We just stayed one night before our cruise departing from the port of Ravenna. We arrived by train on a hot saturday afternoon, departing on sunday afternoon. The hotel is very close to the train station. Staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful, telling us how to get to a restaurant while avoiding the hot sun, and arranging transportation for us from the hotel to the cruise port - a big deal because there is no available public transit, few taxis, and no transportation provided by the cruise line. They had to make a significant effort to find a way to get us to the port, and we really appreciate that they took the time and made the effort to ensure we'd get to the port on time. Good continental breakfast provided with helpful staff for breakfast too. Overall a wonderful experience that met all our needs.

Only one of our two rooms had air conditioning. While neither room was very cold, one room was almost 80 degrees F and when this was brought to the staff’s attention we were told it was putting out “some” cold air, so there was nothing they could do about it. Location of this hotel is good, but only stay here in the cooler months.

The staff was great. Breakfast was good but a little limited. Location felt a little distant from the heart of Ravenna but I do enjoy the 10 minute walk.
