Everyone was very pleasant the food was not good at all had to go out to rat brekfast The pool needs umbrellas on the tables to hot to sit outside

The stay, as usual, was very good with the exception of the elevator being out one night, but it was fixed the next day. The only real problem was the noise on the outside of the motel from some kind of group partying until approximately 2:00 a.m. in the morning.

Nice customer service, pool was clean.

The room was very spacious, clean, and updated. The pool was small and had no shade of any kind.

Great breakfast very delicious. Outside looks nice kids played in the pool. And so I could use some work had issues with both rooms we rented one room the bathroom door would not lock if you sit on the foot of the bed the bed will flip forward. Room number two the push button for the toilet was stuck down on one side hard to flush the toilet bed sit really high off the floor hard to get in and out of.

The facility is well maintained and clean at a very reasonable rate.

Quick overnight break in traveling with my kiddos. They loved the breakfast bar and the swimming pool.

This was a good place to stay for a good price. It could be cleaner, but meets expectations. The fire alarm went off the first night we got here and no one knew why. The elevator was making noises while trying to stop. It is convenient located right off the freeway.

First day they were out of coffee. Eggs were very watery. Pool was unusable

The property was not as clean as we had hoped and it was extremely over priced for the location and the amenities. The pool is not much larger than a hot tub and is in the parking lot. I would not stay there again.

Room was clean, quiet environment, and breakfast was good.

The room could’ve been cleaner, blood on the bed sheets, and room floors had not been cleaned. There were also brown stains on the ceiling that resembled dirt build up.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Disgusting is an understatement. Mold in the bathroom on the wall, tons of stains on the carpet, curtains had stains. The chair needed to be replaced. It was in major need of new paint and carpet. We stayed in room 110 and will never stay there again.

Carpet in hallway is stained in numerous places. Cleaning glove left on the vanity of my room at check-in. No one at the front desk when attempting to check-in.

Everything was clean and very nice. Employees were super friendly. I’ll be back!

Horrendous DAMP smell in our room,,, mold on popcorn ceiling hanging down. Floor - carpet had caked on dirt, and stains all throughout ! Mold/ mildew smell didn't allow me to even sleep throughout the night. Needs a complete overhaul or torn down.

Clean room and bed and bath. Friendly staff.

We were ready to go to bed when my wife saw some bed bugs on the pillows. The GM was out of town and the front desk had nothing to offer to address this. I will not stay here ever again. We packed up our cloths and went to a near by hotel so we paid for two rooms that night (Jan. 4, 2025).

Appearance from outside looks nice, but the inside was definitely not. Our room was not clean…dirty floors, stains on carpet and walls and did not smell well at all. Little to no insulation in walls so we could hear neighbor’s TV all night. The only positive note is the front desk staff was pleasant and fixed our key card when it did not work the first time issued.

In Tuscaloosa for an Alabama football game. Proximity to campus was perfect, a short 10 minute drive. The room, especially the bathroom was spacious. All basic amenities were available. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included.

The check in process and the front desk ladies were awesome! And everything in the room was good…but there wasn’t a shower curtain! No we did not go downstairs and get one, we were so tired of walking, so that wasn’t an option.

Lobby and breakfast area was nice. Room was spacious and clean, walls are paper thin you can hear people walking down the hallway loudly, over priced for the hotel though. We were there for a major football game so I know prices go up during those time but you don’t have to rob people for peuole to stay. The hotel needs an update the stairs to get to the 2nd floor look like something from 1970’s grandmothers house. The hall is dark and creepy. Overall we had a decent stay the area seemed safe which is most important.

I won’t be going back. There are many similarly priced hotels in the immediate area that are nicer. The carpeting is stained and dirty. The breakfast buffet was already cold by 6:30. And the manager seemed to spend all of her time leaning against the “Smoke free sign”. Smoking. The shower head was about to fall apart. Mattress terribly uncomfortable. No thanks.

Was able to get some sleep!

This hotel was on the edge of town and not right in the middle of all the traffic…..yet close enough to everything. That’s one of the things we liked about it’s location. The room was spacious and very clean.

Only like on this property was the closeness to other attractions nearby. Room was less than desired with a dainty shower head in the bath that could barely cover an arm or a leg. And fixtures falling apart in the bathroom and the floor creaked like an old house in spots. Not well put together imo.

