Hotellet var ok över lag. Helt ok frukost och rent o fint. Rummet jag hade kändes lite "sunkigt", speciellt i badrummet. Det var så välstädat det gick att få med tanke på förutsättningarna.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are large but a little dated. Wifi is slow and not always reliable. Convenient location if travelling by train and metro. Walkable into city centre. Room cleanliness could do with being better. Plug sockets mostly only took the thin pin adapters. Only had one socket that took the thicker pin style.

The registration was not a good start. The property needs refreshing. It is very difficult to make stained bathroom fixtures look clean. Nevertheless, the tired look could be overshadowed by great staff service at the desk (which was inconsistent) and a great breakfast.

Noise is an issue at this hotel. I could only sleep in spurts because of hearing water hammering every time someone flushed the toilet or took a shower. Additionally noises from the train station were excessively louder than should be. The vent in the shower had layers of dust on it and obviously doesn’t get cleaned.

This ia an old hotel skillfully decorated. The bed linen and towels were well laundered but the bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked. It's almost opposite the Central station which was great.

Hotel is a bit old, furniture is old too. The subway route is under the hotel, we can hear the vibration and stop after midnight. The noise start again 5:30 in the morning. The hotel receptionist are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is very standard, service is good.

Utmärkt läge, ett stenkast från Milano Centralstation.Men,men....Sängarna var uttjänta, madrasserna lutade utåt, det blev som en grop vid kanten. Hårda obekväma kuddar. Felaktigt duschmunstycke. Som en skarp stråle. Lyhört rum ( 102). Försök boka högre upp i byggnaden, annars hörs mullrandet från tågen hela dagen. Inte värt priset.

Hôtel bien situé près de la gare. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul point négatif est que nous étions au 1er étage donc nous entendions le métro jusqu'à minuit et le matin... Il faut alors demander d'être à un étage supérieur pour plus de confort. Sinon, l'hôtel répondait bien à nos attente pour une courte escapade à milan.

Very conveniently located hotel in a heritage building a few minutes walk from Milano Centrale station. Our room had a comfortable king bed, desk & wardrobe space, a safe, a mini fridge and a shower over a deep bath. Staff were welcoming (but some more hotel & local info offered at checkin would have been appreciated) and daily room service thorough. There were plenty of breakfast options, including GF, with eggs cooked to order and coffee made to order. There is also a great cafe on the nearby corner with multiple coffe options, juices, sweet and savoury filled pastries and breads The neighbourhood offers many dining options and a casual dining option is the Mercarto Centrale Milano with a wide variety of offerings. As a heritage hotel, the Auriga may not offer all the elements of a more contemporary building but this is part of its charm and the location is hard to beat if you're travelling by train.

The hotel room we had matched the photos provided by Hotels.com. We found the room and bathroom scrupulously clean and the facilities suitable. The breakfast and reception staff were efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We do think the hotel is a little "tired" and in need of updating, but as said, it was exactly as we expected. We did notice that soundproofing could be an issue between rooms. The location was excellent for us as we used the subway and central train station each day.

I arrived almost four hours before check-in time, and after just a 10-minute wait, I was able to get my room without any extra charge, which was a very positive experience. The staff were kind and helpful, and on the last day, they stored my luggage free of charge until my flight. I would gladly stay here again. What might bother some people—but didn’t bother me—is that you can hear the metro at night, though it’s not loud at all. The design and furniture are a bit old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well-maintained, and we actually liked it.

Frekk resepsjonist som bærer seg og himler med øya, titta stygt på oss hvergang vi kom til resepsjonen. Var ukomfortabelt. Frokosten var terningkast 2 uten tvil. Kommer ikke tilbake hit. Eneste + var at hotellet lå i nærheten av central stasjonen.

Beautiful hotel conveniently situated just across from Milano Centrale station. V eyr clean, helpful and friendly staff who all spoke good english. We did have an issue where the shower head was broken, reported to reception and was fixed and working within 5 minutes. Breakfast was a nice mixture of warm scrambled eggs and bacon, plus breads, pastries and fruit. Hot lovely coffee on tap too. Made our stay in Milan that bit better, thank you

Loved that it’s next to the train station, able to get around with no issues! Maps/ train schedules easy to follow (believe me I can easily get lost but not here)! It was quiet and it felt safe we walked around to find places to eat with no worries.

A nice, classic hotel very close to the Central Station. The staff was polite and helpful. Even though the entire facility is old, the room was clean and well equipped with nice classic style decoration. The neighborhood was not noisy, and there's a cafe right next to the hotel where you can have quick breakfast or lunch if you want. It's just 35-40 minutes walk to the histric district, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Museo de Brera, etc. and we enjoyed walking to and from there.
