Have been wanting to do a staycation here for awhile and the hotel didn’t disappoint. It’s a beautiful property right on the edge of old Scottsdale. It was very hot the weekend we went & we had our dos so we utilized their room service a lot. The food was delicious, staff great & it came very quickly. They have a definite party vibe in their main pool area but the other pool was very lovely & perfect. Rooms very clean & comfortable. In fact they are upgrading a section. Great stay overall!

First time at this resort and it was wonderful!! Amazing staff (shout out to Alex at the pool), everyone was so kind and accommodating. Delicious food, beautiful rooms and grounds, great pool and great gym! The location in town is perfect, right in Old Town and so much is in walking distance (maybe just not in super hot July)! I will certainly be back!!

Pros: •Property whole was very clean and well maintained. •There was ongoing gardening, landscaping, and outdoor cleaning our entire visit. Everything was kept in tip-top shape. •The pool staff was out of this world amazing, specifically Alex, who went out of his was to make us feel welcomed and taken care of and we saw him doing this for everyone he came in contact with. •Both pools just as described and made for a great visit. •The beds were comfortable and very nice. •The room was clean, cool, and well maintained. Cons: • The man who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. He didn’t give us information on the pools, property, anything at all. We don’t expect special treatment, but he warmly welcomed the people after us and offered them waters as we were walking away. We had several interactions with this same person with the same result throughout the stay. There were also several other employees with the same attitude in every area that we went except the pool area where the staff was wonderful.

Have a lot of good memories here. This time around noticed lots of small-ish cleanliness and maintenance issues. The tub had a grimy ring from the last persons bath. The faucet for the tub also leaked quite badly. We noted it was our anniversary and nothing was left in the room. The rooms and decor are as cute as ever. Just a little disappointed

A big plus was that we were able to check into our room before the official check-in time — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room was located close to an air conditioning unit, so it was quite noisy throughout our stay. The staff were generally friendly, but at reception, they often seemed distracted or disinterested in assisting current guests. While they tried to help, it sometimes felt like they weren’t fully listening to our questions or concerns. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping — room cleaning was virtually nonexistent, and when we did interact with the cleaning staff, they did a poor job. All in all, this hotel’s location and early check-in were definite highlights, but the service, especially housekeeping and attentiveness at reception, left a lot to be desired. Rooms were not ready at the 4pm check in time. My room key was given to another guest to give to me while I waited for my room at the bar. This is a huge safety issue. Once I got checked in, I stepped out on the patio to relax only to see 3 huge piles of dog feces which were never picked up in the 4 days we were there.

The property was beautiful, clean and stylish. However we noticed it was very noisy all 5 nights that we stayed there and noticed on checkout day that the patio door was unaligned and open from the edge this is why we heard everything that was going on outside. I should have looked on the first night but didn’t think to check until checkout as I was moving the curtains to make sure my kids didn’t leave anything. We did mention this to the front desk staff at checkout. Other than that I would love to go back.

Clean and spacious room. The front door was left open a few times because it was not latching properly. I was wondering why they gave us a key if anyone could open the door?. It was scary, but it got fixed on the third day after I seriously complained about it.

A unique remake of a 1950's hotel vibe. Seems to be a weekend destination (Fri/Sat) with a party vibe around the pool. Sunday night & Monday were peaceful and quiet. Room was very modern and nice. Toiletry items provided were VERY nice, eco-friendly and unique scent profiles that were enjoyable. Internet and TV worked well. The table/desk area did have inadequate lighting. There are no overhead "Can Lights" in the room area to provide decent working light conditions. Desk lamp was tiny and weak. Bedside lights couldn't reach the table area at all. Walkable*** Any other time but during the summer heat of 110+. Two blocks to the lovely art district of Scottsdale. Full size deck/outside patio was very nice in the early morning for relaxing before the August heat creeped up too much in late morning. Overall a nice experience and location to use for a base for an ASU student drop-off. The ASU dude even mentioned liking the room for the days we were there.

Awesome service and polite staff. My only pet peeve was when we went to eat at ZuZu. The hostess was not attentive and on the second occasion we went there for breakfast, she altogether ignored us. I found the behavior rude. Other than that it was a nice experience. I will be back.

The hotel was cute very mid century vibe. Valet ans restaurant staff were extremely friendly. Front desk was absent when trying to call and ask questions. Dont waste your money on the spa mediocre at best. They csncelled our couples massage 2 hours before our scheduled appointment due to call outs and lack of staff, extremely disappointing.

RJ and Mandy at the front were amazingly hospitable! Khalil, Kody and Markenson at the bar were super friendly and each one made their own unique and delicious margarita. Anthony at Valet was super informative and down to earth. I truly felt like a VIP !

What a fun hotel with a great vibe throughout. Room was beautiful with mid-century modern feeling and we loved the walk-out patio. We were there with our 2 year old who also had a blast in the pool. Pool had great music and a friendly staff for tasty poolside food and drink. Great location, easy walking distance to many restaurant & shops and quick drive to some great hiking. Stayed for 2 nights and had so much fun we ended up extending our trip and staying here an extra 3 nights.

The hotel is in a great location central to everything in Scottsdale. The rooms are large with plenty of mirrors and places to get ready, which is perfect for girls. The hotel bar and restaurant are fun and swanky with good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Good experience overall at this hotel. Lovely gardens, great pool with pool service and affordable rates. However, service at the breakfast patio area was lacking and very slow. Worst is the hostess responsible for seating individuals for dining that had her arm in a sling was very rude to customers, not friendly and barking orders at paying customers. Don’t think she should be in a customer service role and will pull down your higher ratings.

Everything about the staff and property surpassed my expectations-from the helpful service from Reservations and how they worked with us on our travel date conflict, to actually upgrading our room to the terrace suite as welcome gift for our stay! Maddie is one of a kind and beyond that our room was mind blowing! Best room and terrace patio ever! And every detail in between was top notch. The decor, the dog bowl and treats, the bathrobe and slippers to the most comfortable bed and mattress…this place makes it difficult for you to want to leave your room! But the pool vibes on the weekend are worth it!! Great fun…oh and the food!! I can’t forget to give mad props to the chef and kitchen! We did room service and the food was phenomenal- we can’t wait to return and my teenage daughter said this has been her favorite staycation!!

Had a really good time. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was really nice and clean. Even for a Friday night the property was quiet. It was my birthday and the restaurant Zuzu gave me a very nice surprise gift. We would love to stay here again and again
