Fantastic location. Walkable to some of Anchorage’s best restaurants.

Room was good , Our room was on first floor near main entrance so smokers were standing right outside our window. Smell didnt make it into room as window was closed. Still uncomfortable to see people pacing back in forth as they smoked. Staff was more than helpful.. Parking was ok if you were lucky enough to park on property as parking lot was small , otherwise you had to park on street. We were lucky we stayed on a weekend and found a spot near hotel. All in all was ok for the price considering summer rates usually double prices at most hotels in anchorage.

Elevator was not working during my stay.

Great location with easy walking to restaurants and shops. We had a 1 BR suite with king bed that was just as described. Service came daily and did a great job. The entry and elevator area needs some work. Carpet fraying etc. Staff was friendly. Our one major complaint is that they did not cook breakfast to order as advertised on their website. They also claim to have a restaurant but its really just a bar serving drinks from 5-10pm. We would have stayed at the hilton if i had known. No micriwave in the room either which was surprising for a suite. It is also a short 10-15 min ride to the airport.
