The room had bugs and the pool didn’t work. The lady offered another room but that room was not poolside and the view was not pleasant at all. We stayed in the room we had by the pool which we never got to use after being told the pool was going to be fixed after we leave kinda felt cheated

Friendly staff, easy checkin but they will only provide room service if you ask. Was at the pool with a weird cloud-no noise or rain and they shut us down-it was 2:30 pm. Weird restaurant experience at red grill. Pizza was so hard it could have built a house. Otherwise I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the room conditions were completely unacceptable. The space was filthy… dirty, dusty, and reeking of mold. The sink didn’t drain, the water never got hotter than lukewarm, and parts of the toilet were missing. The bathroom was visibly unsanitary, and the overall condition of the room made it impossible to rest. Hallways were so loud and disgusting and the walls were so thin. In the middle of the night, we tried to switch rooms or even leave for another hotel, but everything nearby was sold out. We had no choice but to push through the night in conditions no guest should ever experience. While the front desk staff at checkout were respectful and accommodating, that does not excuse the fact that this room should never have been booked. Management needs to address these issues immediately and consider issuing refunds to guests who have had to endure this, which we had to go through. Selling a room in this state is unacceptable.

This is probably my 2nd worst experience at a hotel. The staff is very polite, so my complaint is literally about the hotel itself. The shower didn’t work properly, had to keep asking for new towels and sheets because no one came to my room to clean and I did not have the “do not disturb” sign up. Also was killing little roaches throughout my stay.

The hotel’s location is great. When we entered, it was clean and smelled wonderful. The lobby was nice, although there were stains on the couch. Once we got to the floor, the room’s smell quickly changed. We were hit with an awful smell and went into the room. It smelled like mildew. There was mold behind the door. The bathroom was small and dirty, and it didn’t feel comfortable to shower in. There was buildup of dirt in the corner of the door. There was also a small bug crawling on the bed. People were walking the floors and making loud noises until 3 AM.

I booked a deluxe room and i was given a very small room. No room for bags and nowhere to put the baby stroller. Room was dirty, bathroom disgusting, hair on the sheets, bugs coming out the sink and the floors awful. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Asked for clean towele and never received any. Resturant in hotel overpriced crappy food. Will never stay here again.

The elevators beep LOUDLY every time they move one floor. You can hear the beeping at every floor all day and all night. Our room was pretty far down the hallway, away from the elevators. I can’t imagine how loud and annoying the beeps must have been in the rooms right near the elevators.

The most important amenity of any hotel for us is the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything else is lacking and does not match the pictures online. You can tell this hotel has seen some rough times but they did a good job of trying to spruce it up. There is evidence everywhere of dirt and grime but the bed was nice. The AC is very loud,.which we like and kept the room a consistent temp. Our TV did not work and the only option was to switch from a king to doubles. Hubby iw 6'2 so that was not an option. Our room was the way at the end of the hall and you could hear the traffic on 95

The location was convenient. The service is the worst I have experienced. The room was left without cleaning, towels unchanged, and the trash can unemptied. Staff attitude is terrible. Great place to stay. Only negative was the desk clerk closing out her cash drawer and counting every dime and telling me I came in the middle of shift change and would have to wait. I had been driving over 7 hours and was amazed that her counting change was more important than checking me in which I had already done the pre check in.

My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. Overall they were excellent representatives of this hotel and made our stay that much better. The rooms were nice, and clean. Beds were firm and supportive, we enjoyed our anime vibes the whole time we were together both at the hotel and at the convention center. I can’t recommend Tabitha and Jenn enough for promotions, raises or bonuses, they were amazing!

the staff/front desk staff that i encountered were very rude and couldn’t have seemed to care less about me even being in front of them at all no eye contact at all i was placed right next to the elevator in the corner which i had to really look for seeing how it just seemed like a maintenance closet refused to switch me rooms even after having to book for another night twice i hardly slept at all the entire time because of how noisy it was 0/10 would not recommend

We heard people getting ice all night long. And one person with a very loud voice was in the hallway while on her cell using the speaker phone. It must have been 3 in the morning. The property was fine our particular room had a moldy smell, unfortunately they were booked up and we couldn't change. The "attached" restaurant was a disaster. They only accepted online orders and the website was broken and the staff was completely unable and unwilling to try to find a solution.

The property wasn't bad, overall. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and housekeeping replaced towels on my 3rd day there (out of 5). But the sink was clogged and slow to drain, the faucet was loose in the sink top (although it worked fine), and it was little difficult to get the shower to stay on when I pulled up the stopper. Overall, the hotel is clean and safe, and since it was relatively affordable, I didn't mind dealing with a few minor issues with the sink and shower. I was also a little surprised that there was no breakfast at all, but I think I assumed there would be some kind of breakfast and I forgot to double-check the listed amenities when I booked my room.

Requested a king size wheelchair accessible room for walk in shower. Was given 2 full beds. Should have been told at check-in what was available. Water for shower was NOT hot. No ice machine. Space for the machine was empty. No smart TV. TV had ATT cable that either had a fuzzy picture that went in or out or there was no signal. One minute the show is on. The next 10 minutes no signal. Change the channel, same thing.

I liked the stay. It was in a good area to the places I needed to go. Staff at the front desk were friendly. The maid was only requested once during my week stay and she didn’t clean up all the way. Made up bed and replaced towels but the room was not swept, sink and tub were NOT cleaned. They were at 100% capacity but still. Otherwise I’ll go bad. Pricewas very good.
