I made my reservation at this location because it had a pool. It closed the whole 3 days I stayed. Also, it was hard to find staff when you needed something. Multiple calls to the front desk were unanswered.

Between the glass in the pool, glass on the floor in the pool house, the pool was ice cold, the hot tub was removed and the roach infestation it wasn’t the experience we had hoped for.

My husband and i spent 2 nights here, from reservation and check in it was a big mess. We were not told theyd charge card before we got there so the reservation becames canceled which resulted in higher cost. The lady at the desk did get us close to the same rate but then my husbands card was attempted to be charged by another 100.00 after we paid for room. The main reason we booked this specific hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub, which they no longer had a hot tub even though it was still listed and pictued on their website and the booking site i used. Over all the stay was not what we were hoping for.

Called before coming to make sure the pool was open was told yes get there and pool is closed entire stay. Room was ok except the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. After checking out they tried to charge my card a additional 250 when called to find out why was met with no answers .

We booked a non smoking room and were put in smoking. We resevered a king with a sofa bed for 4 people, came into 2 towels, no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and 2 pillows. The wifi password was displayed wrong. Dead bugs in the room. A sticky tray left behind. When we asked for blankets, pillows and more towels, we were greeted with "well we'll have to see if we bave any". The "heated" pool was not heated, my daughters lips turned blue within minutes. Conditioner in shower was empty. Had to call for someone to bring up a remote for the TV because there wasn't one there. Breakfast was decent. Location is ideal for what we were there for. But we will not be returning.

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The air in the room didnt work, so was moved to another room where the tv didnt work. We were told that staff would come fix it but they never did so we checked out early.

Over all not a bad place. Very clean and rooms look new. Only problem we had was the pool. It is indoor but it was like taking the ice cold plunge. So at the time we were there it was not warm enough.

The checkin process was very easy and the lady at the desk was very polite. The room we first were in was ok but the bathroom was not. It smelled like smoke and there were a couple of small roaches. I talked with the clerk and got another room and it was ok but the bathroom smelled like weed and the room did not look like it had been vacuumed. The breakfast did have a good variety to choose from.

There were boogers on the wall beside the bed and chewing gum beside the head board broken tile on the floor that my grandson cut his toe on and the a/c did not work properly it was hot in our room and the floor wet around the a/c unit hair in the bathtub and just not very clean

Stains on the bed covering. Poor conditions of the walls and structure. I walked on the carpet in my white socks, and they became dirty. There was a stick on the hallway floor from when I arrived until I left. I would not recommend this property.

This was a very nice hotel. You can tell they’ve done updates to the rooms. The building is older and the hallways look older, but the rooms are very modern. The beds are really really good room was clean. Bathroom was wonderful.

Went to ask for towels and they said they didn’t have any more clean towels. The towels we had were dirty and we were only given 2 towels for 4 people. They gave us sheets for the pull out bed which were also dirty. (Caked on dirt not just a stain) Bathroom was filthy and appeared to not have been cleaned at all. Whole place smelled like smoke. Would not recommend.

Booked room through hotels.com. When arrived I was advised there was $100 deposit that also needed to be paid to obtain the room. It was unexpected. There was blood splatters on the bathroom floor. There stains and/or mold all over other the sheets and pillow cases.

Bed comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Room was clean. That being said the ceiling was disgusting. It has what looked like a border of fresh paint from painting the walls. The rest of the ceiling looked like it had either black mold or had been used as a smoking room for ages. The air conditioner kept the room cool but was very noisy.

Booking the reservation was fantastic. When we got there, check in was good, even if they already charged my card before i arrived due to possible bad weather. When i got to the room however the tv wouldnt change channels. And the shower curtain rod looked like it needed to be repaired. As well as the dial for the hot and cold functions in the shower. Yes i did let someone know about it all. The tv eas the easy fix...cable box had fallen behind the actual tv. Not sure if the bathroom stuff has been fixed yet due to I've been home for a couple weeks now.

The lady at the desk when we arrived was amazing!! So friendly and personable. Gave us recommendations on what was around for us to see and do. When we first got to the room I was a little skeptical because the door was left open and there was a wash cloth in the sink that awas wet. Almost thought we were in the wrong room. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Shower was awesome....good water pressure. Definitely would go back again. Air conditioning was amazing as well and so glad it works due to the fact it was triple digits the whole time we were there visiting.

Just okay. We arrived late (around 9pm) there was no one at the front desk I looked around and the girl finally came to the desk. We got to the room and went to prep coffee for the next day, but the pot was broken. I was given another from a different room. Wanted ice and noticed the ice bucket still had water in it. I asked for a clean one and I was given one, but the girl didn’t seem surprised that this was an issue. The ice machine leaked and the carpet was soaked in the hallway. The pillows were tiny. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and we had issues with the toilet flushing. If I paid $60 or even $75 a night it would have not been that upsetting but this room was over $100/night. Please raise your standards or lower your prices.

We stayed 5 nights and 2 of the 5 days our room wasn't cleaned, garbage emptied or given clean towels. Another day the trash wasn't emptied even though the room was cleaned. Sad part was I left a tip in the room every day thanking them for servicing our room. They want you to use the towels for more than one day but do not provide racks or hooks to hang them on. They have one person who empties the trash (opened the door to our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door), one person to pick up the towels and one to clean the room. Got the attitude of not my job even at the front desk. Booked my room through Hotels.com and my credit card was charged $100.00 more than the receipt showed from Quality Inn when I checked out. Spoke with both Quality Inn and Hotels.com and of course they both blamed the other for the discrepancy, same old blah, blah blah.

The hallways look a little worn but the room was in good condition, everything worked as it should and only had positive interactions with the staff. The location is great too! Right off the interstate, walking distance of restaurants, and ease of access getting to where we needed to during our weekend stay. It’s not a luxurious affair but it gives you what you need and sometimes that no nonsense dependability is all you need in a hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping but the exterior and grounds did show that it was an older building. The interior had been updated, the room was nice with a good size refrigerator and small. It was a quiet, comfortable stay. We plan to return in September.

My wife booked for me, she thought the hotel was by the airport, it isnt. Was difficult getting in and out of prperty easiest was was through planet fitness parking lot. People in gym/hotel parking lot loud and troublesome, another argument in hotel parking the next morning. No one at front desk for assistance. House keeping loud with I'm assuming with manager in hall. Bed was horrible metal base with handle to keep bed from sliding off. Base too large for matrass so it does slide arround, pillows too small, i guess thats a thing now, still dont like it. You asked.

I liked the Quality Inn. Clean and quiet I was passing through overnight on my way to Albuquerque. I was impressed with the breakfast. Real food, eggs, waffles, good muffins and sausages. The staff was friendly both morning and night. A comfortable king sized bed I was asleep in 15 minutes. I will be back.

After checking the reviews, and seeing the great prices, we decided to try it. Thank you Quality Inn for a great stay! A member of our family needed accessibility to the shower and they were very helpful in meeting our needs. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was really good!

Good stay. Just one night. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable, breakfast was best we have had in a hotel in this price range. Pet friendly and the extra charge was reasonable. Would definitively recommend and will stay again.
