bonus.

Our room on the first night was so noisy we could not sleep at all. The next day we were told it’s because it is close to the street. The other option we were offered was no better. For $50 per night more we moved to a better room closer to the center of the property. It took a while and felt like a time waste. I was disappointed as our room was expensive to start with. The service is good. Not excellent. Not proactive. Everyone is polite and kind but not thoughtful. My husband paid to use the hydrotherapy, he had to leave after 15. Minutes because the outside noise from the local carnival made it impossible. The staff agreed to him coming the next day but also didn’t warn him before. Just a waste of time. The pool was noisy in
