We were told there was a pet deposit of $25 for each dog. I thought it was a deposit for the entire stay as that is what I have had at other hotels and I did not mind doing that. However, it was $25 for each dog for each night of our stay. So we had $150 pet deposit as we were there 3 days. That is a steep pet deposit.

The bathroom was nasty. The toilet took an hour to fill and there was mold. The pool was disgustingly green. The bed frames are aluminum so they have alot of noise when you move around on them. The cleaning staff took our towels but didn't bring them back or even take the trash out. VERY disappointed.

Let me start by saying that you can only have so much in the way of expectations when staying at a Super 8 hotel. That being said, this place was in the process of a remodel, which from the looks of things, were beginning to wind down. The updated look is nice and modern. On a side note, no elevator so if you have bad knees like myself, staying on the second floor is painful. The room...fresh pain, new floors, and the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk gave us a can of air freshener made for cigarette smell so I can only guess it's a known issue. They apparently forgot to check the lighting during the remodel, the one overhead light appears to only have 1 out of 4 fluorescent bulbs working and the nightstand light flickers like a 70's disco. The mattress was nothing short of awful and to make matters worse, they used thin sheet metal to block under the bed instead of wood so, every time you roll over, it actually sounds like thunder. The staff were all very friendly and seemed sincerely happy to help.

The key card didn't work. I was able to get into the room from the inside door because it didn't fully shut unless you pushed all your weight on it. When I got in the bathroom tub was beat up/scratched up and looked gross. Front desk gave us a new room due to door not shutting and key card not working. New room was way nicer, but still kind of gross. One of the beds had stained sheets. The pool was great and my kids loved it.

Horrible experience, smells like cigarettes everywhere! since the moment you walk into the lobby in stinks. I went to my room and i thought the smell would go away but no even my room smelt like cigarettes. Me and my family got 3 rooms and each room smelt like cigarettes. There was mold on walls, ceiling and bathroom doors were tearing. Me and my whole family left that night because the smell was too strong and even my 6 year old was coughing a lot so went to go pay for another hotel.

Disgusting hotel all around. Broken tile in the bathroom. Holes in the bedspread. Broken sharp objects in the bathtub. No smoke detector. Nothing is clean. No amount of remodeling will help this place. Bulldoze it down and start over.

This hotel is disgusting. The rooms are filthy. The front lobby smells like cigarettes and weed. The staff are not very friendly or attentive. The room was horrible, the bed was stained. There were bedbugs. The furniture was dirty. Cigarette burns in everything. When we first arrived the police were there. I can’t believe that Wyndham attached their name to this establishment.

Room was clean and the bed was ok. I didnt have any issues. There is a grab and go type breakfast. I did feel like it was an older property and could use some upgrades. Overall I had a good stay and would stay here again.

Rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay warrants one. There was tons of dirt and dust and dead bugs behind the bed, the toilet would not flush and ran all night, the tub was very dirty and the bed sheets had stains. Now when I say stains, yes you could tell they had been washed, but old stains were noticeable, imo sheets should be replaced when they are stained so badly. Was woke up very abruptly by the cleaning staff at 9 am, check out is 11. I’ve never stayed anywhere that they have bothered me before 10:30 ish. The lobby and halls were so hot, and dirty.

They seriously need to upgrade on bedding window treatments. Stains on both. Rooms need to be CLEANED A LOT MORE THOROUGHLY!! Couple of cleaning gloves left on floor between nightstand and bed. It was the most unclean motel i ever stayed at!

Our sheets, towels were clean. The bed was comfortable. But while the room was surface clean, there was a not-nice odor and the curtains and upholstered chair had lots of visible staining. My white socks were also dirty after walking around in then in the room. We also had issues with little things not working (TV remote, one of the bedside lamps). So if you want a decent bed in a safe room and a simple breakfast it was fine and one of the cheaper stays in the area. But it wasn't so cheap that we didn't expect better.

The electrical outlets were totally worn out and not enough of them and very unsafe. The bedside lamps had plug-ins in it's base but they were empty holes! A person with a medical sleep machine wouldn't have a place to plug it in. The tv set-up was a joke! Back to the outlets, the one the mess of wires to the tv were plugged into didn't even work, it was dead as a door nail. I don't know how the place hasn't burned down yet. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was so pitted with rust I was afraid I'd get tetanus if I touched it. Then there's the ONE plugin in the bathroom that was recessed so far back into wall the sheetrock edges were totally exposed. The bathtub was from the 70's from it's appearance and very worn, VERY! The hotel from the street doesn't look bad but once in the room it's horrible! I know you get what you pay for and this is a cheap place to stay but it should be safe and up to date on electricals. Also there wasn't even a chair in the room like the pictures showed and the floor lamp wasn't even plugged in because there wasn't a working plug-in available. This place is in bad need of REAL updates, the paint is fine but the electrical and bathrooms need gutted and replaced. I will not stay there again and don't recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The room didn't seem to bad upon entering but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There is a nice area out by the pool. It is sort of run down no money being put to paint,caulk,exterminate bugs,and the most disturbing was the ceiling fan/vent in the bathroom that was just a hole. No ceiling fan/vent there. That has to be some sort of hazard/safety issue.

Decent location. Rented a suite that had a very old and uncomfortable couch (looked and felt 30 years old), the bed wasnt very comfortable and felt like an older spring mattress, the air conditioner when coming on sounded like it was goong to blow up, the noise resistance in the room was poor (could hear people in other rooms and in the hallways at all hours of the night), the giant spa tub which was a deciding factor was dirty (half empty shampoo bottle laying in the drain, jets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years...) so we hand cleaned it ourselves to discover once filled up that the jet system didn't even work. Maybe the other rooms are better, but to pay extra for a suite in such poor condition isn't ideal. I thought about making a formal complaint upon check out, but decided it was probably not worth my time. Highly unlikely i would stay here again.

