Nice hotel. Can't beat the location. There's a home Depot, Target, Applebee's right across the street. There's a bagel place and beer/liquor store right next to the hotel too. Room was clean as was my bathroom. The hot tub next to the pool was awesome after a long day of wineries.

This Best Western was very clean and comfortable! There was a nice patio area with pool & spa, and after our drive, the spa felt great! Customer service at the front desk was excellent, as was the service next door at the Huckleberry restaurant. Thankfully this hotel had an elevator as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

Easy, quiet and modern. This property had modern decor with easy walk-up access and friendly staff. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the outdoor pool facilities, but there were folks using it when I arrived. The property was easy to access from a major street. Parking was available around the building and it offered charging stations.

It was very quiet despite being right off a busy road. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and while the buildings have some dated architecture, it's nothing that impacts the quality of our stay. The beds were good, and we loved that the room heat/air was easy to turn off. The only gripe I had was that the hot tub was tepid at best. It had strong jets, but it would have been nice if it was warmer!

I was charged $30 for parking. Parking should be free, right? Although mine is a Sprinter Van, it only occupies one parking space. I was given a room for people with disabilities without asking if I could do it in advance. The carpet was very dirty. I walked barefoot on the floor for less than 2 minutes and the soles of my feet were black. So the overall arrangement is very unsatisfactory.

This was a convenient place to stay and parking was good. I felt like the room had been recently renovated as it was very nice. The heating/cooling was quiet, which was appreciated. I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Napa, and I will say that I missed the nice lobby area and on site restaurant where I normally hang out in the early mornings. The Best Western has a small lobby where there is a tall table with six bar stools and USB outlets, but not quite the great setup that a Hilton usually has. But I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it as a nice place to stay in Napa. There is a Target across the street and also a Starbucks very close which is helpful. Great lobby staff also.

Centrally located and a great value, it's an easy drive to the riverfront where a stroll, dining and views of the Napa hills are true delights! In a bottom room, we did hear our upstairs neighbors get up early, and the folks in the hot tub were clearly audible through our door. Some more sound proofing would be the one upgrade I would recommend. All furnishings are fresh and modern!

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the noise, as the walls seem paper thin and I was on the ground floor with stompers above me. Will still be back!

Overall excellent. See above. Drawbacks have to do with renovation design flaws, some of which cannot easily be changed, some can be addressed. A huge rolling barn door slides to reveal bathroom, problem is visible gap compromises privacy and doesn't contain odor from toilet use. In bathroom, only 1 hook and no towel bars. Very frustrating. Only 1 light above sink that shines onto bed if barn door partially open. New floor to ceiling window drapery looks nice, difficult to adjust

Only issue was we had downstairs room right in the corner where entrance to rooms is. Was so noisy every time someone went in and out. Upstairs guess were loud, walking back and forth all hours of the night. We were not able to sleep much.

Not good. I lost a nights sleep and was admonished for not reporting it at the time. When I talked to the front desk in the morning, they were not helpful and offered me no help or offer of compensation for a full nights sleep lost. I was in Napa for work and I was very displeased and I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

This hotel was unwilling to change my reservation to a different date when one of my children got sick. The reservation I was trying to book for a different date was at a higher rate. I was willing to pay the difference. I was told absolutely not. When an agent from Hotels.com stepped in to help as well, and was met with the same rudeness and unprofessionalism. The agent at the front desk refused to give me the manager’s name. Avoid this place. You will be met with people who think their little bit of power and will try and take your money. I was forced to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and parking are all very easy to find. The rooms are very recently remodeled which we LOVED!!! There’s a great restaurant as soon as you walk out of the hotel. We also loved that it’s walking distance from downtown Napa, which we had to walk after attending BottleRock this year. It’s a 30 minute walk, but it was nice to have the option. Will definitely be staying here again.

Why do I feel that best western plus is actually best western minus? I’ve stayed in 4 BW hotels this week, 2 standard and 2 Plus…. I get breakfast in the standard ones but not the Plus. Admittedly the Vines was modern, clean and comfortable, I just feel a bit hard done by.

Nice and quiet, close to main road for freeway access. Restaurant onsite closed so was disappointed but went to pick up a bagel but had to bring it back to the office to eat as there was no tables at the bagel shop.
