My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Ville Resort Casino. Our room had a beautiful Marina view one night and ocean view from another room on our second stay. The hotel was clean and modern. We stayed in the deluxe rooms. Excellent service from the staff. We also really enjoyed the pool area, day spa and the buffet breakfast and dinner at Palm House in the hotel. Definitely will be re booking

Parking was appalling there is NO allocated parking for guests it took over 15 minutes to park each time we left the Resort. The Restaurant do not offer anything other than a full breakfast at $45, we are older adults who would maybe eat some fresh fruit a coffee and a slice of toast. I doubt I shall return

There were a series of problems with our stay. We had noisy neighbours in a room from midnight to 0630 one night. We had all sorts of problems ordering food and drinks from the poolside bar and app. The app wasn’t working one day and we were asked to go inside to two separate locations to order food and drinks. To top that the staff were rude at having to deliver the order to the pool deck. Our room was not serviced one day. When it was little things like milk were not replaced. We paid quite a lot for this stay for 4 nights and we simply expected more from this so-called premium location. We were spoken to in a dismissive way in the casino one night so we left without playing any of the games. Songs restaurant was enjoyable in the hotel. We got the best service of our stay as we were leaving when the Irish guy placed our luggage in our car. He was polite and attentive. I did raise these issues with the Duty Manager who comped a breakfast for both of us one day. However as it was a buffet it was hardly costing the hotel anything. The pool area is the winning feature. If only the service was better. The male lifeguard was attentive and did a good job.

Excellent delivery of specialty requests to the room pre arrival. And very helpful staff. Excellent room cleaning when we made a mess. Really nice facilities from the view, the bath, the gym, the restaurants, the pool and poolside bar.

Booked here day of after needing to check out at another hotel due to unacceptable pest levels in the room...The Villa was a wonderful replacement! Beds are spring based, but more comfortable then the first appear. The pillows were wonderful! Clean room and bathroom. We arrived later in the evening after a long drive, so having a room service option was great (and tgey were quick!) Regret not being able to stay longer and enjoy the casino.

The rooms were immaculate and the daily room cleaning was outstanding. The buffet options were great - healthy and lots of options. The pool area was beautiful and such a lovely resort vibe. The onsite restaurants were convenient. My only feedback would be to have more staff at the pool bar as service took a very long time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back if we come back to Townsville.

We experienced very poor room service for our in room dining which reception commented they had received complaints concerning this. Once I had checked out I received a phone call telling me that my debit card would not work and had to go back to reception where I found they were trying to bill someone else’s card so overall I would cross this hotel right off my list, never to try a stay there again.

The staff at the casino were so accomodating for my elderly mother and sister. The simple considerations like finding a room with a walk in shower. My mother found the rooms luxurious and the food in the cafe delicious, the staff friendly and the atmosphere refreshing. Thank you

Check in took way too long. Pre-filled the emailed form which was not completed on the form when checking in therefore it needed to be written again. The process was lengthy and others in line were also disgruntled. The room itself was good. The parking is across the way and not well lit. Concerning when going out to the vehicle at night.

Twice i have stayed at the resort paying good money to be there and twice i have been refused entry as a guest. Im not impressed with the service and feel ripped off. The staff were surprised when i told them i was a guest staying at the resort each time and still were not budging on letting me enjoy my stay in the casino. I dont know we hat else to say aopart from im rather dissapointed.

Theres a door between 2 rooms which is weird and make me feel unsafe someone can get in the room in mid of the night Staff opened the door and came in to fill the minibar without getting the consent.

Went for wedding. Good place for wedding, nice atmosphere, but if you didn't want to eat there it was a long walk to any cafes. Close to ferry terminal for day trip to magnetic island

Lovely property. Fab pool and Miss Songs restaurant was great. Prob the best place to stay in Townsville but hire a car if you are there for more than a couple of days. Bit of a walk to restaurants and attractions.

As this was a weekend of drinking this was in the casino so was didn't need a taxis as they had restaurant's and bars close by. The pool was beautiful as well. This is walking distance to the ferry as well so you can have a trip to maggie island. Just grab some snack from woolies and coles and you will not need to lea e this area and drink and gambling at night after a trip over from maggie island.

Fantastic stay - cannot fault whatsoever. Every single member of staff was lovely, room was clean, dining options were incredible (I had room service both nights and was massively impressed both times!). Pool area, gym and day spa all lovely too. Can’t wait to come back!
