We enjoyed our short stay. Everything was clean and looked to be recently updated. The breakfast was really good and the staff running that area did a good job making sure there was plenty. Most of the staff we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was!!! From check in, to check out. We arrived it took literally 2 minutes for them to hand us our keys, and the front desk receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. Rooms were very clean, loved the roomy shower and bathroom, and their parking lot was clean and safe. Breakfast was also good The one thing though I must brag about I unfortunately had a women issue around midnight, and went downstairs hoping their little gift shop had feminine products, luckily they did and the gentleman that was working was so sweet, he gave me the box for free! 10/10 recommend, and if ever coming through fort smith, this will be hotel destination.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman who checked us in was SO polite and explained everything in detail. The lobby, hallways, and room were so clean and looked new. Free breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the walls seem thin and you can hear people in the next room a little too well. Otherwise, would def stay again. Customer service was superb!

I liked that this was close to everything that we needed and there was ample lounging space just outside for our families to mingle. We were there for a funeral so most of use stayed at this hotel.

This hotel seemed new and in good order. Unfortunately the walls were paper thin as I could hear all of the people around me talking and watching TV the entire night. This made for a very poor sleeping experience...

The hotel itself was clean and the staff very friendly. My only complaint is the extremely thin walls. We could hear the guy in the room next to us coughing. Then, his TV was SO loud, it sounded like it was in our room. Not good when it was 11pm and we had to get up at 5am for a long drive home.

While it had a variety of options, it just didn’t taste “right”. Strange aftertaste, and watery orange juice. I would still stay here and just consider that going forward. The room was very nice!

This property has friendly front desk personnel. The rooms were well lit with ample space for luggage and working. I liked the full length mirror and the fact that the bathroom mirror did not fog up at all. The shampoo and conditioner for the shower was very nice. I did not like that there was no outlet plug on the desk lamp so that I could have the lamp on AND charge my laptop while working at the desk. I had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my laptop while sitting at the desk. The free breakfast was very good with a variety of items to suit different tastes. Overall, this was a very nice property.

The staff was rude, and had no intention to provide service to their guest. The Walter very thin, and the person who was standing next to me snored so loud, I could not get to sleep until three or 4 AM. I called down at 1:30 to see if they would bring a box fan to help with it. I have a broken toe and dislocated ribs, and it’s very painful for me to get up get street clothes on and go downstairs. It is a parent he was not gonna make any effort to bring me up a fan. They were worthless.

I booked a room with 2 beds. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that all the rooms with 2 beds were occupied and offered me a room with 1 bed. I was with my brother, and we needed 2 beds. I had to rent a suitable room at another hotel across the street for an additional fee. They refused to refund my own money.

The staff was friendly and very courteous especially Kaitlyn the night manager who went the extra mile to make sure my elderly parents were comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean facility and beds very comfortable. Keep up the great work Holiday inn Express Fort Smith airport.

It was very easy to find and the drive from the convention center to here was a straight shot there! We were in town here for a dance comp and needed to just stay 1 night. Room was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was good too! 10/10

The hotel location is very convenient. As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. Restaurants were close. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Fort Smith!

Traveling for a medical procedure for my dad so we needed a place with space, clean and comfortable and this was perfect! All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe in the area, lots of places to eat or shop close by. Excellent hotel!
