Poor condition. Didn't have towels or tissues on certain days when asked. Laundry room is disfunctional and the staff can't help because it's managed by a different company.

The room was dated, chipping paint, stains, etc., but in overall average condition. There was a fridge, microwave, small table, parking right outside your door. We were able to park on the property and walk to many restaurants, coffee houses, downtown Scottsdale, etc. I would recommend, as long as you realize it is the location that was a plus.

Overall, a convenient and relatively inexpensive motel to stay near oldtown Scottsdale. Close to the Honor hospital if you have need to visit patients. Rooms are dated and could use more maintenance. Outlets held plugs very loosely and should be replaced. Stove/burners were probably not working properly in my room, (not hot enough). Microwave, refrigerator and beds were fine. Space is a room with two beds is cramped. Breakfast is a grab and go affair with coffee/tea/cocoa and a small muffin/granola bar (instant oatmeal was also available). The outside pool looked like the newest part of the motel and was in great shape.

Well, I got what I paid for. I did enjoy the rates and I did not feel unsafe. So that's a plus! The floor was dirty. It seemed to be clean - swept at least - but my feet after walking to the bathroom and back were filthy! The beds were on a simple frame, which, at first glance, seemed to be wildly uncomfortable, but actually weren't that bad. So that was nice! The sheets were clean and good. But the layout of the room? Weird! The bathroom door swung into the pathway, so it had to be opened and closed to walk in and out of the bathroom doorway. The full sized fridge was nice, but it opened backwards! I had to squeeze between the wall and table and chairs to get the door open; there wan't room to stand in front of the fridge and open it! The outdoor pool was a delight! We discovered it was heated and thoroughly enjoyed paddling around in it!

This is an average hotel. It was nice that it was walking distance to the Giants Spring Training stadium. There are no ice machines, but you can make ice in the freezer. I forgot that extended stay assumes that you are staying for a while so hair dryers are not provided. The hotel was clean but dated. I think it was over priced for the quality.

There is a dangerous road curve in front of the hotel. A lot of cars are speeding. Be careful entering and exiting to and from Goldwater Blvd. No dispenser of snacks for us late arrivals, only cold drinks. Good for a economy hotel.

Great location so close to downtown; great parking felt safe. The room though was a bit pricy for the size, super awesome that it had a fridge and a microwave and the heating/cooling was great.

Facility was close to shopping and dining. Overall property was ran down and not the cleanest. Virtually no amenities.

This property did not meet expectations. Some clientele seemed quite shady and was not there for an overnight stay. The pool was green and yellow. My pillows smelled absolutely horrible. The bathtub was so old and discolored and needs to be replaced. I tried to cancel this booking but Hotels.com denied me saying this hotel does not allow cancelations which was a lie. I spoke to the desk and I was able to cancel up to 6pm. It was too late that evening to try and find a better place. I feel this property is not safe for families and is somewhat filthy.

Our room was nasty! We found someone's old dirty clothes in the dresser and used magnesium foot rub left in the cabinet. I did not appear that anyone cleaned the room after the people left, only the bed had clean sheets but the comforter was dirty

Super dirty and gross. Bedsheets looked unclean. Little hairs on the pillows smelled terrible and was super overpriced. This might be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my whole life.

For being in downtown Scottsdale and hundreds of dollars per night, this was horrible. The floors were sticky, the shower was not enclosed but just a curtain across the drain; the shower head dropped, the floor was filthy with black footprints, and there was hair left in the drain. Yeah, thankfully we brought a giant can of Lysol. Could not wait to get out in the am.

The room was NOT clean. The floors were sticky and after doing one wipe the white towel was dark brown. The room smelled like a used ashtray, we told the front desk person, and they gave us some industrial febreeze. Save your money, this was one of the worst rooms I have stayed at in my life. Cigarette burns on the gloors, on the bathroom sink. This room was gross and I could not wait to check out.

I have photos if needed...slept on top of the covers in case of bedbugs. Asked for queen and got double .tub and sink had cigarette burns. The door knob in bathroom was coming out of the hole. Opened the kitchen cupboard to see if the had dishes and a small flying bug came out. The computer could not produce a copy of my bill as it was too slow. We were not impressed at all!!!

This place has gone downhill since my last stay. It was like a motel 6 with an unstocked kitchenette. Reserved a queen bed but, got a full size instead that was very uncomfortable. The bathtub had a broken stopper. It was a pretty lame experience. Do better.

The rooms seem to be remodeled, but it was a cool run for a turnaround trip

The bed was comfortable. However, the appliances and light fixtures were old. The rod for the shower curtain was very loose. There was what looked like water damage at the bottom of the bathroom door.

The room was in horrible shape. Wasn't that it was dated the fauset had all the crome pealing off and rusted. All the cabinets were falling apart. Couldn't get a coffee pot delivered nothing was in room.

One good feature: walk 10 minutes to Giants ballpark. Otherwise, ridiculously overcharged at $240/nt for Motel 6 type accommodations. Bathroom door peeling at bottom, AC sounded like a jet engine, “breakfast” almost nonexistent.

DUMP! Cheap metal bed frame. Thin mattress with thin old sheets. Missing drawer pulls and drawers that don't open. Rusty metal shelves in the closet that grab your clothes. Tub recoating peeled off around the drain. Missing drywall chunks and paint. Near Scottsdale Fashion mall but not walking distance. Nice TV and selection of channels. This is an overpriced stay at anything over $80/night.

