They don’t clean like they suspose to they need get more cleaning people I watch one made bed without pull the sheets because the bed wasn’t mess up

The toilet seat was loose and hanging off. The shower didn't have any hot water at all. So had to take a shower in cold water. The room door was hard to close. I had to use force.
