Room was not made up at all during our stay. Desk clerk failed to mention that we were supposed to put the little sign in the door lock that said to make up the room. Pool was not available since the desk person would not get the cloreiene mixture correct.

Stayed here for my moms heart surgery at Mercy Hopspital. The room had stained furniture, a chair in a non smoking room had a cigarette burn hole. The jetted tub had calking issues with a meldew smell. The pool and hot tub werent in service, and there was contruction in the parking lot outside my room. I reserved a king room with jetted tub and was give a double queen room, i had to go back to the front desk for the correct room.

The AC in room 221 did not work and the parking lot was gravel. It was not easy to get luggage into the hotel. Side door was blocked with a construction bin. Key fob did not work on side door.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room had everything we needed. The area around the hotel had lots of options for dining and shopping. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room looks like it had not been cleaned in a month. The bathroom was filthy. Grime and mildew was all around the caulking around the tub. Some of the caulking was even missing. One wall in the bathroom was filthy with some unknown stuff on it. The main door to the room was missing the safety lock and there was unpainted section. Just awful.

Our room was very spacious. I was so happy with the cleanliness! The bed was very comfortable, although we wished that there had been a lighter blanket as we were often too hot under the comforter. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!.

Bathroom was NASTY ! I paid extra to get a room with a jetted tub and it was black with grease and dirt ! I had to go buy cleaning stuff to clean it good enough to even take a shower in it ! no way I would have used the tub

I stayed in the first room on the first floor. There was over an inch of space under the door to my room, through which all sounds carried almost as if there was no door. A male employee spoke loudly at the front desk all night and I could hear every word he said. I went out and bought earplugs the next night, which helped some. But I still had great difficulty sleeping due to noise getting through them. In the mornings, I was awoken around 5:30 with clanking breakfast preparations. I saw two roaches crawling on the ceiling, once in my bathroom, and once above my bed. This was an awful experience overall.

the staff were nice and friendly but i picked up a dead cockroach wadded in hair and fuzz from behind the bathroom door, the toile had old urine on it, the tables were not wiped down and the bed was fully made with the dirty sheets from a previous guest.. hairs and body fluids in the bed. I asked the desk to bring me new sheets at 11pm and i made my own bed

Rooms were noisy, no elevator in the lobby had to go to the back of the hall o. The first floor then turn left and go further. Pool was totally unacceptable, bathroom off the lobby was out of order. The night staff that checked us in was not helpful and she. I called to the desk for help the phone range 20 plus times and nobody answered. Had to walk back down to get information. Bathroom had three small bath towels and shampoo and cream rinse was not adaquate

Highly average stay. Bathrooms in the lobby were awful though. Straight out of my grandmother’s 70s bathroom with doors that didn’t lock and disasters in the toilet—if you know what I mean. Rooms were decent but the extra safety lock at the top of the door was broken… not very safe feeling if you ask me!

Overall, not bad. But not great either. The property was kinda stuffy and the don’t have tooth brushes and toothpaste and bottle openers, you know the things you may run off and leave at home? Honestly we chose this one because others were full. Everything was a bit dated, but clean enough. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. It was located perfectly within reach of food places and stores. I maybe would stay again, I’m guessing it’s hit and miss with room stuffiness tho.

The blackout curtains did not extend over the windows meaning no privacy and no ability to close out sunlight. What kind of design was this? Also squeeking bathroom door. Beds quite comfortable as were pillows. Scalding hot water.

Air conditioner made so much noise, we didn’t sleep all night. Breakfast was running low, saw one employee and he walked off. Don’t stay at this Best Western. You or your comfort is not their #1 priority.

This is our second time at this hotel, rooms are very comfortable & had a good breakfast. That being said, not sure we will stay again, young lady that checked us in 1st put us in a dirty room, seemed like a bother to when we told her. She’s not friendly at all. Just not a good 1st impression after a long drive.

Tried to check in at about 2:30. Was told the rooms was not ready and come back in 20 mins. Left and came back about 4pm. Got a key and encountered housekeeping in the room as we tried to bring in our bags. Was told 20 more minutes, so I left again. Finally got into our room about 5 pm. So many people smoking weed around the outside of the building that the whole first floor of the hotel smelled like it. The room was pretty clean but the drain plugs on the sink wouldn’t stay open so the water in the sink wouldn’t drain. The bath drain, however was just pulled out and sitting in the shower. Just not a really professionally run hotel. Staff was nice but not helpful. Can’t say that I’ll ever stay here again.

While I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the bathroom was due a remodel. The main problem I had was with customer service. I had left a cardigan in the closet. I called the next day to see if it was recovered. I left my name and contact but got no response. I called back two days later to follow up. No cardigan was found. I stopped by the hotel in person and was told no cardigan was found. I assume it was thrown away because it did not just vanish.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night of sleep. The breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, bread for toast, bagels, yougart w/toppings, hard boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, and juice. The hotel is kinda run down. I think they may be trying to renovate some. Our room had placed where they had patched the walls. We've stayed at this hotel several times, we'll see if we will stay the next time we're in Fort Smith.

You don't need to keep searching; click "Reserve" at this outstanding location! I work for a non-profit, and so I'm always looking for clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Convenient to major highways is a huge plus. This outstanding hotel checked all my boxes. I will DEFINITELY reserve here again. Friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, nice breakfast set up, lots of restaurants in walking distance and safe area. This location was PERFECT for me, and at a great price!

We had a nice room with a jacuzzi tub which my husband loved. We were within walking distance of two good restaurants and a small shopping center. We were right across the road from a huge hospital complex. The choices for breakfast were a yogurt machine, waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs and sausage patties. I would stay here again. The soap and lotion were in wall-mounted bottles next to the sink and in the shower.

This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this establishment. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and had multiple plug-ins. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with quite a few different choices. Checkout was quick, just put your key cards in a locked box on their desk as you leave. We would stay here again.
