the toaster did not work,food was cold

Hotel and staff are awful!! Place is very old and shows it. Filthy bedding. I didnt want to touch anything it was so dirty. Peeling paint, dirty walls. Run down. Dont stay here. Was nothing but problems my entire stat. No internet, laundry didnt work, breakfast was not worth the money. Go stay at the holiday inn across the street. Double the money but i didnt feel like i was going to catch a disease using the bathroom.

I was not allowed to Check in. Hotels .com failed to provide a booking code and could not find it with the number provided. I was turned away. DO NOT CHARGE ME! Completely pissed.

I was allowed to check-in early and Jay was very pleasant. The place was clean and well maintained and I would stay there again.

Check in was slow, Room was dirty. Delivered food was stolen outside my door. Hotel offered a free of charge selection from their snack area as an apology then charged me for it. Morning breakfast & coffee that I enjoyed but dare not consume too much just in case.
