Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

I only had to stay here, cause it was the last resort and I was going to Morgan Wallen concert. Otherwise, this place it smells awful. The rooms were tore up, cracks in the walls and the floors. The countertops were dirty. There was like blood or dirt on the walls. The curtains were so dirty from people touching them. They were black. There wasn’t any hot water and only a drip from the shower. Every area was dirty and smelled awful. The gym is not a gym at all. It’s not a fitness center has a couple cardio machines that’s that’s it and it was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work and it smelled awful. The staff is extremely rude. Don’t try to get any customer service when they don’t ever answer the phone when you go to the desk they treat you like your burden free breakfast that that was a joke. It’s a bunch of just prepackaged pastries.

Alex who checked us in was fabulous! The elevator was down at the time but he got us on the second floor so it was terrible. Many of the rooms were not ready but Alex found a room for us at check in. The sheets were stained and there were several bugs on the curtains. They were bugs from outside NOT BED BUGS. Every thing else was great. Would stay again. Cant say enough nice things about Alex!
