Good place to stay for one night. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Don’t see any elevators and you get to your hotel room from the outside so it felt more like a motel. No jacuzzi but there was a small pool. When checking out, we could not go in the lobby and had to speak through a window-most likely due to crime in the area. There were people smoking marijuana outside our door but other than that it was okay.

This budget hotel was clean, quiet, & close to the freeway. I stayed here for a concert at Northern Island Amphitheater. Parking was tight at night but the hotel was sold out this weekend. Room was fine.

Clean. Good value for the dollar. Location to Trolley is excellent. Can get to international border in 15 mins. 10 min Trolley ride to San Diego Padres baseball stadium. Hotel front desk staff friendly. Pool very clean. I would stay again. Location to Trolley and efficient Trolley system and bus system very impressive

The pictures are deceiving. Great photographer bytheway. Pool was dirty, sauna was cold. Furniture was broken and outdated. TV was small. Great shower though. Had to leave a 100 dollar cash deposit as if i were in a sleazy motel.

Room carpet was filthy stains everywhere gross tv was so small the area was so terrible the breakfast was terrible it was so limited and had the least of everything not worth it at all ! Rooms are so small just a lousy hotel no swimming pool towels dirty pool area !

The location is ideal, next to the trolley station and 5 freeway. Plenty of parking spaces. My stay had some loud neighbors and children jumping and banging the walls. I needed some peace and quiet and they made it difficult, then the mother was smoking right outside the door (next to mine) and she had visitors really late but this isn’t the hotels fault on the type of people who book a room but it wasn’t pleasant either. Over all the customer service was great and an ok breakfast. I would stay again if I needed to.

There is roaches on the bedroom wall I took pictures/video of the whole room for proof. There is mold on the faucet of the bathroom tub. There is bed bugs in the bed! Ask yourself would you want your kids, your son/daughter or maybe your grandparents, mother or father staying in an establishment like that there even if it’s just for one night? Could you really bring your husband or wife to a room where you have to worry about roaches crawling on walls while you’re sleeping? What’s next a rat?? This is highly unacceptable!

Spent four nights and they never cleaned the room, even though I was informed that it was mandatory on the third day. Garbage was spilling onto the floors. Had to ask twice for towels. Floors turned my white socks almost black on bottom, very dirty. Marijuana smoke everywhere. Normal amount of homeless wandering around area. Very close to Trolley station.

The sheets were dirty and the tub was peeling with chip paint.. After I reported it they stated that they're working on their tubs. I stated that a room should not be used if it's not up to par. And regarding the dirty sheets they stated that they would talk to the cleaning lady who had the room before

It was just okay for the price. Nothing horrible but not great either. I called to check for early check-in and they said earliest I can show up is 2. I showed up at 3:15 and was told my room wouldn’t be ready for another 20 mins. I overheard a housekeeper tell the man at the front desk it would be 30 minutes at least till they could have my room ready but he stuck to 20 minutes. I asked if he could just put me in another room and he said no because I paid for the cheapest one.. I come back about 40 minutes later after running to the store and my room is still not ready. By this time it is almost 4 so I asked for other options and the man at the front finally agreed to give me a different room. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest. It is probably the most run down BW I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff argued with how to check me in which was weird. They didn't argue with me, just with each other. The breakfast was really nice and clean, though the staff was not pleasant, though. I received a text to check out online, which I thought was convenient, but when I verified that's the process with the desk staff, she argued randomly that I was wrong and that this hotel isn't with Best Western and that I needed to turn my key in to check out and get a deposit back. That's truly not in line with the industry, but I did what she said. I'm not sure why everyone was in a dismal mood, but the property was adequate. The bed, pillow, water pressure, room temperature, tv were really great. I wish the staff dispositions were as pleasant as the property.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Multiple restaurants nearby with great food. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff was awesome. Continental breakfast consisted of multiple types of bread, bagels, fruits, cereal, yogurt and coffee.

The man who checked me in was very rude I got there at 2:30 and as soon as I came in he immediately said “check in isn’t until 3:00” I said that’s only 30 minutes away can you please see if there is a room ready we just drove for 4 hours and it was extremely hot he then said 30 minutes will be fine and turned away from me and made a phone call. He also made a photo copy of my DL I asked why and he said they keep it on file for three years I said this is the first time anyone has ever done this and this isn’t my first hotel stay that made me very uncomfortable. He also didn’t even say anything about the complimentary breakfast so we missed that. Never will stay here again snd the room smells terrible

To many homeless peep around the area. The parking lot is not gated so you would see homeless peeps Walking around the property. The property has no security at night and you are in your own. The small couch was flirty/ stain.. we used our own blanket to cover the chair to be able to sit in it. We unfortunately stayed 5 nights/ we booked and @4pm we had already a day charged when we had not even arrived to the property. We I discuss this with the receptionist he said.. oh just in case you did or show up.. we stil charged a day for holding the room for you. No call to see if we were coming or arriving lake nothing.. they just charged an hour after check in.

Great place to stay at. Very convenient location. Everything is close by! Only 18 minutes from the zoo and 15 min from sea world. Food options are walking distance. Market is only a walk away!

We like that our room was very clean and tidy. We didn't like the breakfast facilities. Was a very small room for too much people. You had to make a line to access the food. The breakfast was too basic. There were cereals, beagles, bread, some sort of sweet dough, jam, cream cheese, butter to spread, coffee, tea, and juice. And if you wanted anything else, you just got to make the line again.

Nice staff, but the property was not worth the money at all. Free breakfast wasn't good with very little options, and there was no hot tub even though it was shown in the pictures. It was constantly loud and the rooms were a bit dirty/trashy. Once again the staff were all very nice nothing against them the property itself just wasn't good.

Good enough for two guys for two nights. Breakfast doesn't have hot items such as eggs. Only bagels and toast and coffee/tea etc . Cheap.
