The best thing about this place is the pool. It was quiet and relaxing, so if you\'re literally just needing a place to sleep for the night then 10/10. Otherwise, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Here\'s why: -My #1 complaint is that they say they offer breakfast and it\'s stated as "grab and go" what they don\'t tell you is that your breakfast is literally an apple & a fruit cup. They mention "we have sausage egg and cheese biscuits back in the office" but then tell you they don\'t have any when you ask for one. They should call it a snack, not breakfast. -The tub had a "pin" you pressed hidden below the knob to activate the shower head and none of the staff bothered to explain where to locate it and it took two of us troubleshooting to finally figure it out. ON TOP OF THAT there was no bath plug so I had to use a washcloth to take a bath. The toilet also would let off a raw sewage smell for no reason. -The drink vending machines were not stocked and it appeared the only access to ice and a water fountain were in the lobby. -Lastly, all outdoor lighting was non-existent. The parking lot and the pool had no walkway lights or lamp lights. I feel the biggest problem with this place is the transparency on what you are actually paying for. I\'m sure the staff isn\'t fully responsible if at all for these conditions, but whoever is in charge really needs to do better.

In general the room was fine. The parking lot out back did not have enough lighting although it had plenty of parking. Although advertised as having breakfast, they were remodeling their dining room and were only handing out snacks and a microwaveable sausage sandwich in the morning. The staff was nice but the night guy had no idea that there were back entrances that I could use to get to my room (?). It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area although traffic is a mess.

Their pool was sold green and not usable. There is only one ice machine located on the 1st floor, which sucks if you get a 2nd floor room. Please don’t advertise a pool if it’s green and not even running.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. We were not in town long enough to try the pool, but it looked very nice and good size.

The room was clean, however it was extremely damp. The air conditioning was extremely loud as well. The room has a wet smell and the hallway leading to the room smelled damp as well. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, however one of the cleaning staff seemed irritated that because she had to move over to allow my husband and I to pass in the hallway. No cleaning staff came to tidy the room, or empty the trash while we were there.

Upon initial check-in, our 2nd floor room had ants all around the bathroom and floor in the main room. The floor had sticky spills on it. We were changed promptly to another room. While this room did not have ants, there were spills on the floor. Cobwebs and spiders throughout. The door was very loose, letting in light, and noise, day and night. Rattling as guests used the outside door. The appliances were in working order. The outlets behind the bedside table were in disrepair. Cords could not be plugged in and the outlet itself was protruding from the wall. The outlets on the lamp were being used for the television cord.

For what it was and what it promised, it definitely delivered. The place was clean, and one of the better affordable hotels I’ve been in. Usually the affordable hotels have issues with cleanliness, or plumbing problems, nasty or janky bathrooms, etc. We had no issues here, ZERO! They even gave us a pallet of local nearby restaurants and marked those within walking distance. That had a fantastic liquor store across the street with very well kept, clean cabin feel. Everything felt clean, simple and supportive. Staff was great. My only gripe would be no mini fridge in the room.

We had driven in for a concert at the Walmart amp amphitheater. The hotel is small and the room was small but we didn’t need much as we were staying a very short period of time. My husband, myself and 2 girls 10 and 13. I feel like I paid for exactly what we needed.

The rude attitude of the staff. My reservation was ignored because I did it via Expedia, a third part, as they told me. We simply were dismissed and after showing the reservations in the cell phone one of the staff was willing to discuss the matter and finally accept my reservation.

GM was quite rude when checking in. We arrived early from our drive so thought we’d go to the hotel. He said you need to call If you want an early check in. We just got there and thought we’d go to the hotel. It’s a $25 fee to check in early. We didn’t have to we just thought we’d go there first. But he was really rude about it. It could be explained in a nice way. Just very unfriendly and not courteous. Won’t ever stay there again!

From the friendly clerk at the desk to our check out 2 days later, everything went smoothly and couldn’t have been better. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. We would definitely stay here again. As for the people complaining about breakfast, we found that what they had put out was very good and fresh. No complaints from us there.

I paid in full for a king size bed. when i book the room. Came in to check in and they changed my room to 2 single beds. When i asked why, they said they had to give priority to other people. Then i asked '' but i paid when i booked but they didn't give a damn about it. I refused the room and went to a nicer one closed by. So if anyone out there , remember you will not get the one you reserved.

Staff was excellent. They were pleasant and happy to help. Front desk worked diligently to fix the problem when my reservation from a travel site didnt show up in their computer and even checked me in early because i had mis read the email confirmation. I would stay again

The staff was terrific, and I would give this property a 10/10. They were all so lovely and accommodating, especially since our flights got canceled and we had to stay another night. I would visit here again on my next visit to Bentonville.

We we able to check in early without hassle, the rooms were ready and clean. Our stay was one night for a ballgame we traveled to see. The location was nice. There are few places to eat right across the street. All in all, we had zero complaints.

The staff and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I did not eat breakfast there as I brought my own knowing I wanted more than just the basics but coffee and water were offered all the time which was really nice. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and it really felt my needs as it was close to all of the Bentonville amenities

Never been to the area so it was nice to be in the middle of everything. The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. Staff was so friendly. There are a lot of options very close for food and shopping - it is a little difficult to get into the parking lot during heavy traffic times but that isn't a hotel issue!

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was helpful. The layout of the room was a little strange, but fine for our needs. Getting out of the hotel was tricky during rush hours.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. We were not in town long enough to try the pool, but it looked very nice and good size.

After making the reservation, I received an email saying that their was some changes I need to be aware of. The big change was there would not be a "breakfast", but it would be a grab and go. Upon check-in, there was a sign on the dining room door that said we need to see the front desk staff for the "grab and go". The next morning, we didn\'t have to see staff, the breakfast bar was set up. It consisted of instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and coffee. The grab and go was actually a grab it and go back to your room and eat. Very disappointed and we went out for breakfast a couple of times. Luckily there were plenty of places nearby to choose from. The pool was green and appeared dirty; the shower curtain had been cut to fit the shower; the towel hook in the shower area was not reachable from the shower; poorly laid out bathroom facilities; water pressure was very low; the smoke alarm appeared not to have power; no coffee pot, microwave or refrigerator; entrance door at the end of the hallway was not secured and slammed close when someone came through it; phone in room did not work; every time we asked for towels or to get the trash emptied, staff acted like we were bothering them. But they did take the time to apologize on several occasions and made sure to let us know they were in the process of converting over to another motel chain. After I got home from our trip, I noticed an extra nights stay had been charged to my c/c. I was able to got a refund easily.

Needed a fairly inexpensive hotel for a 1 night stay & Spark fit the mark. The name was different, but Hilton is trusted. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was unique, the room was clean, the air conditioner needs to be upgraded, & the breakfast was bagels & yogurt…we went to iHop.

Bathroom area was a bit cramped and you have to step into shower to turn it on - might not be a problem if someone had not left shower on massage setting and the shower head positioned so that it sprayed me directly in the face when I tried to turn it on to warm up…Breakfast is simple, continental. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, tea and various condiments (peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese, honey, etc) I do like how they have “recipe” ideas hanging on the wall - you can mix the different options to get different breakfasts -streamlined and economical.

The staff were welcoming and efficient. Everything was tidy and easy to find. I loved seeing a fellow guest or two with an adorable, friendly pet, as well. I will definitely return. (I left a tote behind and had no issues quickly retrieving it a couple of hours after check-out.)
