Sleep cheep. The place was a bit rundown. The pool and hot tub out of order. One of the two elevators stopped working. The breakfast was okay the staff was friendly. Overall was not my kind of place to stay

The staff was friendly enough. We only stayed one night so we had little interaction. The photos definitely catfish you. The entire hotel footprint looked a little run down and the pool was drained. The AC didn’t seems to be working in the elevator and our room door stuck so bad that you had to yank to get it open and slam it shut. Everything in the room seemed to work but it was evidently dirty upon entry. All metal surfaces were rusty and the floor was so dirty it turned my daughter’s feet black on the bottom after just walking a couple laps around the room. The sheets seemed clean and nothing smelled bad but the comforter was pretty stained. I still wasn’t comfortable moving about in the space and tried to touch as little as possible. Breakfast the next morning was limited to cereal, waffles and yogurt; not bad but not a lot of choices.

Both pool and Spa were closed. The Breakfast was bare with no fruit, bread, jelly or orange juice. Soda machine kept breaking and kept being left in service. The water smelled and tasted like the marsh it was from (not hotel’s fault, it’s an area problem.) Lights bulbs and outlets were out. It was awful almost 1 star except the people working there were friendly

I hate to leave a bad review, but we felt very unsafe in this hotel. The pool was closed, the gym was full of boxes and the rooms smelled of smoke. Would not recommend unfortunately

We tried to check in but they told us we had to come back because we were too early. When we finally checked in. The pool was not filled and it was filthy. The elevator was a little shady and we were afraid to use it. So with that being said. We used the steps. My daughter fell down the steps because they were slippery. We finally got to the room and the floors were sticky. And the bathtub drain didn't work right. We dealt with it for the night but if we had to stay longer we would not have stayed.

When I traveled with family I always make sure that pool is available. I booked this hotel because it was showing pool available while booking. However I was told by receptionist that pool is closed for last few weeks. My kid was very disappointed.

Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, bars of soap and shampoo just open all over inside one of the side tables, a bottle of laundry detergent just left and in the room, tv remote with no battery cover, pool and hot tub looks like it has not been maintain in years, trash all over the place.

I understand that for the price we paid we can't expect much but basic cleanliness is a must. There was dust on the floor and someone's clipped toe nails, shower head and faucet had built up on them that was interfering with the water flow. I noticed that the first morning and asked at the reception to clean the room specifying the floor and built up on the shower. The only thing the cleaning staff did was changing the towels and making the bed. The second morning we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I wanted to use the coffeemaker in the room. The coffee holder was missing and I found an old molded coffee pod in the water compartment, something that was not cleaned after previous guests.

Nasty nasty nasty. Worst place ever. Pubic hairs in tub, splatters in sink and around it, food dripped and smeared inside and outside of the microwave, food in corners of the room, stained bedsheets. Blacklist this place or waste your money. Pictures were taken and would love some way to share, but I don't think that's available for reviews. Everything about the room was totally nasty - can't begin to describe it in any other manner.

Just one of the many things that we're disgusting about this room is that I got up in the morning, barefooted and walked around the room while preparing to get dressed. It took me 26 minutes to get ready to leave. My feet felt gritty, and so I thought I would wipe them off before I put them in a shoe, and when I looked at the bottom of my feet, they were black. I took a shower the night before and did not leave the room. There was mold growing on the ceiling. A light fixture was missing from the ceiling,Just wires hanging down. It smelled awful. The towels were stained. And there were black fingerprints and kick marks all over the back of the bathroom Door as well as the room door. Did i take pictures? Yes i did. I have never been so disgusted in a room I had to stay in. One elevator worked in the entire building, and it was sketchy. The pool was black and empty. Weeds in all the flower beds. Do not stay in this hotel. I should have left.

Our room was filthy. There was dirt caked on the once white doors, grime around the bathroom sink, and stuff growing out of the shower head. Dust bunnies were all over the room, and it smelled very musty. Will not be staying there again.

This hotel has bed bugs. They originally moved us from our original room because the toilet was broken. The second room we moved to had a dirty shower, sink, and multiple bed bugs. There were random rooms that were left wide open, and the staff had little information on how to go about getting a partial refund. I would not recommend staying here AT ALL.

The pictures online portrayed this better than it was. Three of the lights in the room didn't work, including the bathroom and I called to have it fixed but they didn't do anything. The pool and spa were out of service. They barely had any TV channels and when it was raining the screen started to cut in and out and get blurry. The mini-fridge was on the coldest but barely kept my stuff cold. I will not be going back to this location.

The rooms were bare. No phones, no pictures. The bed mattress was slumping. The ceilings were cracked. The bathroom stainless fixtures were ugly. The shower pressure was poor. Checked out as soon as we found another place.

