Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and tasting rooms along with amazing bakeries near by. Roof top bar closed earlier than expected so we never had a chance to go up there. The gym and spa are very nice. Great view when you’re exercising. The standard room is nice but doesn’t have a lot of space. Would recommend this hotel for the convenience of not having to drive unless you’re going to the vineyards

We enjoyed our time here. It is a great location and the rooftop bar is very popular and it is a nice view. The welcome glass of rose is a nice touch. It was my second time here. Wish I would have read the room size a bit closet as this time was a much smaller room and it was a little hard for my husband and I to take work calls at same time. Also do be prepared as there are a lot of non guests who come to enjoy the rooftop bar which can make the elevators a little busy at times.

This is an outstanding hotel, with outstanding service. The rooms are gorgeous and the food is excellent and there’s plenty to do in walking distance from the hotel. The only thing that I would change, is I wish they had a regular pool. But, it doesn’t really matter because the hotel is so amazing.

No on-site parking. Or parking anywhere near by. Have to valet. Vomit was on the walls in the bathroom. Plus the room I booked was not the room I was giving, and they didn’t have one to correct the mistake. Beautiful hotel lobby and surrounding area!

Had a nice weekend getaway at Archer, which was conveniently located in downtown Napa. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the room layout was nice as well. I came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and was surprised with a complimentary hand drawn birthday card and bottle of champagne! Unfortunately, the couch had a few questionable stains, but the front desk sent up housecleaning to handle the situation quickly after we reported it. My only real issue with this hotel is that valet is $35 and there is no option to self-park as downtown Napa does not have overnight parking.

Great front desk staff. Hotel is very nice. Loved the rooftop deck areas and the spa - great service at the spa. The room is good, a bit dark and the curtains were a bit dirty. Lower bed frame in need of some fixing. Bathroom is good, but housekeeping did not re-supplying soaps and such. Nice scent for the hand lotion.

The hotel itself is luxury and fancy but the room could improve more on quality (Bathroom/shower). Also out room located right by dumpster. So make sure if you are reserving room there make Sure the location isn’t next to the dumpster because it will get really load at 6am.

Nice hotel. Issue was with the room we paid for and the room we actually got. Not as pictured. We paid for upgraded room and was disappointed with the balcony that was supposed to be glass and upper floor for views. Splurged for our 30 year anniversary and got a room with the balcony that was cut off from views. Bed was too soft and pillow were terrible. Stayed at many 4-5 star hotels and this was not a great experience for the money. This was just our experience and I am Sure others who got the rooms with great marketing pics enjoyed their views.

Awesome hotel! Service was great beds, were comfortable. Super great vibe in the lobby with lots of places to sit and relax in and around the property. It’s walkable to everything in town. Only downside if that’s what you wanna call it… the rooms are much smaller than a standard size hotel room. The showers are incredible. I would pay a little extra next time to upgrade my room to an exterior facing room. The interior facing room is a little icky. Would say her again every time it’s great.

Archer Napa Didn’t like: first room on second floor, where all the large festivities and conventions are probably held raised a noise concern. Thankfully no events were held that day. However the ventilation in the room was quite noisy. The room was quite small and the bench affixed to the foot of the bed left a narrow space between it and the dresser. We felt the narrow gap creates an accident waiting to happen situation if and when you have to get up in the middle of the night when nature calls. We would suggest staying away from rooms on the second floor. Fortunately we were able to get an upgrade on the 4th floor the following day. It was roomier and the ventilation was not noisy at all. We are grateful to the staff and their help. Can’t say enough good things about the hospitality personnel.

With the exception one person, front desk staff were not the least bit friendly. One seemed put off when checking me in, not great when you don’t make guests feel welcome. Also, the bartender was very busy so no table service was being provided in the lounge. The few staff people who were around didn’t seem to feel the need to help him. The tables were full of empty glasses and staff just keep walking past the mess. Guests ended up cleaning the tables themselves. Not good.

Luke was amazing! Absolutely the best service ever. We told him it was our first time there and now it will be the ONLY hotel we stay at when we're in Napa! The hotel is gorgeous, the food at both restaurants are a 10/10. The rooms are beautiful and huge!!! We can't wait to go back. I'm sure it'll be soon! Thanks Luke and staff! The Ramirez family.

We love the Archer Hotel. It’s an urban chic hotel located in downtown Napa. With a rooftop that has incredible views across Napa, it’s the best in downtown Napa. The management team from the front desk to the head of operations made this trip a truly memorable experience. 25 years visiting Napa. See you later this year and or next year.

We booked 3 rooms, one needed to be extended by a day, for a total of 15 nights. The young people at front desk could never help us, on last day asked us to move. Never could write a note or find a note in the system. The staff needs training! Especially in the evenings, put people in a room that works for 5 nights! Don’t move someone, such terrible planning!!

Gave us the wrong room at check in but I was not aware of the mistake until we came back at dinner & we were locked out of our room. Had to go back downstairs to be told they needed to cancel that room in our name & re do our credit card deposit. We were then given breakfast on the house and it was from 7-11am. We arrived for breakfast to be told they closed at 1030 so we were out anything to eat at the hotel. We really enjoy this hotel but these few hiccups made our stay not pleasant and somewhat disappointing. The teenagers at the front desk are a bit unorganized and not very well versed in communicating with guests. The person that checked us in barely said anything. This trip was 3 stars.

Loved the hotel and it’s location. Right in downtown Napa. Easy walking to restaurants, wine tastings and shopping. Very nice room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is very well kept. Excellent valet staff and good parking. All staff were friendly and welcoming. This is our new favorite Napa hotel.

Excellent hotel overall - we were in suite with balcony w/gas fireplace. Very friendly staff. A few nits that prevent 5-stars. Did not replenish minibar usage daily (had to remind - twice). Slow breakfast service - 1/2hr to get food after 10 minutes to order on a Sunday 9am - not good if on a wine tour schedule. No door or any sort separating toilet from rest of bathroom - limits privacy and two-person simultaneous usability.
