Comfort Suites Bentonville - Rogers

This hotel was very nice and clean. In a great location with easy access to the interstate. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Hot tub not working we have stayed here several times but after sleeping on the fold out sofa my granddaughter had head lice. Not good!

This is the best hotel we have stayed in in this area! It is very quiet, clean, has everything we needed, convenient and priced right. The breakfast was much better than most hotels. We have finally found our home-away-from-home!

The room was spacious and clean, but they could do a little better at keeping the hall carpets shampood and the elevator floor clean. We were in the area on personal business and were staying a week, and we had 2 disappointments. First, they put us in a handicapped room which we did not request, and the bathroom vanity is very small in those bathrooms so there wasn't adequate space for 2 people to have their hygiene items out, requiring me to put items back in my duffle bag every day. 2nd, on Monday we went down for breakfast at 8:30am, and there was no hot food left for us or others who arrived directly after. Breakfast is served until 9:00am, so it was disappointing that when they ran out they didn't prepare some add'l hot food items. However, this was not a problem the remainder of the week. In addition, when we had an issue with a leaking handle on the sink, it was rectified quickly. Overall, the hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff, and is good value for the money.
