Rooms were clean and in working order. Staff came everyday to clean, but no elevator for five days we were there (it broke) and the pool spa facilities were out of order and dirty, not as advertised. Breakfast was limited and at least one or two items were always cold.

The breakfast buffet offered hot food as well as the usual assortment of breakfast foods. Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean. Despite being next to a major highway, we had no issues with noise from traffic or otherwise and we’re able to get a great night sleep. Close (by car) to downtown Napa. Nearby grocery stores and shopping. Good buffet. Cons: It is right off of a main highway, nestled in the parking lot of a strip mall so ambience is what you can expect. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty.

Parts of the property needed repair. For example, one door handle had packing tape holding it together. Also, there was a bucket for an obvious leak in the roof. And the door to the pool wasn’t working, so people had to call the front desk to gain entry to the pool. However, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and tidy.

This hotel has a SERIOUS ant problem. All over the counters and flat surfaces. We complained immediately. They sprayed the room. The ants came back. We received a $90 credit. Would much preferred no bugs. Do not recommend anyone stay here until they take care of this infestation. Gross

You get what you pay for. It's not fancy, but it's very functional. The service was surprisingly good for a budget property, including daily servicing of the room. Good value. My most significant complaint is that there is no overhead light in the room, and the lamps are fairly dim. So you either have the curtain open and zero privacy, or you're in a dim dungeon. Not a great place to spend a lot of time, but if you are using it as a base, it's fit for purpose.

Staff was excellent and so was the property. Only complaint would be the thin walls and ceiling. But we realize this was done when it was built. We could hear footsteps constantly from the upstairs guests. Also, conversation in adjacent rooms downstairs was very clearly heard.

On our first night, we noticed a couple ants in the shower and (knowing better) hoped they'd go away. The next morning, the population started growing and so we went down to the desk to request a different room. The guy at the front desk said he might be able to get us a different room but needed to wait until housekeeping arrived at 9:15am. He said the room should be ready by 10:00 and I asked him to call me. At 10:45 I went down to ask for an update and he said "Oh, yeah, it's ready". I asked why he didn't call and he mumbled that he was about to call. NOT ONCE did he offer any apologies for the inconvenience or assistance to help relocate to new room. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK and highly recommend some Customer Service training for the staff - especially the guy working Thanksgiving morning.

We had an emergency & needed to contact hotel desk. No direct number to front desk, just a recorded message requiring your booking/confirmation number, which we didn't have with us. You can speak to someone if you're making a NEW reservation, but otherwise no. Probably a pass for our next visit to Napa.

Room was clean and fine. Breakfast was horrible. The only option to drink was coffee or tea. I asked about water and they said they would like to offer but can’t. Also the juice machine was out of order. There was no water to purchase either or any other drink. A pitcher of water would have been at least an option.
