Easy downtown location with free parking. Rooms were clean and spacious with decent closet space and a mini fridge. Breakfast was $5 pp and really good! I would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect for our stay when traveling the 13-hour railroad trip from Fairbanks to Anchorage. It was close to the station and a quick Uber ride from there. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I did have to use the laundry facilities and those were great as well. It did use quarters and the front desk made change for me. Highly recommend!

Enclosed parking and plenty of spots. Room walls a bit thin and could hear ppl in halls and upstairs but nothing more than is to be expected in a hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly!

Location was absolutely excellent. Pretty much everything you could want is within walking distance. The fitness room was well equipped. Overall the room wuality was very good. Would be an easy 4/5 stars if not for a couple things: 1. The key card access to the side doors didn't work 2. There was no microwave in the rooms despite there being plenty of space above the fridge 3. The sun shade didn't fully cover the window and the gap at the bottom allowed considerable light in - which is a slight issue in the land of the midnight sun (a blackout curtain would have been more effective imo) 4. The elevator was extremely slow

The rooms are fine but there were 2 incidents in the same day inside the hotel That the police has to come and check. Doesn’t feel secure at all. The elevator was broken , the staff was kind and helpfull

It was a decent hotel but not for $370 per night. First they said their room key system had failed (mine worked though), then they gave me a room with one bed when I had confirmed 2 queens. Luckily they were able to change it. Then at 3AM, I woke up to water dripping from the smoke detector. Luckily only half of the bed got wet. I went to the front desk to change a room and they said they don't have any extra room. Then they said they will send in a technician at 6am. 30 min later the water dripping stopped so I told them no need to send someone in at 6am. But NOBODY visited after that or even asked me if we were ok, and even though I checked "want the room serviced" when I checked in, our room was never refreshed for 4 nights. Luckily I didn't have to use the half of the bed so I just let it go. Toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and it was missing. Carpet was dingy and furniture had a lot of visible scratches. Maybe $370 is not expensive in Alaska during high season, but it was a disappointing stay. To be fair, location is good and you can walk to many downtown restaurants.

Good location. Friendly front desk staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good in room coffee. Good laundry facility. Lousy, lousy housekeeping service. We stayed for 7 nights and our room was cleaned ONCE. WE EVEN REMINDED ROOM CLEANERS TO CLEAN OUR ROOM TO NO AVAIL. WE secured clean towels every afternoon from the carts ourselves. We removed our own rubbish from our room. This was the only black mark but it’s a major one.

We got to our room, which was handicapped for some reason, and immediately noticed the large stain center on the carpet. This ground floor room with a large window to the parking lot had electronic shades that didn't work. They were stuck open. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room which I got. We moved up to a 3rd floor room and it was fine except for the same heavily stained carpet. The towels you can practically see through. The halls, carpeting throughout the hotel, elevator, etc. is well worn and it very much shows. I won't be returning to this dive.

It was pretty clean, some stains on our comforter and carpet. We booked a king room and got a queen room because they sold out of kings. That was disappointing. Staff is very friendly, they kept our room clean and stocked with everything!

Expensive room for what you get. The room was clean but run down old moldy stains on window ac, blackout drapes that did not worked and very noisy room. Paper thin walls I could literally hear all the neighbors and the ppl having breakfast. The continental breakfast was very basic and not at all appealing. The only thing that I liked was the expedited check in and out. If you can afford get something else!!!

Even compared to other Four Points properties we’ve stayed at, this one is bad. Room 325 smells like wet dog, the toilet runs, the bathroom door isn’t hung correctly and can’t close, and there’s a lot of noise from the elevator immediately in the hall or the addicts hollering after midnight in the parking lot. Just not a good place/ except for the wonderful staff.

Great stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance to some attractions in city centre. Staff friendly and supportive. And the room is excepcional, spacious, confortable, with a living room, fridge, Coffee, plus.... Today they gave us a free complimentary breakfast. And the restaurant very recommrnded. Great food as well. Thnak you.

Always a decent stay. You get a suite fir the price of an average room in anchorage. For quiet ask for 3rd floor. Beds are comfortable and pillows are nice. Bring your own toiletries, theirs are average at best. Always a decent stay at a Sheraton.

Great value. Only thing missing was a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby. Not sure if I got a free upgrade but there was a sitting room in my room that I did not expect, complete with a door separating it from the sleeping area. Complete with a second TV. Very nice!

Front desk is great, but poor room service, basically no cleaning for room everyday. There is no bath soap and shampoo available in my room and I called to refill, no one refill for me, just gave me some body soap to clean my whole body. Such a bad experience in Alaska.

The staff truly made the stay, welcoming, warm and kind. The breakfast was great as well and area is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the hotel after hours must use key and there was security which is uncommon for hotels we’ve been to but it didn’t feel unsafe. Perhaps extra precautions? But would recommend

We were on a family vacation from Georgia. This was our last night before catching a plane home later the next day. One of our party became sick and was unable to leave by the check out time. This staff was fantastic. We were allowed to stay in our room until the time of our flight. They were all wonderful!!

From the time we checked in until we checked out the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The dining options at the hotel were also very reasonable. "Kiki", the young lady who ran the restaurant, was so helpful to all the guests and wanted to make sure everyone was happy with their meal and bar options. All of these people deserve raises. Our room was beautiful and quiet.

They were obviously having some type of computer system error when I tried to check in around 9:30pm. The staff was friendly but frazzled due to the issue and had to deal with less patient guests also tryingbto check in. We all had reservations. They were unable to determine which rooms had been cleaned and were available. It took about an hour for me to receive my room, and still, they were not able to issue me a key that night; the staff had to let me in to my room with a masterkey. I was not able to get a key until the next morning. Overall the room was clean with comfortable bed/pillows.

The Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful during our stay. They gave us good tips for where to go. Answered transportation questions, and allowed us late check out. Late check out made our last day enjoyable! All hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms are large.

Great stay. The staff was AMAZING. Like 10/10. Everyone was kind, pleasant, charismatic, and almost felt like they were excited that I was there. I’ve probably stayed in over 200 hotels and this is top 10 just due to the staff alone. Room was great, clean, inexpensive, nice decor, and had everything I needed! I would recommend to families, business travel, and solo travel!

Location and exterior was a little rough. Homeless sifting through the dumpster and hotel garbage bins. Hotel could use some updating and polish. When making the reservation I chose this hotel because it included breakfast in the price. Big sign that said “Breakfast Buffet $17” for a mind of normal hotel breakfast. We passed on breakfast!

The hotel was centrally located with the ability to walk just about anywhere you needed to go. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. The waitress was unaccommodating and I guess I'm used to hotels offering complimentary breakfast but I guess it could be the location we were at. I would stay again if in the area.
