The reason we booked this hotel was beacuse we wanted a pool. I feel like there should have been a discount for that. I was told we could use the pool in another hotel. Serious!!! I did not want to use another hotels pool. This has happened before, think i will be staying not at this hotel chain again.

Close to airport, huge plus! Nice workout facility. We didn’t eat breakfast there, but the buffet looked tasty! Clean, quiet rooms. Wish you’d at least get a complimentary bottle of water, instead of paying. I be would stay here again. Thank you!

The bed sloped to the right and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. There was some sort of stain along the bottom of the curtain. There were drip marks on the wall and tv. The cable tv had very little to watch, and the tv blocked us access to using out fire stick. The pool and hot tub were closed (this was the 3rd time we have stayed there where the pool was either closed or had no heat. The people above us were stomping back and forth like they were doing military drills in the room above us. The freezer kept defrosting which soaked any food we put in the fridge.

The peloton was broken, unable to lower seat. The shuttle driver said he would come in ten minutes. Twenty minutes after that, the front desk called him and he said he’d be there in twenty minutes. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport. There was zero traffic and the airport is about six minutes away. No apology or anything. Other than that, the hotel seems clean and staff are adequately polite. Breakfast was standard. Nice they have a pool.

I waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle even after talking with the lady twice. The first time I called she said 20 minutes then after 25 minutes passed I called again and I was told 10 minutes. Finally I got a cab after waiting 45 minutes. I got to the hotel and there was another guy waiting with no receptionist to be found. We stood there for 10 minutes before she came to the desk.

Night manager was very helpful. We went to our first room and it reeked of urine. The second room was okay but my daughter found cracker crumbs in her sheets. We requested new sheets and the manager brought them up right away. She was extremely helpful in taking care of us. Couldn’t recommend her more highly. Pleasant comfortable room.

The AC in our room did not work. We were simply told they did not have a maintenance person on duty and there was nothing they could do. No hair dryer in the room and they didn’t have one. No stopper in the sink. Lobby entrance flooring was dirty and uninviting. Breakfast was good. Beds and bathroom seemed clean except carpet.

Anchorage, Alaska!!! There was a broken fake fingernail under our sink all week! I finally removed it myself with a tissue! We had to change rooms when we came in late from our plan. It looked like poop on the comforter. The other room wasn’t clean either, but after being up for 38 hours, we were too tired to care! We stayed the whole week, but we’re going on day trips and not there. Didn’t really matter! The breakfast was good though. Second floor hallway was never vacuumed the whole time we were there! Same things on the carpet all week! The second floor for the most part was crude! From now on, we will go downtown or to a Marriott!

The first room they gave us (room 319) was dirty and the furniture was falling apart. The carpet was not cleaned, the microwave was dirty and the ac was damaged. Also there were no curtains and only blinds.After requesting another one they gave us room 219. The ac was loud and also looked damaged. As least The furniture was not falling apart. The carpet was better than the first room but I don’t think they vacuum often since the hallway was dirty too. The tiles on the spa were filthy. One good note the breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful especially Ryan at the front desk

This hotel is modern looking, breakfast is included. There is a bit of road noise but the comfortable bed compensated for that. Rooms are a good size and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Hampton Inn Anchorage.

This hotel was terrible especially with what it cost to stay there. The curtains would not close all the way (by design) and with the Alaska daylight, it was bright during the long days. Carpet was filthy. Water pressure was terrible to take a shower. Bed was very hard. I'll never stay there again.

arrived and was told we would have to wait 1/2 hour to 1 hour for room because they were understaffed. They then informed us that there were no mountain view rooms left . I paid extra for the mountain view and they refused to refund the difference .I was told to take it up with Expedia , they also requested a $50 deposit for possible damages because we booked through Expedia . The room was adequate that were assigned but the staff was very rude and dismissive .

The check in lady was very rude after leaving me on hold forever and having to call back for shuttle pockup. Get checked in and shower wont turn on. Maintenance fixed it very quickly though. Checked out at 3am and that lady was perfect. Shuttle driver at 3am couldnt be bothered with bags or opening doors just pulled up and honked. Wasnt very impressed this stay maybe start looking for somewhere that apreciates its customers

I want to especially recognize Mina, the hostess of the breakfast area during our stay. She was always willing to help someone, kept the area clean and well stocked, and always showed a pleasing attitude. Great job.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast choices. Location very convenient to airport and easy access to shopping and restaurants. We stayed for 5 days, we requested for a linen change and a garbage pick up but no one showed up, maybe housekeeping forgot but overall it’s a nice descent hotel. I can recommend it to people visiting Anchorage.

From checking in to checking out everything was perfect. Its such a cozy and pretty hotel. Morning breakfast was one thing i was looking forward for everyday. This was one of the best hotel I've ever been to. Staffs we're so nice as well. One of the best birthday trip to Anchorage.
