Great option for who’s coming by car to Ravenna as there is a free parking. But our room was in the basement, not getting full linger. It is also out of the historic center. Breakfast is great and staff super friendly!

Lovely stay, best hotel room of my trip. Was given an upgrade and given a family room in the attic floor of the hotel. The room was so well designed to make good use of the space available. Nice big bathroom with excellent shower. Bed was very comfortable, room was super clean. Air conditioning worked very effectively, which is important in hot summer months.

When I checked out next morning I alerted them not to put anyone in our room today since there are ants on the bed and ants all over the floor. I sat on the sofa in the reception waiting to leave and there were two ants, obviously they crawled off me. They simply said OK, no apology or offer of compensation. I should have suspected something as there was an odd sweet smell in the room, probably bug killer, but we were pretty tired and went straight to sleep. The room should never have been given out. The room is smaller than a cabin on a ship, the tiny shower is nevertheless slippery. The mattress is the type you get with a sofa bed. The hotel otherwise seems clean.

The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the place.

Stayed one night before leaving on our cruise. Hotel is only about a ten minute walk from the train station. Clean and nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. Staff was great as well. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Hotel was ok. Our room was in the basement: we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. First time sleeping in a basement hotel room. Wouldn’t return but ok for one night before our cruise. Walking distance from the train station with our small carryons (but wouldn’t walk with heavy luggage’s as sidewalks are bumpy).

One week error in reservation date. When we showed up a week earlier than reservation, they were full, so couldn’t stay there. They had a whole week to find someone else to use the reservation we would never be able to use, but refused to give us a refund. They probably “double dipped” and booked the room we paid for, but couldn’t use.

Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage.

Right from the beginning, staff by the name of Mayte was very warm and welcoming.whenever we asked for something extra she did it with a smiling face.. Its an idle stay if you are in transit like taking a cruise. The hotel had an excellent breakfast. However one should be aware that they don't have a restaurant. So for lunch and dinner you can go out within 15 minutes walking distance. I highly recommend this place to stay.

la struttura non si è resa disponibile a riconoscermi un voucher (nemmeno parziale) causa impossibilità a recarmi a ravenna nei giorni immediatamente successivi all'alluvione di settembre 2024, giornate nelle quali era stata emanata l'allerta rossa. specifico di non avere richiesto il rimborso visto che avevo scelto l'opzione che non lo prevedeva.

We were told property is across from train station which it is NOT. Breakfast was fine except to sit outside on the patio i had to bring my breakfast through the lobby. Some door alarm went off in the middle of the night..i asked and was told thats common, and the bed was hard as a rock. Overall okay for 1 night

Hotel was ok. Our room was in the basement: we would have appreciated knowing this before booking. First time sleeping in a basement hotel room. We stayed here before our cruise out of Ravenna. Room is small, but good for a night. They had breakfast that was included with rooms. The only complaint about breakfast was they didn’t restock anything when it was low. The hotel was walking distance to the train station so very convenient since the taxi service was on strike. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
