Check in staff was rude and not helpful. When asked why the pool and spa were closed no explanation was given, just told us he'd be happy to cancel our room. He seemed put out that he'd had to wait on us. He was certainly a jerk. Come to find out the pool was being renovated. How hard is that to tell someone. Very unprofessional. The room was not very clean with stains on the carpet. Thre was hair on the toilet and in the shower. Nothing like having to clean your room before you can enjoy it. Breakfast was average and hot with enough choices to satisfy. The breakfast staff was polite and helpful and kept the food full. Our overall experience was below average and needless to say we will never stay at this property ever again. With many hotel options within 1 mile, there are much better and comparably priced places to stay. Do yourself a favor and find something different than Comfort Suites on Walnut in Rogets Ar.

We planned ahead for this property to stay because of the indoor pool for pur kids and workout center but all if it was not working due to renovation in borh areas so beware to check ahead if you are wanting that as part if your trip otherwise it was clean and safe and had nince beds for sleep.

Shuttle service was truly lacking. Doesn't start until 10:00 a.m.? Sunday service was iffy, so was Mondays. I ended up keeping my rental since they could not promise me shuttle to and from the airport.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the Walmart Amphitheater. It was clean and very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the pool and gym did not open until 10am and checkout was at 11am. The gym also appeared larger in the pictures and did not have any weights.

The main thing we were looking for was the room (clean, updated, spacious, king + couch, etc.) - and it was PERFECT! It even had a mini-fridge, which I wasn't expecting. The second thing we were looking for was a working hot-tub. You would think that wouldn't be hard to find, but it actually was. All the other places that listed having a hot-tub, said it wasn't working when we actually called and asked them about it!! I don't even think the hotels.com site for this hotel listed a hot-tub. So, we were really excited that they had a working one! And of course, the location and the price were great. It was a great experience!

The property is set back off the road. The parking is kind of off to the side and not well lit. Not very safe parking. The inside lobby is nice and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with choices in the morning. The room was filthy. The cleaning crew left a cut up cleaning towel in the bathroom, there was a new pants size sticker still stuck on the wall, hair all over the bathroom floor, carpet was all stained and something smelled like dirty feet near the beds. The room was big and the way it looked when walking in I expected better but it was kind of gross. Wouldn’t stay here again. The staff at the front desk were nice.

It was really a fantastic room and stay. The staff were great. The breakfast was amazing. The pool area was clean and warm. My only 2 issues: 1. My family ran out of toilet paper. The cleaners didn't replace the first roll we used when they cleaned our room on Thursday, and with a family of 3 we quickly ran out before Saturday departure. 2. There was black-colored mold on the ceiling, and a piece of the ceiling was peeling off --- both in the bathroom. It looks like perhaps there was a leak above at some point. I was worried for a few minutes, but then realized we were only staying four nights so we likely wouldn't be affected if the mold was dangerous. I would return again!

Hotel lobby/entrance was neat and clean. Room and bathroom very clean. Bathroom towels nice and fluffy. Shower head had adjustable settings. Good water pressure. A/c worked well. Bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of plugs and charging ports on nightstands. Multiple lighting options in room. Shade and curtains worked well to block light coming from outside. Fair price. Good location; felt safe; close to attractions. Would stay here again. Cons: Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to request enough sheets for the sofa bed, as the bedding pack provided did not have enough sheets. Sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable. Breakfast coffee was instant coffee from a machine.

Not bad but not great. No housekeeping showed up during my entire stay even though it was promised on Wednesdays and I asked to make sure on Wednesday. Thin floors so you can hear all walking above. WiFi and cable were good. Could use some updates in the rooms.

It was great, very clean, seemed new or kept up very well. The ppol and whirlpool was small, but it was perfect. It was very quiet and we had it to ourself both days multiple times. The only complait was the pull out couch. It was worst than most, could feel the springs and made for crummy sleeping. Everyone else in the queen beds slept great though!

Gentleman working nights at front desk was beyond rude. It took him over an hour to get to us and to get us checked in. He never apologized. He acted as if it was somehow our fault. Basically threw our keys at us. Air conditioner was so loud. It rattled all night and kept us awake. Do not stay here!!!

Comfortable furniture. Quiet hotel. Staff was wonderful. They have highchairs and pack n plays for when you are traveling with your littles. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at their hotel. I had some special requests and they were met and then some. My daughter was having a baby so we had grandkids on some nights and then my elderly mother came to meet the new Great great grandchildren. It was so easy for her to get to our room and our suite was so comfortable. We will be back to visit our grandchildren and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

The staff was super nice & helpful! The furniture, including the bed, sofa, chair, etc. were very comfortable & the dining & patio areas are very nice. But, a couple of issues I had, were that the curtains can't be closed, allowing the sun in, which interrupted sleep at sunrise, plus the water from the shower didn't get past lukewarm.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. It was a very comfortable room for three adults. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and the linens were clean and new. My reason for not giving all 5s was that upon arrival we discovered that our refrigerator did not work and immediately asked to have it checked. It’s been 100 degrees and we wanted to stock cold water and keep insulin cold. The woman at the desk came and looked at it and decided it was beyond her ability and said she’d have maintenance check it the next morning. They never came. And when we said something about it at checkout the morning desk person totally blew us off. We were looking for anything for free but for her to completely dismiss us was irritating.

I liked that it was conveniently located in Bentonville, we usually didn’t have to drive too far to arrive at the places we wanted to go to and I also enjoyed the room. It seemed fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not like that the pool and the gym were closed, they told us when we arrived but it was not mentioned when booking the room. This was our second time staying here and over all is decent for the price.

Hotel lobby/entrance was neat and clean. Room and bathroom very clean. Bathroom towels nice and fluffy. Shower head had adjustable settings. Good water pressure. A/c worked well. Bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of plugs and charging ports on nightstands. Multiple lighting options in room. Shade and curtains worked well to block light coming from outside. Fair price. Good location; felt safe; close to attractions. Would stay here again. Cons: Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Had to request enough sheets for the sofa bed, as the bedding pack provided did not have enough sheets. Sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable. Breakfast coffee was instant coffee from a machine.

Computers were down on check in. Elevator quit working so we had to do the stairs to our 4th floor room. Grandparents with small grandchildren. It was not a good experience. Breakfast was good, but the area was way to small. Had to stand.

Does the job. Clean and good location. Could use EV charger to be better. parking is a bit limited. Breakfast was good. Plenty if space to spread out in the room. I like having a couch to lay on to watch TV so I don’t have to be in the bed.

Location was very good for our needs and places to eat. My only problem that I have been having with hotels is their listing when checking them on line. It was stated that room service was daily. It was not. The information card left for you in the room stated that towels would be changed after 3 days. We were there for 5 days and no service showed up. I don't mind not having service, I just want to know what to expect beforehand. Please don't say it if it's not true.