The front door of my room is hard to close and the bathroom door cannot close. Next room always pulling the door so hard so it close properly. The coffee pot and coffee supplies are in the bathroom counter. The guests are playing a loud music after 10 pm and the smoke detector went off early in the morning before 7am I won’t stay in this hotel again.

The quality inn looked to be under construction. If not it sure looked like it! Could hardly get the room door open. Metal on metal, door handle didn’t properly open. Had to try 3 or 4 times to get in the door. The shower head was SO calcified that it didn’t even provide enough water to properly shower. NASTY! Their breakfast was absolutely disappointing. The best thing was the coffee. Being retired military I’m use to hardship. But my wife is not. DEFINITELY NOT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS BREAKFAST! A VALENTINE DAY DISAPPOINTMENT.

Multiple issues 1 I got to the hotel 1.5 hours early, was told there was a 40 early check in fee. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this before. 2 When attempting to check in early was told there was no bathroom in a common area. When I checked in there is one right outside the pool area. 3 wasn’t told that rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless requested. When I was informed of that the 2nd day when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned I requested for it to be cleaned the next day. IT WASNT!

Stay far far away from this place. The front desk clerk didn’t treat all races fairly, nor did she care when I pointed this out. It wasn’t a very safe place either. Overall, just a very bad experience, the worst I’ve ever had. There are better options around the area. For a little bit more money, it is definitely worth it.

Ms. Sharon and Ms. Christine were more than amazing!! With my mom staying at Mayo Clinic and money being tight they gave me a discount and mayed me feel like family. I will most definitely be staying with them again!!

This property should not be listed. The pictures are fraudulent. I could not stay at this place. The owner was very understanding as he stated they are under renovations. And would give a full refund. If you are looking for a nice place DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

Considering that my rate was 1/3 of the rates in this area, it was an excellent room for the price. Location is awesome, right off the highway and near gas and stores, but I would not walk at night (deserted and construction). Very quiet. Best shower though and everything worked all appliances. My only concern that it smelled moldy near bed. But overall if was very nice ( for the price).

This place is a dump. The property is run down and smelled of weed. Surrounding area was dirty and I worried that my vehicle wouldn’t be there in the morning. Room was dirty and uninviting. Front desk staff was rude and nobody was there in morning to check out. SKIP this hotel and drive to the next exit.

At checking in there’s a lot of homeless people in the hotel with vouchers for the night and they were fighting. I did not stay I left There was more homeless people in the building and the area as you are driving in they are waiting as the side of the road to see who they know to give them a night rest. Police and the ambulance was on the seen to take someone who got hurt. Never again.

Unfortunately this hotel is pretty sketchy, strange people hanging out outside and nearby, car alarms going off, strange people in the parking lot. I left one night early due to concerns about safety.

Poor lighting, poor breakfast, it's better to say there's none, small dining space, when I arrived the air conditioning was off, I spent 3 hours trying to sleep because of the heat, swimming pool under maintenance, coffee machine inside the bathroom, in short, I don't recommend it to anyone, it needs urgent renovation and updating.

Upon check-inn, I was given a room that had NOT been made. No sheets, no bath linens, bedspread on the floor and full trash cans. I was given a second room that was made up, but the room conditions were not great - the maids and maintenance people seem to have given up. Mold around the tub & tile, toilet seat loose, toilet rocks when set on, hairs in the tub & sink, broken and stained lamp shades, room door safety lock broken off and paint chipped off everywhere. Plus, the main ice maker was out and the one at the back of the property wasin bad shape and had difficulties working. What really frosted me was the breakfast. I specifically made this hotel reservation because it offered a hot breakfast, with photos of an assortment of breads with a toaster and a steam table. Breakfast only consisted of 2 cereals, yogurt, apples and waffles. I asked the front desk about the discrepancy and was told that the hot breakfast hadn't been there in over 5 years and that they offered only a continental breakfast. I was also told that if I didn't like it to contact corporate ! I asked about the breads usually offered in a continental breakfast and was told I get waffle. I did not book this hotel so that I would have to leave the hotel to eat breakfast out. I feel lied to ! Bait and switch anyone ?

Breakfast was just coffee, some juices in bottles (dispensers were not working), small yogurt cups, and waffle-makers. Not to be considered "Continental"! There was broken furniture all over the property. Noise from the neighboring community most of the night. Water quality was horrible/smelled. Would not recommend or stay again.

The breakfast was very limited. No pastries, eggs, or bacon. I found a pubic hair on my bath towel. Key stopped working - had to get another one. There was a lot of rust on the fixtures. TV guide was missing. I could go on... I will never stay at a "Quality" Inn again!

The sink in the bathroom smells and it drains slowly. I went to get breakfast sometime after 7 I thought maybe breakfast runs out and someone was going to fix more so I asked the guy at the desk what’s going on with the breakfast he told me all they had was waffles.Id never go back to that place neither would I recommend anyone.