Property location is great. Unfortunately, that's about it. Our bedding was stained and the window curtains had holes. The beds are on some sort of metal frame that is annoyingly loud any time you move. My expectations for the property were pretty low, and they still fell short. I won't be staying there again.

Restroom door was rotted and veneer peeling up about 12 inches. large hole on the back of restroom door. Visible black growth of some kind on the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub. Dark mold spots on the ceiling. Bed had huge dips on each side from overuse. All furniture in room very worn out in appearance and function. Plug on nightstand for phone charge so worn out that it was unusable. Parking lot looks terrible and has a van parked in the back that all tires are flat, doors hanging open appears to have been there for months. Room was very noisy from highway traffic.

No more Super 8’s for me. Terrible experience from the get go, accidentally charged me for someone else’s reservation. Only realized it when they ran my card and said they had me down for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Chair in room was dirty, rusty outlets, looked like mold on lamp shade, blood stains on mattress cover, woke up in middle of night to go to bathroom and a roach scurried across the floor. The positive: Location was great, easy access to highway and felt like a safe location!

The staff was very welcoming to us. We had a bit of a mishap with our room , but the staff was quick to solve our issue ! The breakfast might not have been top star, but the waffles were delicious ! We will definitely be using them again next time we are in town

I accidentally booked a smoking room which is my fault but the room had not been cleaned like I was told. There was ashes on the bed and there was coffee spilt on the dresser and the toilet had poop around the bowl still and mold around the drain in the shower. The worker at the desk made it right by moving me to a different room. But this hotel has been very disappointing lately and the older lady who was working the desk while I was there was kind of snappy and tried to always make me think I was wrong when I wasn’t and I would even correct her and she just seemed extremely annoyed she had to help me. I have been very displeased with my stats here lately.

Given that this was the cheapest option in the area, I wasn’t expecting much. I will say— I was pleasantly surprised. The exterior is cute. The lobby is clean and comfortable with welcoming staff at the front desk. Our room smelled AMAZING when we first walked in and was notably clean. The room is also nicely decorated. Overall it was a very nice stay. My one only complaint would be that the bathroom was built by a short person. I’m 5’8 and don’t usually have much of an issue with this, but in this particular bathroom I had to squat in the shower and the sink was soooo low lol. But eh, it’s not that bug of a deal. Also— there’s a denny’s right next door in walkable distance that was very convenient for a quick dinner

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The hotel rooms are dirty and smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I went down to the front desk to ask for someone to sweep and mop the room. The front desk assistant moved us to a new room that was a little bit cleaner, but it still smelled horrible. To top it all off, my family and I gathered all our stuff to put in the car while sitting in the car in the Super 8 parking lot, trying to get a refund. Cops pulled up, shined lights in my kids' faces, and asked if we were okay and if we were doing drugs. After talking a little about our situation, the cops said, "I just had to make sure. We always get called here and find meth needles, drugs, and people passed out in cars with kids high on drugs. "It's definitely not for families."

Restroom door was rotted and veneer peeling up about 12 inches. large hole on the back of restroom door. Visible black growth of some kind on the jacuzzi jets in the bathtub. Dark mold spots on the ceiling. Bed had huge dips on each side from overuse. All furniture in room very worn out in appearance and function. We stayed here with our two-year-old daughter. The Accessible room was great. We parked right in front of our room-straight to our room from the door outside. Safe area. Clean room. The old fashion Denny's right next to the hotel. Under $100 hotel. Next time we visit Bentonville, we would stay this hotel again.

The maid did the best she could. No problems there. But the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door. Outdated spreads and drapes. Breakfast offered was cereal. I would rate this particular Super 8 a slight step up from a Motel 6. I've stayed in other Super 8s and was always pleased. Not this time.

Good service. My room was clean and had nice amenities. The breakfast was barebones, but they had it. My card stopped working on the second day of the trip. Additionally, it seems their rule is only 21+ may check in. They made an exception for me as I was solo, but keep this in mind.

My number one requirement for a motel room is a clean bed. I thought the bed linens were clean, the mattress was fine, and the bed cover looked fairly new. We also had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The rest of the room was not great. Mold all over the lamp shade, water damage to the ceiling, huge hole in the bathroom door, and very dirty upholstered chair. They advertised free breakfast, but it was pretty inedible, the juice had gone bad and there was no coffee on the counter.

They supposedly refurbished the rooms and forgot half of it. I would expect more from a Wyndham property. Poor continental breakfast, cold cereal, packaged muffins, coffee and juice that was all. I will not stay in a Super 8 again.

This property leaves much to be desired. It was loud and dirty. The front desk staff were always on their cellphones and couldn’t be bothered when I had a question. Their breakfast was cold cereal and coffee basically. I will not be staying at a Super 8 or Wyndham property ever again.

The jetted tub room was just gross! There were holes in. Linens and it's a non smoke room .they did bring me another sheet tho The room was just not good . When I was changing the sheets I found a Dil*do shoved between the wall and mattress ...I dont even know what else to say ..not ever too g back Do not recommend

The owner or manager or who ever the princess is during the day is absolutely the rudest and coldest human ever. I was going to extend my my stay and the attitude from this woman was horrible. Every day I had to have my key activated. There is no elevator in the building, the housekeeping staff had their children at work and all they did was make noise. The hotel is older and needs major updates. The bed is so horrible it is so uncomfortable. The only good thing was the night manager he was super friendly and nice......
