Good stay! Property was in a nice area and quiet for the most part. The market café is a nice area to grab a quick breakfast on the go and the amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc) are awesome. Only thing is that the ground floor suits have no view (enclosed by a fence) and you can hear the AC units outside and foot stomping at times.

Loved our stay at Silverado! Enjoyed the spa, the grounds, and loved the location for accessing some of our favorite vineyards and restaurants. The covered parking spot for our suite was awesome, and we enjoyed the many electric chargers available for our electric car

We had a lovely stay. They staff is amazing and every turn. If there were any issues or concerns, they were handled thoughtfully. The spa was wonderful, beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in condos on the backside of the property and the drivers would be at our place within minutes of requesting a ride which was very convenient. The pool area wasn't as nice as we expected but it was fine. Luckily we spent the day at the spa pool which was much nicer and seemed more private. The condo was really nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Nice location, serene grounds, aging and just OK interior great bed and shower however, TVs don’t stream no real coffee maker odd layout to access the refrigerator. No ice made on arrival in general a good but not excellent property. This particular unit was very far away from anything and although they offered to send golf carts, they did not answer the phone so we drove to dinner versus walking, which is disappointing given a gorgeous golf course setting

Our suite was used and extremely dirty, glass wine used, garbage and recycle all over, undone beds, condoms in the restroom, it took us more than 2 hours to get the correct suites, manager was not available and more than a month later still waiting for his call back. Stay away and save your money

Staff was amazing and friendly. Overall resort was clean and luxurious but when we entered our room, there were some hair fallen on the bathroom floor. Bathroom cabinets and doors seemed very old.

The carpet was filthy. The rack on the shower door to hold the towel was hanging off and broken. I reported it to the staff and they sent someone to fix it. Building unit was rundown, but excellent location and excellent amenities. I'm told all the units are privately owned, but are overseen by Resort. These units need to be updated.

The property and grounds were nice but our room was average. The bed was probably the best part of the room. The bathroom fan blew hot air which was uncomfortable, there were cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom which made me question cleanliness, and the walls weren’t soundproof so we could hear neighbors. I expected a bit more considering how much we paid for the room - even as a VIP.

The bathroom sliding door is constantly getting off the rail so door not completely close for privacy. I notified front desk. Also it feels dated the overall unit.

I like that I was able to get a golf car ride from our suite (located in a different bldg) to the main mansion and to the restaurants. We stayed in a King Suite (first floor) and the walls and floors are not fully insulated. We could hear the water running late at night and so early in the morning while we were sleeping.

Our room was a bit off the main property about a mile and it we felt we were second class. The room was small but nice but the TV signal was going in and out so we couldn't watch TV at night. Overall, an okay stay.

We liked to property grounds, terrace overlooking golf course is very nice & relaxing. Our room was ok, needs to be updated a bit, shower, toilet. Our AC unit when turned on running made a loud piercing ringing sound so much that we didn't use it and the room did get hot due to AC not running.

The Gtrill was understaffed so the service was poor at best. We waited 30 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Every part of the meal process was painfully slow. We heard every table complaining about the same thing.

I called at 7:20 pm to order room service for a 9 year old. After 2 and a half hours of sitting around in the room waiting for the food, it hadn’t arrived. I called the front desk and room service, was told that they never got my call therefore the food wasn’t made. So the child didn’t get her food, I sat around waiting in the room and nothing was offered to me for this situation. Very upset with the customer service.

Silverado Resort truly exceeded all expectations every detail of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm, attentive customer service to the beautifully appointed rooms, every moment felt luxurious and well-curated. Brunch at The Grill was absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the highlights of the trip. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff made the experience feel incredibly special for both me and my guests. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of whether it was seamless transportation around the property or ensuring we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and cared for. This resort is the definition of peace, elegance, and refined hospitality. I came for the vineyards, but found myself wanting to spend more time simply enjoying the serenity of the resort. If you’re looking for a luxurious and tranquil escape in Napa, I can’t recommend Silverado enough. I’m already planning my next trip and this time, I’ll definitely be staying longer.

We had a great time at the resort, thanks mostly to Daniela at the front desk, who truly knows how to make a guest feel welcome, and Jordan- who escorted us to our room on the property and was extremely kind and efficient. We immediately felt at home with the service here. The property is so pretty, and our room was upgraded at no charge to us- we were wowed by the staff and the service!

This is a lovley resort, for both families and adults. The on site restaurant/bar had amazing cuisine and spirits. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall the resort is very luxurious, so I am surprised the online rating is lower than what I expected. Our suite was a Large King Bedroom with a Kitchen and Living Room. It was quiet and spacious. The patio and walkways could benefit from some powerwashing and updating. But that would be the only improvement we felt would have made it nicer. The pool variation was great for kids and quiet time for adults. As I knew, there is always a wedding going on and it was lovley to see the couple and their guests dressed up and about the property. This was a last minute decision to stay here, like the night before, so we were pleasantly surprised and look forward to scheduling another weekend getaway.

We love coming to Silverado and plan to return many times in the future. What is hard to understand, is how the food (especially in the patio) can be so terrible. Napa is renown for its food and dining experience so to have such terrible food and service at your restaurants, is disappointing. I hope that you get a new chef and reinvent your dining experience.
