The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We were even picked up from the ferry terminal when public buses were not running due to flooding. Dinner in the upstairs dining area was a great opportunity to meet fellow guests/travellers

Complete joke. No towels in room bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Would love refund for that last night but that never happened.

My room is connected to the back exit...laundry....toilets...Smoking area. Plus the swimming pool is at the back... So noisy most of the time..Smoke coming inside the room..Most guest dont respect others..i thought i was in another country!!!
