The room continue to deactivate and the staff kept charging me for my room that I paid from full through hotels.com

The staff was superior. I had parked far off and Emily went to get it for me. The clerk helped me while I was in breathing distress. Overall, the staff was amazing. I will definitely stay there when I travel to and from Texas again.

The entire staff /each shift welcomed us graciously & worked with us when we had a funny key incident & needed another & more importantly each tried to help us with a strange HOTEL charge..on our card.. but did not appear on theirs/the hotel bill…,we still working on this but they did all they could & offered advice too on handling this error!
