I was very disappointed with my stay at [Hotel Name]. The Wi-Fi did not work, and when I called the front desk the young receptionist just said, “oh well,” which was extremely unhelpful. The TV in my room also did not work. The toilet was dirty, the shower was rusted, and there were hairs on the floor left from the previous guest. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and functioning amenities. Sadly, this hotel did not meet even those minimum standards. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Room was just overly dirty. The whole entrance door was covered in dirty handprints. Bedsheets had stains, pillowcases had stains, AC was not working properly, Bathroom was dirty, lack of wall plugs and the plugs on the nightstands did not work.

Found food inside fridge. Room had a funky smell. You were able to hear everyones conversation around and music/TV. Blankets and sheets were dirty. Chairs had stains on them. Bathroom had mold and cracks all around.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience during our stay. The hotel’s infrastructure doesn’t seem very solid, as we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and hallways. It was extremely noisy throughout the night, which made it very difficult to get any deep sleep.

I love that their rooms have hair dryer, good toiletries, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, etc. However, I didn't like the 2 times I have stayed at this hotel, there have been some loud, noisy guests close by. This last time, even the police came to solve the issue there.

I booked a room with king side bed, but for some reason the motel provided us a room with two queen beds.. The AC unit was installed on the back side of the room near the bathroom what makes inconvenient to get cool during hot days and to cold when you near bathroom. The back top window also make it inconvenient because of to much light in the morning and you can’t cover it. The area feels very unsafe and people around looks strange and scary.

They gave me the wrong key so in the middle of the night i got woken up by another guest trying to get in. Then i was pulled out at 12:45 in the night to be told i was in the wrong room. I showed them my key snd the number on my key so the lady left with it and left me hanhing outside my room until i went hsd to go down in my PJ's. She basically left without me knowing what was going to happen.

The night front desk person has no customer service skills at all, our room was not clean on a daily basis as they clean rooms every other day. Very important detail they keep from you until you come back to the room from being out all day and come to a dirty, no fresh towels, undone bed room, no body wash and on top of that when asked the front desk person about these necesities, his responds was you can go somewhere else...

My go to spot and home away from home when I travel to SD for work or play. Rooms are comfortable and homey. Alyssa at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. Janet, the supervisor, is always walking around and ensuring things are being handled but always friendly. Overall, if you give a bad review it’s because you expected way more and should’ve just stayed in Downtown.

Had a very bad stay after one staff member issued a key to my room to a homeless man.. he slept in my room ate my door and drinks I had there for the week.. I’m working from n national city there for I go grocery shopping for the week.. I didn’t the manager took it to accommodate us all she did was provided us with another room.. we needed another night she didn’t do anything to help us….i am asking for a refund of the groceries,, we had to throw away out toiletries because the individual took a shower and who’s knows what else he used… My phone number is 909 721 1403 Daniel sanchez

Both employees were very rude and unprofessional! It wasn't so much what they said but their tone and demeanor. At check in it was a lady named Yadira. She said her last name was Cruz but not sure if that was true. The room was great however the staff's attitude was a definite downside. I don't like feeling like someone is doing me a favor when I am giving you my business. It would be highly beneficial to train your staff to have some basic manners and common courtesy to entice customers to give you their business in the future.

The hotel its self was pleasant and the area around the hotel is questionable. We checked in fairly late (about 9ish) so when we went looking to get something to eat the neighborhood was a bit intimidating, but we found somewhere close and came right back to the hotel. Other than that we had no issues.

I enjoyed staying at Las Palmeras. Front desk quickly sent someone to show me how to work the AC panel. Only thing that detracts from this nice family hotel is all the crack heads hanging around the street and walking through the property.

Not too expensive so perfect for us! They even have a pool! Pretty clean except for a little dust, but we're not complaining! It's also near restaurants and stores, so definitely worth it! If you want a cheap yet good stay at a hotel but not have to soend too much, this location will be worth your while!
