The website of the property and expedia both said yhe pool would be open. The only reason i did not get a free unit from my company was the pool. I got there and the pool was closed. I asked the manager and they said it rained to much, which I know is a bogus excuse as i am in the hotel industry. I want a refund.

Older building has that old hotel smell. staff was welcoming and helpful. Pool was being worked on during our stay and not open while we were here wiched bummed out the kids. Everything was ok but the elevator was a little shakey and needs new wallpaper in the halways as its falling off in spots. Seems like they started to do a face lift and then la quinta stopped after the lobby and the rooms and didnt do the common area but its passable. My only real complaint is that there was french fries on our rooms floor from the last guest

Clean room, A/C was good. A continental breakfast plus eggs, sausage pancakes. Good stay. Only drawback if it is a concern is that the side door had no lock. When i asked abou5 it out of curiosity it was said it had been that way sor some time. Ot was electronic lock but not working and anyone can just pull open the door to go in. There is still locks on guests rooms so was not a concern for me but it might be for ladies traveling alone.

Property inside and out needed to be dusted, swept, and vacuumed. Hostess at time of check in was putting fake fingernails on & seemed to be a bit irritated by the interruption. Got in our room next to the laundry & someone had high top tennis shoes in dryer. After a half hour of loud clunking, I went to front desk. Had her come with me & said it had to stop. Young man appeared & she told him to take them out. Hair in shower, floor not mopped in bathroom. Not much of a selection for food in morning. We like La Quinta's but won't stay here again.

Bugs, got bit numerous times. Comforter on bed was damp, wet. Phone unhooked, had to plug it back in, fridge turned off. Called front desk, put on hold, gave up, hung up called again , got a message for over an hour. Ice machine looks like it has mold at the bottom. Called the General Manager, left message, waiting to hear back. For the money spent on this room, I expected so much more. Do not stay here!!!! Better off at a $50 motel.

The bed in the room we were given at check in was partly unmade with a used towel on the nightstand. See photo. The room we were moved to had poor lighting, a dirty hot tub and we saw a cockroach.

Room and bathroom smell like mold… Building Fire alarm and lights sounded off at 2 am for 20 min bringing hotel guests outside and to the lobby…no formal explanation or announcement of why or further direction from staff… no sleep… couldn’t wait to get out of the place in the morning

Friendly hosts. Bed was very comfortable and the heating unit was perfect. TV a little small. Seems that most hotels are on Roger's Ave as it is the airport road. Not real convenient for road travelers. Outback restaurant is walking distance away.

My second room was clean and comfy, the first room was already occupied with a cockroach at the front door. This property needs a major major remodel. The mgr came to my room the second day because my neighbor, an elderly man staying there for a while, complained about my TV being too loud. Well I know why...the walls are paper thin. I heard every word of his lady's 2 hour phone call. The old guy was screaming in the halls at 2:30am and shenanigans in the room across the hall....it was like, what I can only imagine, it would be like sleeping at the asylum. I was glad to move on.

Decent room. Bad TV location. Door extremely hard to deadbolt. Sloooooow drains in sink and tub. Get rid of tubs and get more walk-in showers. Tubs are slick and dangerous.

We've stayed La Quinta's in other areas that were awesome. This one was just average. We could hear the people in the room above us walk which was unusual. The lighting was not the best in the bathroom. It did serve our needs though.

First room tv did not work so they switched room. Fridge did not work in this one but I didn’t know until the morning and I am on a special diet. The person who switched room didn’t switch it in the morning so at 11 they were banging on the door telling me I did not belong in this room. So the manager had to come up. I arrived late so I was sleeping in.

The receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She made sure we were on the ground floor for my husband who has limited mobility. When we couldn’t get the TV to work she came to the room and found the problem for us. A connection had come loose from the wall. Would definitely recommend.

An affordable motel with a comfortable bed. The handicapped room had a step in tub without a bar too help you get out. The toilet ran the whole time we were there. The breakfast was warm and good but not much variety. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

This property is very worn down. I wasn’t happy at all. I’m usually not a complainer. Felt dirty. When I tried to go to sleep the fan would come on quietly then the air conditioner would kick on and make a loud noise until it kicked off for about 5 minutes then the same process again all night long. It definitely kept me from sleeping much ugh. Then at breakfast the breakers kept flipping food was cool. I won’t be staying here again.

Check in was fine. Renovation in progress. Room ok. Bathroom layout has TP very far from toilet. Good toiletries. Breakfast was a wreck. 8 am no sausage, cold coffee, eggs running out fast and staff says "we already refilled ". If you don't eat Gluten you are SOL.

The breakfast was off the charts. They had sausage and eggs as well as the standard cereal bar with oatmeal, coffee, juices and waffles. Definitely a good deal for the price.
