Perfect location for the central rail station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and a direct tram ride (#1 or #5) to Duomo and fashion district.

A good hotel with comfortable room and good location. Very friendly staff and many restaurants near the hotel. The only negative was that it was a bit warm in the room.

Excellent service from the moment we entered to after we checked out. Front desk person, Bruno, provided exceptional service. Very helpful and considerate. Breakfast is delicious. Air conditioning was good during a 94 degree heatwave. Location provides convenient access to Milan Central train station. Less than 7 minute walk to nearest metro station. They also called a taxi for us which was only 12 euros to La Scala, near the Duomo are. Good value and met our needs perfectly.
