We loved staying here, our room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals before heading out, staff was very friendly! A lot of restaurants nearby, HEB is just 5 minutes away and the laundry room was perfect. (If you are traveling with toddler you know how dirty things get) Excellent! Thank you!

The office manager was great. Finding the apartment was easy and the stay was very comfortable. We definitely will stay at the property again. Enjoyed the space compared over a hotel. It was close to everything that you would need. It had awesome space in the courtyard with Everything to invite family for a evening.

A lot of construction around the property. It looks a little unsafe. It’s tucked back in behind other buildings. The property itself though is quite nice. We had everything we needed! Staff explained everything very clearly, key card entries only, beautiful courtyard in the middle. Great for my family with my kids to stay.

The property is very well kept and very clean. The weekend we stayed there was always someone cleaning. Washing outside rugs, wiping down the windows, the outside trash bins were never full or overflowing. My daughter and I loved the outside courtyard. We would sit in the comfy chairs, drink coffee and read our books. It was locked from the outside so you felt safe. Would highly recommend staying.

I have family living in the immediate area so the location was ideal. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby or via Doordash like Korean "Bon Chon" (the best fried drumsticks ever), "Black Bear Dinner," and "LongHorn Steakhouse" that we ate at. Also, the lobby has a wonderful expresso drink machine so we didn't need to buy Starbucks. The rooms have a full separate kitchen if you want to make or just reheat your own meals.

It is in walking distance of food places. Staff leaves at 7pm so you pickup keys from a locker. AC was really cold, the only plus. My room was dirty. Floor was half mopped. Beds had cat hair all over them.

Despite the good reviews, was disappointed upon arrival. The entire unit had a smell/odor, as did the bath towels. Did not seem like a thorough cleaning had been done as can be seen on the photos - crumbs on counter, dirty bathroom walls, remnants on the floor from last guests, etc. The bed sheets were rough and itchy and the a/c was not cooling as it should have been. It was hot and not comfortable at all. Additionally, there were no extra bed sheets or bedding for the sofa bed, which we needed and why we had booked here in the first place. Would not stay here again

Checked in after hours. The area where we picked up our keys smelled like urine. The tub in the room did not drain, so we couldn’t shower. Lisa, who was very nice quickly got us another room, but we found a bed bug in that room. No other rooms were available so we left.

The property is amazing. Sadly our room is infested with roaches. The lady offered us another room after my first post but it was late and we were babysitting my great grandkids while my grand daughter went to a concert. It would have been too much trouble to move. But it turned out to be many roaches besides to two we initially saw. I was so excited about this place when we first got here. Now I’m sad to say roaches, roaches, roaches…..

A Peaceful Stay and Exceptional Service My experience at this hotel was excellent. I stayed for a full month, and from day one, I enjoyed a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient.

Staff was friendly and apartment was clean. If your a light sleeper this may not work for you, was woke by train 3 times during stay, once as early as 3:45 am. Also feel since it has full kitchen they should supply paper towel, not just one small hand towel.

It was so great to have a full kitchen (dishwasher too!) for the weekend. I booked online and wasn't able to add the pet fee for our dog. At check in, the manager thanked me for being honest about him and was so nice to ask if we were light sleepers to see where in the hotel was the best place to put us based on the other occupants (it was a big event weekend). I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and as an aside, besides the cameras, there's only 1 way in, right by the front desk, secured by your room key so it would be pretty much impossible to hide your pet. Besides, their pet fee is super reasonable. The bed was comfortable, they have USB chargers in the lamps, and the TVs are smart TVs so you can watch Netflix, etc.

We stayed in room 215 and it’s great for weather and plane spotting. We saw a few F16’s buzzing around and some lightning storms too. The shower and too much water pressure, and sink hardly has enough pressure so that needs work. Nice dark shades and strong AC was much appreciated.

The property was in good shape. The rooms open to an outdoor atrium, so the hallway areas are stuffy during warm weather. The only reason I wouldn't give the property a 5-star rating is because of minor issues that couldn't be corrected because there were no staff on duty when we checked in at 10 p.m. 1. With four guests in my room, there were only enough towels and washcloths for three people. I ended up drying off with a hand towel. 2. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Fortunately, I had brought a sheet and blanket in case of an issue. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you're looking to save money by cooking. The kitchenette is well-stocked and even has a dishwasher. The check-in process after hours was easy with a lockbox for our keys and an email and phone call to give me the code to get in. I would stay here again, but I would ask upfront for extra towels and sheets/blankets for the sofa bed.

I want to applaud the management, especially Vincent, (who I believe is the GM) for maintaining such a beautiful property! From my first call (pre-arrival) to follow-up communication, and attention to details during our stay, Vincent was excellent in every way. Great experience with the rest of the staff as well. We will be coming back and will definitely recommend stayAPT Suites, Webster to anyone!

Horrible experience room had roaches also Sylvia was extremely rude and unprofessional was yelling at me and giving me attitude. Never again also me and my husband and kids couldnt sleep people were so loud the whole night fighting and cursing was a horrible experience. Will not return

GREAT property. We had to check in super late, but we were able to check in via the app, and May and Sky were both very helpful over the phone and in person. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely a great place for a staycation.

It’s the 2nd time I stay there with my family and it’s always everything excellent. This time, we forgot a prescription glasses in the room and the general manager quickly supported us by dropping it off at UPS store after I sent him the label. He also called me to clarify about the box while there with UPS. They are super recommended!

Very close to Space Centre. Large rooms and very clean. Highly recommend if you are staying for 2-3 nights even more. There is a kitchen in the apartment as well. The staff were amazing, quick check in.

It was easy to access the property through a side road. Very hidden but close enough to walk to a few restaurants nearby. The units were very clean and while wear and tear was visible, you could tell there was real effort in maintaining the rooms. Overall a great stay for a great price.

This is our second time to stay here. We will most likely be back. It has always been very clean, and the staff is always very friendly and available. Small things-bad coffee in the rooms. Good coffee in the lobby. This time, there were some dings in the front door, and dings/holes in the walls inside, along with plastic glued/taped to the smoke detector. I can only assume this was done to keep it from going off so much, either from cooking, or from smoking. It just seemed that someone who stayed in that room before was not a good goes, and damaged parts of the room. All that being said, the grounds are very clean, the room was very clean, more than enough towels and rags, and any other utensils or things we may have needed. The mattress in that room is getting a little worn down, but still fine. We like staying there because of the split rooms, in the morning, I sleep a little later than my wife, and she can go in there and watch TV and not disturb me. It is also very close to family. Overall we enjoy and will stay there most likely again. I just don't want to see it get run down.