Very small room for an “extended stay” hotel. The kitchenette eating counter had only 1 chair. No other chairs in the room. It was clean. Very noisy air conditioning. You have to request all kitchenware from the front desk, as well as a hair dryer. You must be able to climb a flight of stairs if you’re on the second level. The free breakfast was minimal- granola bars and packaged cake-type muffins, light roast coffee with only edible oul product creamer. Fortunately there’s a Starbucks that’s a 2 minute walk away and a cute litte breakfast place called Jojo’s about a 5 minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were super pleasant about everything!

This accommodation is very run down and in need of updates. Beds were broken, mattresses were sunken and old, and chairs had uphostry peeling off of them. Staff was extremely friendly but were limited with options to improve accommodations. Location was just south of the old town shops but would recommend driving to old town to find parking if you visit the shops. No elevator - you must take 2 flights of stairs to reach the 2nd floor.

The Staff here are extremely courteous. Go out of there way to help your stay be as comfortable as possible. Ive enjoyed my stay here. Front desk staff are the Best.

The staff was excellent and accommodated my early check-in which was great.

Very impressed with the lady who checked us in. We were very early and she actually ran to the second floor to see if a room would be ready for us. Although we did have to pay a fee, it was very nice of her to do that. Plus, she was just so nice and so friendly.

The property was understaffed. The first time (I was a bit early for check-in), the person behind the counter in the office continued a lengthy phone call with a colleague without ever even acknowledging that I had entered. When I came back later for actual check-in, nobody was at the office. I waited for almost 20 minutes, then had friends drive around the building to find someone who could call the manager. A "Back in a minute" sign had been up on the counter both times I was there. When the manager came and said "didn't you see the sign?," I explained that it had been sitting there since 12 p.m. (it was now around 5 p.m.) and I suggested she add a sticky note indicating an actual time when she would return next time. Sadly, too many places are terribly understaffed these days and customer service is almost non-existence. The room itself was was nice and clean. I liked having a full-size fridge.

The worst customer service ever. They were rude and frequently walked away, left the front desk with the phone ringing, and never paid any attention to me as a customer when I was there having issues.

First, I would like to start off with the positive. When we got our room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location for walking to old town. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Now for the not so positive. I called the day before to let them know we wouldn’t be there until 12:30 AM. I know a lot of hotels will cancel your reservations after midnight. Lady took my information and made a note. We got there at 12:20 AM and the office was closed. There was a call box which we tried multiple times and no answer. I called customer service and she tried calling the manager with no luck. She told me there is nothing she could do to help me and that she was sorry for the situation. Obviously not her fault, but it’s 1 o’clock in the morning by this time and we have nowhere to go. We had Uber from the airport so no car to warm up in. We went to the pool area to have somewhere to sit and try to get a hold of Hotels.com, but was unable to find a customer service number. Which I know I have contacted them in the past, so that was weird. We ended up sleeping on the deck chairs for about two hours. It was so cold. There was a 24 hour Denny’s around the corner, so we decided to go there and warm up at 3 AM. As we were walking by the office, we decided to try one more time the phone box. And the person on duty answered. I was so grateful that we were able to get into a room. But the room she gave us had not been cleaned. So had to go back and get a different room.

As we arrive there was absolutely no one at the desk and doors were locked, after walking around for 40 minutes and calling costumer service and getting nowhere, the clerk finally showed up . If you really want to have surprises in your life while traveling- this is a place to go. Overall like a regular Motel that you see in scary movies.

overall a clean, decent hotel, in a quiet area, just 4 long block walk away from Scottsdale and the ball park where the Giants play spring training games. A nice museum near by hotel and nice walk, families out walking about near town. The arts district, ballpark, and restaurants are close attractions. The area around the hotel can be rather quiet and absent of people walking around. The hotel is clean but the restroom basin old and needs updating, clean, no smells, bed and linens are clean. Noticed 1-2 vagrants in nearby parking lot, otherwise, no drug dealing, or homeless spotted. If traveling solo, I'm comfortable here and walking around the area in the daytime, less sure in the evening, but if you stay or head to the downtown Scottsdale area, lots of night life, with bars and restaurants.

Location. 1 block from Old Scottsdale. Great walking, shopping, and lots of restaurants to pick from, including a Starbucks right next door.

Old Rooms, not really kept up, kitchen cabinets were sticky, people were living in the parking lot. Its pretty Ghetto. My son was playing in the pool at 11am and someone came out of their room and told him to keep it down. Breakfast was only a few limited options. Stay anywhere else

Please dont belive in the brekafast offer, iy is nothing, worst breakfast in a hotel like this level. It was funny, nothig hot, the rest is ok, thanks

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! or maybe you think breakfast is a muffin and a granola bar. Stayed here for one night with our too kids, the main reason we chose this over a similar hotel was that breakfast was included. When we checked in we were informed due to a change in policy during covid they stopped serving breakfast, now you can a crappy muffin or granola bar instead! Bait & Switch. Rooms are average at best, there were some unfilled holes in the wall, bath tub walls were dirty with black hand prints on the wall. $180 is not cheap, we only stayed the one night and moved on.