The hotel is dated and needs new flooring. Pillows were tiny. Air conditioning never stopped running and the room was freezing.

Motel quality. Room smelled musty. Showers did not get hot.

I did not like the fact that 2 days in a row the cleaning had no disregard to if I was sleeping, conference call or zoom. They knocked on my door until I answered. They should allow the customers to call them if they are needed. I felt like on the second day that they were rushing me before time to get out so they could clean the room. It was very rude. Knocking saying house keeping repeatedly just rude and no consideration of privacy.

Exceptionally friendly staff!

Initially the stay was going lovely but it turned out to be a bad experience. My family and I were in Tuscaloosa for my niece’s graduation so we were extremely excited. The check in was very nice and the front desk attendants were very friendly and outgoing. However, everything went downhill once we made back to the room from shopping. I was getting ready to relax for the night and I couldn’t get the television to work. I called the front desk to inform them on the matter. Jordan, the front desk attendant, came up to help but she couldn’t get it to work either so she said she would get someone else and we didn’t hear/see anyone else that. I didn’t have a television at all that night and was not asked to be switched to another room. The worst part was the hotel manager trying to say I was lying about my room. I spent over $650 for three rooms and I would have loved to have been accommodated better. It’s very unfortunate because the hotel is located in a perfect spot but they don’t do right by their customers.

The young lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately the person on duty for check out was checked out. I stood at the front desk for at least 15 minutes calling for help with check out and nobody was in sight. There were 2 women sitting in front eating with a child so I assumed they were guests as well. Nope it was the employee who was supposed to be at the desk. Overall it’s an older property that doesn’t seem like it gets much traffic. There was no hot water and red and black stuff coming out of the tub faucet when running the water. Towels were dirty and surfaces were dusty. I was ultimately promised two free nights to compensate for the inconvenience which I have yet to receive an email for. It’s not somewhere to stay for any more than a night or two unless you literally just need somewhere to sleep and don’t mind a cold shower.

Carpet was stained. The hotel needs to be remolded as a whole. TV didn’t work in my original room, therefore, I changed room. The Customer Service Rep was very rude when I brought my issues to her attention. I highly recommend sleeping in a car than this hotel. Several people were hanging out front of the hotel drinking, smoking, and playing loud music.

When I went to this hotel this past Wednesday, August 27, 2025 the staff at the front desk Jess was racist with an awful attitude. She initially put me on the first floor, which I told her I did not want the first floor from the beginning. She proceeded to put me on the third floor. The rugs were disgusting! it had bodily fluids all over the chair and centipedes and roaches in the room with a terrible smell! She also put me in a smoking room after I specifically requested a non-smoking room. I later asked for a different room. the manager Meredith had an attitude and lied on me, saying I was using profanity, which was a complete lie these racist-awful people are horrible. Stay away from this hotel I later spoke to the lead housekeeper and she w/ the other housekeeper looked in the hotel and told me they had not been able to clean any of the third floor carpeting, which I had sheets covering the entire carpet because they did not want to change my room until the second day which I left the hotel because I could not stay there any longer! The breakfast was disgusting and very cheap! again-The manager was very very awful to me. She tried to argue with me when I told her she was lying on me. I never use profanity and I left the hotel and did a claim with the bank to get my money back. Later she gave me one day credit for not staying for the rest of my stay at the hotel. Please DO NOT go to this hotel! Rooms are disgusted & cheap. It needs repair. /STAY AWAY! Terrible service!

Very nice front desk folks. Pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room! (Hallways heading to the room looked a little beat up). Left too early for breakfast, but will probably stay again because it's priced well and easy to access from I-20.

Very convenient to Bama!

Loved the comfy king sized mattress and soft pillows. Wonderful night's sleep. Excellent hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, plus cold options.

Breakfast was sub par, eggs way too salty. Cold coffee on both days and hot water too cold to brew tea. Said something and the new batch of coffee was barely warmer and probably same batch. Coffee maker in room was broken and front desk uncaringly offered no solutions and actually she seemed annoyed. The evening front desk lady was able to help us with the coffee maker and had a very can-do friendly attitude. Lobby mens restroom had no paper towels for both days we were there. Room was very clean !!
