The only reason I gave the cleanliness and amenities a low rating is because on July 5th Saturday at approx 10am the pool was so cloudy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned that morning. Babies and small Children inside with diapers and stuff just was not that vibe. But regardless of that if the pool was cleaned and not couldy it would have been fine. And I can say that I know it wasn’t cleaned because we have stayed at that property numerous times over the past 2 years and seen how clear the pool is when it’s clean. I did ask one of the ladies at the bar/food area but she didn’t know for sure if it had been cleaned or not. I left after two hours of tanning. It was too hot to not go in the pool. Am I the only one who doesn’t like dirty pools. Ok bye 😩😩😩😩

Great service from the pickup by the bellman at the airport to the front desk team throughout my stay. Place was well maintained. Pool looked well after. Great bed and pillows, shower water pressure, etc. I forget the team member's names except for Zachary who was stellar.

This Hilton is great. Close to downtown Palm Springs so you can park your car and walk to shops and restaurants. The pool is awesome!!! Pool staff is wonderful. This place is a winner!

Great! Room was very, very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Ice bucket, glasses, coffee maker and all the supplies a Hotel room would provide were well stocked in our room. We had an excellent view of the Casino and less than 50 yards from our room. We walked 5 minutes to enjoy the gambling. Our thanks to the entire Staff at the Hilton. They are Polite, Courteous, Helpful, and Willing to go out of their way to make us HAPPY! We’ll be back very soon. We can’t wait. We give it 5 out of 5 STARS! Terry L.

I would like a refund first of all hotels offered free parking. They charge me $30 for parking plus an additional $5.86. They could not advise me what that was for. Upon arrival. The room had a horrible stench of mildew. It was dusty. It was the ceilings and walls need cleaned the shower smell like rotten eggs it was horrible. I would not recommend this to people, especially of the Hilton chain!

The first room was dirty so they had to change our room, the room was not that great. Stains on the walls, the clock was so dusty you couldn’t read it, just generally not up to Standard for what we paid especially after adding $75 for our dog and $30 to park in the handicap stall on the property and not have to park on the street.

When we got to our room the door was open. Felt unsafe like someone had been in it. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care. When I used the shower I found there was a ton of mud and dirt in the bottom. It was gross but too late to request a different room. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was fantastic everywhere in the hotel. Outside looks dated, but the rooms are nicely updated. Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, but there was a urine stwnch at one spot in the hallway. Workout room was small but great equipment. Nice pool area, wish it had been warmwr so we could have spent time at the poolside bar.

This hotel badly needs a refresh. It is a little bit dumpy and tired. Everything about it was mediocre. The pool area wasn’t even particularly nice - visit the pool at the Renaissance down the street to see what I mean. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. I had two meals and it was no better the bottled/frozen food. Sherman’s was right across the street which was a plus - and I went frequently. The convention center is very close and that was very convenient. The best thing this hotel has going for it is the two incredible view of the mountains. But that’s more of a Palm Springs thing. I will say that the staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk, the shuttle driver, the guys at the pool bar, housekeeping were friendly and helpful. But overall the place is drab, with kind of a motel vibe. It just feels tired and in need of tlc. The bed wasn’t even that comfortable.

The location is excellent. It’s right across the street from the casino. And you can also walk to downtown Palm Springs. The room is spacious. The only thing that was bad was it looked like there was blood splatter on the ceiling of the room we were in.

The staff are always top notch… love the lady/attendant at the pool… she is the best. Always smiles, welcomes you.. etc. The room was nice but the carpet and stuff is sort of tired… But really love the location to the strip.

I loved the location everything was walkable. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. My only complaint was the drain in my shower did not drain properly. But otherwise everything was great. Guest service at the front desk were excellent.

Even after setting the AC to 76 it stayed freezing in the room all night. The power outlets by the bed didn’t work. Overall a very old hotel that is not maintained at all.

One of the persons at the front check in desk was extremely rude to me. We waited 45 minutes for them to find my reservations. Once they found them I had to stand in line and wait another 15 min before being helped. I was sitting in the lobby waiting and they didn’t say anything. Parking isn’t free; even though I am an Hhonors member I was told my membership doesn’t count since I booked through Expedia (what does that have to do with Hhonors club); every time I made a request or asked a question I was told that my account didn’t qualify and so I would have to pay (could have just told me how much it cost without bringing up my account in every answer); front-desk was incredibly rude and condescending; I will NEVER stay here again

Excellent customer service from the FD agents and breakfast staff (Frank is very courteous and professional! We appreciate his work so much). Unfortunately, there was an incident when I woke up to a strong marijuana smell coming through the AC ventilation, which I reported to the front desk. I know it is not the hotel's fault, and the front desk offered some solutions that I appreciated.

I had reservations that were prepaid thru Expedia got there and there where no rooms available we didn’t get to check in until after 7:30 PM which is ridiculous the person in reception was VERY RUDE her name was PAOLA I kept asking how it was possible that they had no rooms if we prepaid them and she said it was a busy weekend and there was nothing she could do . I was very disappointed as I have stayed several times at the Hilton chain hotels … VERY UNHAPPY AMD DISSATISFIED

Most of the stay was great. The restaurant was excellent until Sunday when they switched staff. But the buzzkill was the $30 parking fee and the added $8 daily for TBID at checkout. The parking fee was not announced and I have never had a hotel charge a TBID outside the daily charge as an unannounced fee. I asked to speak with manager and never got a call back. Beware.

Nice traditional hotel. Not too busy but with great energy to have a great time. Very low restaurant options, but only 5min walk to downtown. For early drinkers: pool opens at 7am, but pool bar opens until 11am.

I stayed at the Hilton post 4th of July and it looked like the hotel was recovering by doing some construction and renovation work. The jacuzzi was closed and the pool had limited hours. There was a construction fence outside due to the work being done. The exterior was somewhat clean and the interior as well. I walked in the gym to lift weight and they had nothing inside. The Hilton was probably preparing for the snow birds...
